Amazing! I took a car in for a pre-puchase inspection and every one there was wonderful. Jason walked me through the inspection and was very thorough. He gave me his honest opinion and some great advice. I think I've found my 'I've got a guy' guy. Even though it's 30 mins from my house, I'll be making the trip any time I need a mechanic!

Last minute effort to have a luggage rack installed on a Highlander. Dealer wanted a ridiculous amount for a relatively simple install - contacted Jon and he was more than willing to be helpful and work on this for me. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and efficient the shop was for such a small and small dollar amount job. If need be I will gladly work with Ferndale Collision again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you!!

Jon and his team are fantastic. I had my truck hit while it was parked and for being the collision shop, he did more to move with insurance claim along than the insurance claim or the people who hit me. Whoever worked on my truck also did an amazing job. the repair is fantastic, the service is fantastic, the overall experience has been fantastic. They have my trust in fixing any car I have in the future.

Had to take my car in for a repair. The manager Jon was excellent to work with. Was very straight honest and forward. They did a outstanding job fixing my car. Kept me informed of what was being done and if anything changes or other damage was found. I highly recommend taking your car to this shop. Best place I have found in a long time. I would rather have the honesty over just being sold stuff you don't need.

Wonderful experience in every single way! Someone hit my front end, and they got us in quickly for an estimate. My car is a little older and didn’t need the fanciest parts, so they worked with us to save where we could since we had to pay out of pocket. Incredible work and fast turnaround with excellent communication the whole process. They even cleaned the whole inside of the car at no extra cost, really above and beyond service. I can’t recommend them enough!

Took my truck in for driveshaft repair because the previous shop (auto fix) would not honor any warranty work my truck was worked on twice from there then a third time it messed up again I took it back and they told me they would fix it for 1500! I was referred to Ferndale collision and oh my gosh I was so impressed with them so courteous polite caring they went above and beyond to get my truck fixed and fixed right! It drives like a dream I'm totally loving it they even detailed it for me it shined so bright! My rims look brand new again! Tried to get an estimate to have a outside mirror installed on my truck. Gentleman that could provide the estimate was not there and was rudely told to call back, that he could not spare the time to call me back. Seems not important enough job for them to worry about. Plenty of other places that have good customer service and willing to do a little work.

A local valet damaged my vehicle and I needed some body work done. Brenda was so kind, and Jon was great as well. They got my vehicle in quickly and back to me within a week. Looks great now and I’ll return should I need any future repairs.

The team at Ferndale Collision went above and beyond on the paint repair they did on my BMW 340i. I had lots of paint chips on the front bumper and a scuff mark from somebody getting a little too close and swiping my bumper. They even repaired my loose fog lights and side camera at no extra cost from the original quote. The paint on the bumper blends in great. Would definitely take my vehicles here again!

Shady business tactics where the body shop was looking to make their profit on repairs it didn’t make. I went through insurance for damage to my rear bumper and a taillight that was broken. I told them to not replace the light or touch it. The insurance included the light on the estimate but said I was good to not do that repair with the shop if I don’t want to. The taillight was estimated at $700+ and they insisted on only “crediting” their cost of the light (500 ish) making it seem like they did me a favor and saved on my deductible. So I ended up paying $200 for a light they did not fix or replace because “we would have made money if we did fix it” in addition to the remainder of my deductible. My issue is purely with management on not at all a reflection on the wonderful lady at the front desk or the people doing the actual work.

I got into an accident and I took my car to Ferndale Collision Shop. When I walked in, they gave me an estimate of my car right there and they were beyond nice and so helpful. I called in a couple days later to order my parts, and it took maybe 4 days for them to get all of the parts in. I then dropped my car off on a Monday morning, and it was ready by the morning of Friday. They dropped my car off at my house, and the whole inside and out was clean. I cannot recommend them enough.

My car looks better than before the accident! Mike and his team are true professionals that really treated my car like it was there own. They fixed my car and detailed the inside of my car so it would look new inside and out. I'm very happy with their service and prices. Ferndale Collision is the only shop I will go to now.

I have been taking my vehicles here for a while for minor repairs and even sending others here. This time I needed them for a collision. They were fast, efficient, pleasant and we even laughed a bit. They made an inconvenience a nice experience. They went above and beyond by detailing my suv inside and out. They even fixed a tire that had a nail in it. I cannot recommend them enough.

Just amazing! Was backed into last weekend, Mike + the team at Ferndale Collision not only worked with me on the time frame and pricing for the repairs, but helped coordinate a rental car for me, AND detailed the entire inside of my car! I am so thankful for this business and their hard work. Definitely recommend for anyone with anxiety involving your vehicle. 10/10

I rarely leave reviews but I feel this place deserves it. I called and inquired about getting a spare tire I owned placed on a rim Barbara (I believe her name was) took care of me immediately. I had a few other places tell me they wont put my own tire on a rim because they dont make enough off the transaction but Ferndale Collision came to the rescue. I told Barbara I would be up there immediately and they got my new tire placed on my rim within 30 minutes. Will be revisiting when I need anything. Shop was immaculate, and thats rare these days.

From my first phone call, to the date I picked up my vehicle, Ferndale Collision and its' staff took care of all of my issues, including dealing with my insurance agency, and did everything necessary to get my vehicle back to me with a turnaround of only a few days. The initial impression with them was very good, the shop was clean, staff friendly, and they gave me a quick and thorough estimate. Since getting my vehicle back, I’m pleased with the result and would highly recommend Ferndale Collision to others.

Would absolutely come back for work in the future. Shop Manager Michael Law went above and beyond with literally everything. The quality of work was 10/10. Better price than Suburban Collision by at least double and way more knowledgeable. Everyone and everything at the shop was super professional and my car ended up being done earlier than expected. Can't say enough good things about this place and the staff!

The only repair shop I trust to work on my car. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, the staff was friendly, shop was clean.
