Part was as advertised very responsibly priced compared to other sites. The sales representatives were friendly and even had the part pulled for me even though I told them I would just come up to look at it the following week. Eagle was recommended to me by another business, to try to save money for the part I needed. Because my car is relatively new, they were unable to get a used part for me. However they did get me a new part for almost half the price I would have paid at the dealership. The part came in less time than what I was told. I was very happy with their service!

Part supplied was not correct, but Frank, my sales rep, tried very hard to fix the problem, to no avail. He then provided me with a refund immediately, Mistakes happen, could have been worse. Next time I’ll check the part more carefully.

Great and quick service. They'll go all the way to get you the parts you need at a good price. I needed a used rim and everyone was quoting me $200-$300. I called eagle and spent $82 for a rim in better shape

I spent months looking for a driver’s door trim piece for my 2008 Solara SLE. I contacted EAGLE AUTO PARTS in Michigan. Living in SW Florida if it wasn’t for Adam steering me in the right direction I’d still be looking. The communication and their online presence are top notch. Service was great! Really friendly folks! I bought an used alternator from them and the lifetime warranty. I have a rebuilt vehicle and they got all the parts I need. Will be doing all of my business with them from now on! Very reasonable prices!

Found nice bumper cover and hood for my 2014 Audi Q5 that was in an accident. Talked to them and they set me up with two really nice replacement parts. The price was definitely less than other places I had been checking, including eBay. Also, they left a lot of the connectors and wires attached Which was nice. This was a nice center. Not a stereotype salvage yard. Seems like it's really well run and nice people working there. Highly recommend!

I gave it one just because the shipping process was quick, however grade a parts came with the color extremely faded and deep dents/scratches. I noticed on the tag they were not quality inspected before shipping. I try to get a refund and return the items and Trevor sent 300$ out of the 1000$ I spent. If you are looking for true grade a vehicle parts I would not recommend eagle auto parts. Also I might add I have been requesting to speak to his management and he is not allowing me a way to do so. Definitely poor costumer service from your online sales department.

Edit 9/3/25: The transmission (purchased with 109k miles on it) is still running strong after 37k so far this year. I’m still very happy with this sale! Super quick process and the staff was very helpful! My transmission went out on New Years Day - I found a used transmission online through Eagle Auto Parts and called in to ask about pickup. Within 40 hours of losing my first transmission I had a new (used) one and if not for the holiday, it would’ve been even less time ? The unit was exactly as described online and works great. One of the employees in the yard saw me struggling with the tailgate of a truck I was borrowing which I couldn’t close properly and he was quick to help. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone in need!

I called one day ahead, and they were able to get me a transfer case for my truck brought in for next day pickup. Very friendly and helpful staff in sales. Actually decreased the price of the transfer case by 50$ because they got a better deal on it without me even asking. 5/5 will visit again. Shout out to Zach in sales for being super helpful!

Bought a transmission from them, it was significantly cheaper than all others in the area and online. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. The transmission works flawlessly. I highly recommend them!

I made a call for a replacement rim and they had a few in stock. I was able to pick it up an hour later and they had it on their counter waiting for me. I wasn't impressed with the quality of that one and asked them to check the others for the best option. He did and and came back with one that was less scratched. I purchased an engine from Eagle Auto in Three Rivers Michigan. The knowledgeable staff was very helpful and friendly, even though I arrived around lunchtime! The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable and well staffed. I was able to look at the engine to evaluate its condition before purchase. It was properly secured to a small pallet and ready for transportation. One of the employees was nice enough to pressure wash the engine before loading it in the back of my truck with a forklift. I received the “grade A” part that I had been looking (for) at on their easy to use website. Definitely the right place to go when quality counts. Very pleased with my purchase
