I'm leaving this review solely because of one employee. The employee with the license plate "57AUCE" drives extremely reckless. This emlpoyee drives well over double the speed limit down 9 mile and has cut me off multiple times pulling out of their shop. I really hope the employee changes their driving before something bad happens. The owner mentioned I'm not the first to complain about this employee, yet the employee refuses to change their driving. I feel bad leaving this review for the owners sake, but when you have employees acting like this and showing no remorse, and then take no action about it, you kind of deserve a bad review. I'm not complaining because I'm upset their employee is driving 5 miles over the speed limit. I'm complaining because at the speed they're driving they will kill someone.

I had an excellent experience at this service center. The staff was very professional, honest, and friendly from the beginning to the end. They took the time to carefully listen to my concerns about the noise in my car and provided a clear diagnosis. What I really appreciated was their transparency — they explained everything in detail, without trying to push unnecessary services. The service was fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. I truly felt that they cared about helping me rather than just making a profit. It’s rare to find such trustworthy mechanics, and I will definitely be coming back here for any future repairs or maintenance. Highly recommended!

Been coming here for several years. They did a great job fixing my tie rod, shocks and struts, front and rear alignments, and control arm. Marcus is an awesome owner. Quality work.

Excellent service. I thought I had a broken lower rear control arm and they walked me through checking it over the phone to confirm the problem. They ordered both control arms to be safe (upper and lower) and ended up only needing to replace the lower one, and sent the other back at no cost to me. I dropped the car off at 4:30pm yesterday and they called me today at 10am to tell me it was ready to be picked up. It only cost me $288. They also checked all the other control arms on the car for me and said they looked good and did not need repair. Never tried to sell me anything and the car is handling perfectly. Highly recommend. Finding honest auto repair shops is rare. The shop is very nice on the inside as well.

We are a new customer at Tire Outlet. My son's 2017 KIA Sportage was idling and running rough and our regular repair place in Ferndale, Wetmore's had a long backlog of customers. A neighbor suggested Tire Outlet, so we decided to give them a try. Marcus got us right in first thing in the morning. He had the results of the diagnostic within a couple of hours. They replaced the spark plugs and did an engine flush and oil change. The car was ready by early afternoon, and at what I think was a very fair price. Marcus did a very thorough job of explaining what the issue was and what the work was that was done. I will definitely take our vehicles to Tire Outlet moving forward. Excellent service and experience.

These are the most honest mechanics I have ever been to, they tested our car multiple times and when we took it back did even more testing free of charge. They were open and honest about the potential issues and did not want to do unecessary replacements when the issue was not clear from the tests. I will be taking the car here every time we have a concern.

I was very lucky to have gotten my flat tire outside of auto pro service center. They managed to plug my tire and get me back out on the road less than an hour. Thank you, Marcus for your patience with us and your immaculate professionalism.

Quick and professional service! I just needed a tire patched. Other local shops quoted 2 weeks for 1st appointment and $45. Tire Outlet got me in same day. I was back on the road in under 30 minutes and for a fraction of the cost. Bonus! They refilled my windshield fluid. Highly recommended

It had been a while since I had gone here for my car repair, and being amazed at how beautiful and always clean the place was. My service was done right away and always amazing. Great customer service will have me returning for my future auto repair and service needs. Heard a weird clunking sound, was freaking out since I work in sales all over the state and depend on my car to make an income. Needed it fixed ASAP. Brought it in just before 4/4:30 pm and asked them to take a look to see how bad the damage was. They said they would look at it tomorrow since it was nearing the end of the business day. Totally understood and left my keys with them to walk home. While I was still on the phone with the insurance adjuster by the CVS next door, he called me to tell me they fixed it. I couldn't believe it. I was so worried about how I was going to be able to rent a car to get to work the next day. It turns out it was a missing nut/bolt (don't know where it could've gone). They replaced it, were super honest and didn't charge me for the lone screw. Whatever that screw would've cost them now has made me a loyal and returning customer. Thank you again, totally saved the day!!

I went to have my air valve stalks replaced after mistakenly using cheap metal caps which got stuck on the air valve stalks. The shop was super clean and extremely welcoming! I was able to have them replace 3 stalks and they were able to salvage 1. The shop team was very professional and explained cost associated with the repair. I was recommended by a friend to go here and I would 100% recommend this shop for anyone in the Ferndale area.

I can't say enough nice things about the Tire Outlet. Marcus got my car in immediately and fixed it lightning fast, and didn't even charge me! I will be going back to the Tire Outlet for all my needs now. Excellent customer service all around!!!

This shop is incredible! Marcus is so kind and explains things so well, honoring your intelligence while offering his own impressive expertise. I have taken my very old (‘98!) car here several times, and they are always very honest and generous in describing what is going on and what the best route to take is. This shop is trustworthy, works efficiently, and offers very fair prices for the work.

calvin and marcus took amazing care of my vehicle and i. i dropped my car off in the morning and had it back before the end of the day. they provide great service with amazing employees. im so glad i found this shop they were absolutely amazing and couldn’t recommend them more!!

