Izzy, Anesia, Anthony, Brandon, BrentLee, & Melvin are the absolute best Auto Zone team!! I was welcomed with warm hellos upon arrival! I needed to learn a few things about my car and everyone was so helpful and patient with me! I will be back for all my car needs, especially my blinkers in a couple of weeks. Thanks family!

The Male Manger is so helpful hes always in the front, this my favorite autozone he's very polite every time I come in here he's doing three or four things at time and still make time to help me and other people. Im in and out quick

Anesia is beyond fantastic. She gets the job done. Came in and she helped figure out my problem with car quick and printed out some paperwork for me and pointed me to the right direction. Get her that manager position ASAP. She is needed out here. Ask for Anesia when you walk in and she will take care of you. Come on AUTOZONE get her the manager position she wants it and deserves it.

The rep was nice in the beginning. Then I had to find out the ones that I have warranty for and she had to search couple of time out to altogether 15 min then she was kind of annoyed of my asking question about reward..

Staff acts like it's an inconvenience to help you. When I needed a refund on an air filter that did not fit, the cashier, who look it up for me 20 minutes ago, told me I gave him the wrong information and wanted to argue. I said can I just get a refund, he complied while talking smack and cussing. That store should just close.

I have a shop and I was trying to get a price for brakes and rotors. The guy I was speaking to in commercial was very rude right away. Very weird as I didn’t do anything I was just wondering about a price, he got upset and just hung up. I do work with AutoZone all the time so that was very unfortunate.

Just wanted to say "Thank you again" to Brandon. I had bought brake pads at another Auto Zone in St. Clair Shores. When I took my car to my mechanic, he said I needed rotors also. So he sent me to the store on Dequindre. Brandon was GREAT! He told me the pads were on sale with the purchase of rotors. So I went home and got my pads/receipt. He saved me money! I do really appreciate him. Good guy!

Literally one of my favorite places to go to for items and parts. Also, their rewards program is amazing. This is for almost every location. I’ve been to everyone has been really helpful and amazing thing. Is they search up your car and your specific making and model in near and they get you was too need specifically for your car and sometimes they don’t have something you can ask them to maybe order it for you as well. Don’t forget about the free battery charging and free battery. Diagnosis that they offer.

AutoZone has a decent selection of parts for your car repair, and maintenance needs. Their staff in general is very knowledgeable about their products. They have the ability to transfer items amongst the various stores, so if they are out of stack at the moment, they can either have it for you later the same day, or for pickup the next morning.

Visited Autozone today. Needed new wiper blades. Nate Johnson was my service person. From the first step in the door to the putting on the wiper blades. Excellent service. And plus it was his first day. Want excellent service go see Nate. Dequindre and Woodward Heights store

Donnie D. was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He installed my new battery and windshield wipers and took the time to make sure everything worked properly before I left. All in all it was a very good experience.
