I was a long time customer and bought a used car from him when I was in desperate need. he said the checked it all out and had one minor leak issue which I had fixed. Well after not feeling well I had it checked again and they found multiple exhaust leaks, more oil leaks, power steering leaks, as well as 9000 in other repairs it could use. now I'm out the money I gave him and almost as much in repairs and a car I cannot drive as the cabin fills with fumes quickly and burns my eyes and throat. Never again

Tire light came was on and we filled it. We got on the highway and within 10 minutes the light came back on. We pulled off the high and went to a gas station to figure out the closest mechanic and that was open on a Sunday. We did call but there was no answer. We tried to fill the tire but the airpump at this gas station was not working properly. So we had no choice but go there. He got us in fast. For $60 out the door we got a used tire. Tread looked good.

I never even got to take my car there. I went on their website to check it out before I called to see if they offered towing because my cars brakes went out and it is unsafe to drive. I had to call 3 times to even get someone to answer and when they did. The guy on the phone was impatient and rude. He was not listening to a word I said then told me to just put brake fluid in and take it to him. You don't think I tried to just put brake fluid in it already refused to give me an estimate and when I asked about towing he said they do not do towing. I cannot comment on their skills as mechanics however needs some serious help on manners and customers service skills

They are liar I Was have Dodge grand Caravan 2016. The engine was noisy a little bit and I take my car to the shop. The man told me he can fix it for $500 and I pay around $600 and a problem still in check engine even still on

Short version: excellent service, kind, honest, very fair and fast. Can you ask for more ? Longer version - woke up, went to run out for something and my brake light came on. Worst case scenario right? It's Sunday and our other vehicle overheated on Thursday- I desperately needed a working, safe, reliable vehicle for this upcoming week. This was not the first shop I called but he was the only one who sounded like he cared and he told me to come down. 5 minutes after I arrived my car was on the lift and he was showing me exactly what was wrong. He explained to me what he was going to replace and what didn't need it. While he took a call I googled how much it would cost for a part $80 ( I actually have to do this because as a woman I like to know what's reasonable to pay without labor.) He told me he had the part and could fix it today- for $180. Guys. It's Sunday. He could have said any number he wanted to me, but he was reasonable and honest. It's hard when your dad isn't here to trust anything anyone says( my dad builds cars and taught me the Google trick) about what I need, but I knew he wasn't charging me more than was fair. This man is an excellent businessman because he has a new loyal customer in us. He turned what could have been a nightmare situation/ day for myself and my family- an actual hardship- to a pleasant day that left both myself and my husband with a good feeling - and a safe car to drive!

Honest quality work...nick n his guys been my goto for almost as long as I've been driving if It is something my fam can't or don't want to do...and prices are more than fair every time

The moment me and my sister and I stepped into the shop we felt very comfortable. The owner, Steve, was very nice and perfeciant. He made us feel welcome and explained in detail the work that needed to be done. I would recommend him highly.☝️?

Been getting my cars repaired here for years. No nonsense, honest place with fair prices and fast service. I've never been up sold anything, or felt cheated in any way. The confidence of the owner always leaves me feeling satisfied that the work was done right, and time on the road always confirms it.

I will not take my vehicle there anymore they are NOT honest and do shady work! You will end up paying a lot more. NOT RECOMMENDED

I love the work that Savaya Auto Service does on our vehicle for basic maintenance! I go to them for any parts and labor job for our Mitsubishi and it's way cheaper than the dealership! It was $460 to get our rotors done and they did our oil change, brakes and rotors for our Mitsubishi for $355! I'm getting the fronts done next week! I dash so I put alot of wear and tear on the vehicle I drive but I think I'll be able to get all the maintenance done here. Note: No more foreign cars for us ?

Nick is an honest and professional, I've never felt overcharged or taken advantage of. I always bring my car here and recommend others to do so also.

I’ve sent a couple vehicles to these guys. The shop is not clean and they are not overly friendly. But their communication is clear, they turn their vehicles around quick and they are incredibly fair with their pricing. I’ve worked with several mechanic shops in the area before I started coming here. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicles ever again. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Brought my charger here because it started running weird, they fixed the EGR valve. Paid almost $400 and my car still isn’t running right. I took it back to savaya for them to keep telling me nothing is wrong with it. So I guess I’ll be taking it to a different shop from now on.

Could not identify the issue with my car and did not communicate with me, held the car for days and I had to call to figure out what was going on. I also asked them to fix a tire pressure sensor while it was there and they didn't do that either. And after all that I went to pick up the car and they were about to leave well before their listed closing time for the day, and they charged me $25 despite having done nothing to the car but check for a code and idle it. Took it to another shop and they identified and fixed the issue and communicated with me proactively.

Nothing great nor bad to say. They'll put on or take off whatever is causing your vehicle issues, but your car never seems quite the same after said repair. My car was shaking up a storm and I was informed it was a tie rod. Got the tie rod and sway bar fixed and it still shakes but not as much as before and now the steering is out of alignment. I have lots of other similar stories dealing with them in the past. They're prices are reasonable only if they actually completely fix the problem.