Went to Auto Pro for an oil change for the first time today. They were busy and all the bays were full (usually a good sign because it means that folks like the service). The man at the desk (Marcus?) asked me if I could come back at 2pm and they should be able to take me right away. I came back just before two and, as promised, they took my car right away! I have to say, Auto Pro is one of the cleanest, most organized auto repair shops I’ve ever seen. And the special they had for an oil change was the least expensive price I’ve paid in a long time. They found that I need new front brakes - and you know what, I believe them! I’ll be back to Auto Pro!

I had my car serviced a couple of times at the Ferndale 9 Mile location & I made them my "go-to" garage. They're friendly, honest, knowledgeable & prompt. Everything you need from a garage. I highly recommend the guys at at Auto Pro Service Center.

This place is a joke. I needed a tire replacement due to obvious wear from bad alignment. I told them about the issue and wanted a estimate on correcting this problem. I was told there wasn't a problem with the alignment and they sold me new tires. The new tires only lasted for a few months until the metal was showing and was very dangerous to drive. Do not trust these ppl. When I took my car back into them they wouldn't do anything to correct the situation and didn't care they told me everything was fine when it wasn't and put my life in danger. They call themselves specialist and they do this? After all this they didn't make things right and gave me a quote that was much more than bell tire. Don't do business with tire outlet

Be on your best behavior walking into this place. Calvin has the temperament of a stray cat. He is capable of going from zero to 100 in six seconds. I came in for a simple tire repair and they couldn’t find the leak. Never took the tire off the car and, instead, filled it with air and sent me on my way. No dashboard reset, no tire repair and no pressure checks on other tires. When I came back to point out there was no reset, I was yelled at and insulted as if he meant to say…don't ever come back here. That’s for sure.

I need a battery for my Jeep. I thought I need more work, but they were honest. I didn't have any problems. I recommended they to anyone. Who wants car back the same day. They are better than the dealerships. Dealerships can take a week just to look at the car.

Incredible service. I called out of the blue on the one day I had child care (and thus one thousand things to catch up on) without having an appointment. Marcus & team took my call, got me in immediately, assessed the issue, fixed it for me, and brought my car around — all within about 30 minutes total. Clearly trustworthy and luckily my fix was only $20. Absolutely amazing.

I went here on the recommendation of a friend. This is an incredibly honest, reliable, trustworthy shop. I initially went here to get my alternator replaced along with an oil change. After an inspection I was told there was further maintenance that needed to be done to my vehicle. I was told pictures could be provided to show what needs fixing and there was absolutely zero pressure to get work done aside from the issues I originally went in for. The work was done quickly, reliably and well. Honest good work was done here This is definitely going to be my new repair shop should work need to be done. Can't recommend this place enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again for the hard honest work. You are all great.

The guys here are awesome. My truck needed repair because the heat was not working properly. A month ago I had took it to a shop I was loyal to... To only see they wasn't loyal or honest with me. They took my payment and said my truck was fixed and that was not true. The heat went out the next day. These guys at Auto Pro not only fixed my jeep but it was fixed before I even got off work.. Fast forward to a week later my heat is still blowing at high speed. Thanks Auto Pro Service Center.

Beware— These people are very unprofessional. I originally brought my car in to get some engine work done. My car was running rough, and I had some squeaking in the back. After a tuneup, new back brakes and rotors, and an $1800 bill, my car was still running just as rough as when I originally brought it in. I took it back and they needed my car for another day to stop it from running rough. The next day I started leaking from my water pump. He told me to get the water pump and the inlets replaced. After another $650 bill I was still leaking coolant. He then told me that his mechanic forgot to replace a pressure fitting which he said is typically done when the water pump is replaced. He told me on Thursday that he was very busy and that I should bring it back to have it worked on all day Tuesday, because he would have to do the entire water pump job again just to get to that fitting. I dropped it off after work on Monday, after my mass airflow sensor broke that they had already replaced, and I was to pick it up once the leak was completely fixed Tuesday night. I still have a coolant leak and I’m out the $650... now it’s Tuesday and he didn’t even look at it, tells me that he had to fix the other problem which by the way they had already fixed. I firmly believe that they break your vehicle on purpose when fixing another part of your vehicle to get more money out of you. I now still have a coolant leak and I’m out of cash, time, and patience. I originally came here because I thought Calvin was a very trustworthy person that was going to take care of me, boy was I wrong. Only come here if you want to get ripped off. I highly suggest going to Sullivan’s right down the street, they’ll do a good job for you. Not having my car for five different days to fix two problems is not doing me any favors by the way Calvin. If you give an estimate and you are incorrect on how long it takes, it’s up to you to eat it. You are supposed to be the professional, I am the customer. If the job was supposed to take six hours and it took all day, how is that my fault. My suggestion is you talk to your so-called mechanics. Very unsatisfied and will not return.
