Took my car there and ended up after $800 later, he couldn't fix it. Had to have it towed to a dealership. Another $1800 to fix the damage he did to my car, trying to fix it. Worse customer service too.
I called to get a rough idea of recore or replacement would be. He said he had no idea he needs to see it. So I asked if he could look up a replacement buy vehicle or tell me what recore approximately be over the phone. He said yes but that I was an a**hole and to go somewhere else. WOW ? and said thanks and took my business elsewhere.
Amazing customer service and great fast work! Took my Jeep in didn’t blow hot air. After they diagnosed it found out heater core was plugged they flushed and cleaned it. Heat is burning hot! Thank you!

Had a suspected leak in my radiator. Removed it from the vehicle and had Freemans test it. They said it did not have a leak. Put it back on vehicle and still have fluid on the floor. Removed radiator again, took it to a different shop (Lansing Radiator Shop) and lo and behold, they found a small leak and repaired it for me. Freeman's charged me $20 for doing nothing. Lansing Radiator charged me $30 for repairing the leak Freemans could not find.
Small business, nothing fancy, just hospitality and an admirable sense of urgency. Plus, I know if I have any questions or problems with repairs, I can just let them know and they'll help. Best place in Greenville.