I wanted some work done on my car and I just dropped in hoping someone there might have time to do it. He gave me a quote did the work quickly and charged me less than he originally quoted. I was so happy to get the job done when I had the time. I didn't have to call , make an appointment and wait a week . No hassle. And it was a Saturday too .

These guys are super friendly and fairly priced. I never felt pressured and they looked thoroughly at my van. I feel confident that my vehicle is in safe condition to drive, after leaving here today. I will be recommending everyone take their cars here. Thank you very much! You put my mind at ease. Keep up the great work :)

Our car broke down middle of I-75N near Hazel park on Sunday afternoon. We were driving from Canada on our way to Auburn Hills, MI. Found Savaya shop few miles away near exit 62. He helped us right away, found a part with in 20 min, personally drove to picked up the part and fixed it in 45 min. He charged us very reasonable price (less then $150). I am very grateful for his help and quick service.

This place does great work! I used to take my 96 integra here all the time. (Got a new car and will still take it here) They have great pricing. And are always helping out, like "hey you should get this repaired soon etc. They are always straight up with there customers . 10/10 Very trusted place

Had the best experience getting my car looked at that a young person (without any car knowledge) could have. I pulled up (car being towed on a flatbed, by an awesome driver named joe, from D&C towing) on a Sunday morning right as they opened. The amazing mechanic who worked on my car immediately diagnosed the issue. The battery just needed to be charged. I had mentioned that I thought it was either the starter or alternator before he looked at it. I had no idea what happened because I jumped it with jumper cables hours earlier and it wouldn't start. I was ready to pay for a new battery after he told me the battery was dead, and he wouldn't let me buy one because mine was fine. Every other shop I have been to, the mechanic would dupe me into spending unnecessary money on things I didn't need. This shop just wouldn't have me spend the money on a battery that was unnecessary. Savaya auto service are honest people that do great service for great prices. I'm going back to get my brakes done in a few days! Highly recommend!

Always very professional and efficient! I never go anywhere else for car related issues, from my oil change to new brakes or tires to unknown noises my car always makes, they handle all of it. Would give 6 stars if I could.

DO NOT GO HERE! Wow... Shaking my head at the partially finished and completely over priced "services". He completed 50% tasks he needed too but charged me 100% of the quote, on top of an $8 charge to use my debit card? Really? I've been going to them for years for oil changes, but nickel and diming a customer you know by first name is an absolute joke... Kinda like your half assed workmanship hw displayed this eve... Paying 8 bucks to see someone's truecolors? DISCOUNT.

Horrible service and the owner is always playing mind games ! He gives one total and then randomly he changes the price & my freaking vehicle still has issues it also seems like everytime I take it back something else magically breaks and he adds that on to the total as well! My car was in the shop for almost a month because I was waiting on him to find out what's wrong with it ? He said it was the engine eventually but I wasn't having any issues with my engine prior to me taking it to his shop ! I just believe he wanted to make 2000 off of me easy and now I have to go to another shop to make sure he didn't damage more stuff ... Please do not visit this horrible unprofessional place ... NICK IS RUDE AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCK!

The gentlemen were honest and kind. They didn't overcharge in fact I think they kept the price quite reasonable in spite of the surprise of it taking longer than expected due to the nature of my old car. I wouldn't only recommend I'll be back for sure. MUCH appreciated. THANK YOU!

Car broke down, and I called to see if I could have it towed there which wasn't an issue obviously. Once I arrived, they listened to what happened and asked some questions to narrow down their diagnostics. I went home, and got a call with updates and permission requests to perform more tasks and order parts. They were direct, and didn't try to get me to perform extra tasks like a lot of shops do. The total was very low, and they offered advice and to check other fluids at no charge. I brought my car there at 3:30pm, and I picked it up at 5:00pm the same day fully repaired. I was shocked to say the least. I read reviews for this place, and I gotta say I'm pretty impressed with them. I know cars fairly well, and usually fix my own. This time I was just too busy to do it myself, and I felt they did it at a low cost with honesty. I'll be bringing my vehicles to them in the future, and will update this review in the case that it's necessary.

I brought in my car to have it looked at and to get an estimate. They gave me a list of repairs with a quote and a time estimate. They took 2 days longer than they estimated and made extra repairs without asking me, then they charged me for them to get my car back. The cost of the repairs went up over $250 from the orginal quote. When I got my car back I still had problems that weren't found at Savaya and the total remaining repair costs were far more than the value of the car. If they found the issues to begin with I would not have had the car repaired at all, instead, I spent $1000 at Savaya with over $2000 of repairs still remaining. I will not be back.

This is the best Auto service center I have ever been to. The ower is amazing and both him and all his mechanics are great and know exactly what they are doing, they are very fair priced, the least expensive that I have found in the entire state of Michigan! They are consistently busy which tells me they not only know what they are doing but so many people only come to him as well because not only does he fix your vehicle, he's the GO TO MECHANIC when anything goes wrong. This is the only place that as a women, I didn't get screwed over as I have many times before with OTHER automotive service centers. I highly recommend this place for everyone. You can't go wrong with Savaya! Amazing service, I refuse to EVER go anywhere else. Thank you Savaya!
