I meant to make this review a week ago! But i had a great experience here! The employee was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond i forget if her name was “Anabelle or Arabelle” but i heard the other employee refer to her as “Belle” she literally deserves a raise i hope the boss sees this. I went in and she ended up finding out i needed a new battery she even installed the battery for me in my car in the freezing cold and helped another woman with her battery and installed it for her as well! I was truly so thankful and greatful for all her help she truly is such a great person. Best customer service experience ive had.

I went in for some fluids and Jay was beyond helpful! He made sure I was getting the right items and even verified how many liters I would need along with providing me the torque specs..Thanks Jay!!

Need more help, your competition put my wipers on cause you couldn't with one man working. I'll look elsewhere next time!! Already did for that matter, got new rear blade at competition that put on front blade from you!! It seems according to reviews you only seem to say "SORRY" when you should take some action, it may actually help! You're missing the boat and likely losing many customers.

Staff was friendly and as helpful as possible, store policy was not so much. Store was not able to honor 3 year battery warranty even though product had a history of being defective.

I've been to most of the local auto parts stores in the area and this is a good one. So far they have had everything I need and the staff are pretty helpful. Like most parts store they will order things for you but if your not sure on the part recieved they will let you inspect it before the purchase to be sure it's the right part. In some cases they might give more help than expected which is nice.

Very helpful was able to get everything in one stop with the help from the associate.

Excellent service provided by Tye...needed to replace battery on important travel date, and Tye went above and beyond the call of duty to secure the correct equipment and he installed battery while I waited. Excellent, professional and very friendly service!

Just got off of the phone with (what I presume was a) teenager who was extremely unprofessional. After explaining I needed assistance with a tax exempt order for the government, he — audibly annoyed — told me “I don’t know what you expect me to do about that.” I don’t get what people get by being passive aggressive but man, he was obviously not getting paid enough to handle my 3 minute phone call.

Customer service needs a lot of work. I have been to this store twice in the past few months. Both times were for online orders. Employee was very unprofessional. He told me me “ All that for the worst break pads we have. You will be back in four months to replace them” No!! I won’t be back. I may need to replace them soon but it certainly won’t be from O’Rielly!!

All the parts you need at a fair price with friendly knowledgeable sales people. Yes I would recommend this business.

I went in yesterday for a part I need for my center console. I showed the cashier the picture. She instantly dismissed me and said I would have to go to the dealership. She was very rude. I feel like she could have at least tried to look it up for me. I figured out what I need in two seconds by myself. Very terrible customer service. I will not be going back again.

They had the part that I needed after searching all over holland for it. When I arrived, Timothy came out to ring out the part I needed. I brought the old brake caliper back in because one of the guide pins was seized up. They didn’t have the rubber cover that went on it so Timothy took the time to remove it from the old part, he was literally sweating. He went above and beyond and I will not hesitate to return or send people their way! You hardly find customer service like that anywhere!

Every time I needed a specific part they have had it in stock. Great customer service and great prices. They really know what they are doing.

Purchased two front wheel bearings for F-250 at over $300 a piece. Both failed with less than 50,000 miles, stranding me in Texas.. Originals ran over 200,000 miles. If its a critical part I will buy motorcraft in the future.

I needed to buy brake pads all around for my car and one rotor. They not only had all of them in stock. They were the cheapest on the pads. Then price matched on the rotor! ?

Bought a new battery for my '13 Chevy Z71 truck. Good quality battery at a sale price and installed on the spot!

Very awesome and helpful team. I was test driving a jeep compass from B Square Motors (don't go there btw) and noticed the engine light was on. Took it to have O'reilley's test it. Came up with a code that was commonly caused by damage (car had a door that had obviously been replaced, the code confirmed there had been an accident of some sort). Mike came out to look at the car and was able to point out the numerous repairs and paint job that we hadn't noticed. His advice steered us clear of a bad and sketchy deal. No charge for his help either. We learned a lot from Mike. Thank you guys so much.

I called about replacing my battery and a friendly rep told me they would install it for me. (Replacement involves loosening 4 bolts, but appreciative none the less.) I arrive, the guy I think I talked to is on the phone, so another guy helps me, says they might help install it. Looks under the hood and says your bracket has 3 bolts not 2, we don’t do those. Lol, OK... they sell a battery brand that is not found on Consumer Reports. Their best battery was a 3 year warranty, 800 amp, $148 option. I ended up going to Walmart which offers a 5 year, 1000 amp option for $94 installed. Their brand is among the top 3 on Consumer Reports. What a ripoff o Reilly would’ve been.

Thank you for incredible service that saved us a lot of time and money. Ryan was testing our car for battery and alternator problems. When checking the battery he discovered a safety cable that had come loose. He then proceeded to look online to see what the cable was for and helped us put it back in working order. Battery and alternator problem solved!
