Called Tri-City to come tow my Jeep to a mechanic and within 30 minutes my Jeep was loaded up and leaving my driveway. Shane the driver was professional and courteous! I will most certainly be using them any time I need a tow! Thanks guys!

Great customer service and excellent communication! Tim was quick to the scene and speedy with the load up. My car was totaled and he was able to take it off my hands right there which reduced the hassle of dealing with everything. He was even able to produce a damage report for our insurance company very promptly. 10/10 would recommend.

Unsatisfactory how much the police utilize this company to impound cars. It's like they have them on standby when they are bored. There are plenty of family friendly places

Tri Cities was quick in our lockout situation this afternoon. They estimated a 45 arrival time minutes but got here a few minutes before that. We appreciated their helpful customer service.

These guys showed up fast on a snowy day, and charged much less than I was anticipating. They got me back on the road safely, professional, and with a “we are neighbors” kind of friendly way about them. They are now my go-to for towing.

Had a cracked radiator and had it towed to David's Garage. Not sure which company was at fault, could have been at the drop off or during repair, because neither could resolve the issue. When i got my car back, there was a large dent and multiple scratches on my quarter panel. About $1,500 worth of damages.

Our car broke down suddenly on a Sunday afternoon. Andrew answered my call and came right away. And on a Sunday. He was very fast and efficient. He bright the car right to our dealership as asked and even dropped the key off for us. It made a bad situation so much easier. I’m so grateful.

When my step sister got in an accident, instead of calling Economy like she asked they called tri city towing. To move her vehicle out of the road (literallyjust out of the road) they charged $300 on the spot. Driver said "my boss said it's $300 to drop for you" otherwise it would have been $450 to bring to them to let insurance pay. That's $450 plus the fee to tow elsewhere afterwards. The accident was not my step sisters fault, the other lady received the ticket, yet she had to pay $300 to have it moved because the tire was flat. The officer was sympathetic after he heard the price and said if he had known he would have let her "limp it out" to get it off the road. I am wondering how there are so many great reviews. I see all over "fair pricing" but how is $300 fair. I've been towed twice now about 15 miles each time and paid around $75. I didn't even pay $300 when I was towed from g.r. to north Muskegon after my accident. This is just disgusting right before Christmas to a mother of 3 who was in an accident with 1 of her children.

Jeremy and his wife Jill helped us out immensely when my truck's engine failed. They arrived quickly, towed us off Beacon Blvd, had us jump in their truck and hauled us to the dealer to have it looked at. Since we were in a bind to get to IL that day, Jeremy provided us contacts to the rental car desks at the airport and gave us some advice on who was best. Later that week when I needed my truck transported home, Jeremy and Jill arrived at the dealer with a flat bed and rolled the truck on the transport trailer with ease. They are a class act and I couldn't be happier with the service provided! Excellent pricing and support. Really, really appreciate their help in what could have been an expensive disaster.

Good people. Got a ride back to Holland from Spring Lake. $100, which seems to be very fair. Drove in the truck cab with a really nice couple that were super easy to talk to. Honestly wouldn’t want to take my business anywhere else.

Our carbroke down 7 miles from our destination on 4th of July. Called Tri-City on a whim and I'm glad I did. Jeremy and Jill came on time and were extremely friendly, professional and kind. We had to drive all the way back to Chicago. I would definitely recommend their services.

My Jeep overheated at 10pm, they arrived within 20 minutes of my call, had my vehicle loaded and delivered in under one hour...courteous and professional, exceptionally clean truck, obviously they care about their equipment, and treated mine with respect. Even closed the top because it was going to rain...Awesome experience

One of the most inexpensive tows for how far I had to go, that I have ever had. The driver and his wife were very professional and friendly. Gave me a ride to the repair shop and truck was clean. Great experience with this service and will definitely be using again when needed.

What an excellent company! Trucks are pristine, I would call this company in a heartbeat. My son works part-time and comments how well run they are and how good they treat their employees! Way to keep your community proud to have such a well running group taking care of their customers and family!

Great service! We were getting ready to pull our trailer home on Sunday and the keys were locked in the car with a dead battery. Tri-City came over and saved us a lot of anxiety. Great service, especially on a Sunday. Thank you!

We were off to a great start when setting up our appointment with Tri City Towing. The driver seemed eager to help, and was totally on board with the pickup/ drop off locations. However when it came down to the drop off- the driver was definitely not on board with the agreed upon plan. Little did he know our mechanic was waiting in the garage where the car was supposed to be dropped off. But instead the tower had dropped the car off at the top of the driveway about 30 yards away from the agreed upon location...in a snowbank. Needless to say we were not pleased and neither was our mechanic. Will not use them again. -_-
