Overall takeaway from my experience with this company: dishonest (either everyone or just a few employees), unethical, sneaky, exploiters. One of my employees was in a terrible wreck, this towing company was called to help. All my business supplies that are used to operate my business were in the vehicle, valuing 8k. Somehow the one box that had the majority of my valuable assets (approximately 5.5k in supplies) was not put back in the vehicle during clean up. This company gave the vehicle owners a hard time accessing their vehicle, and were dishonest about not putting everything back inside the vehicle. They failed to inform the drivers that more items were found but apparently they decided the items were “garbage” even though it was the only box that was NOT destroyed during the wreck. My assets were being held by either the whole company or one employee that thought he had an opportunity to steal and prey on victims of a serious accident. After almost 2 weeks and learning that they “trashed” my goods, I drove to them directly and was met at my car by an employee that somehow knew exactly what I was there for. (I didn’t even need to go into the building) And even though I provided no identification to him, and I’m not an owner of the vehicle involved in that crash, he gladly handed over my box of items that he was attempting to steal. So in the end, their policies don’t matter to them and they tried their best to cover up something serious. I’m very certain that I am not the only person with this experience and probably most people don’t even know what this company is doing. It’s also very convenient for them that this whole process took so long, with so much hassle, that it ensured a high bill for the owners of the car. There is way more to this story that I’m not going to waste typing up. The point is, always ask them what they “trashed” and question their honesty every step of the way. In the end, they are just another company seeking out how to take advantage of people and don’t care about how everyone is struggling right now. The only good thing about all of this is that your employee wised up and returned my goods because I was going to file larceny that day considering I had proof of your company withholding and concealing goods of a high value. Because there was no justice here, that is why I’m choosing to write the review because it’s the only way I can share this with people. My company lost thousands in lost sales pending pickup of these items. We had to cancel obligations. Our employees couldn’t work. And I still had to replace 1k of damaged goods including the goods in the box that was withheld due to “water damage” since my items were stowed away outdoors during the rain. If this company cares about what happened to me, they know how to reach me to at the very least apologize - however I’m sure they won’t and it will be twisted back on myself or the owners of the vehicle.

I Needed my vehicle door unlocked and these guys where on it from the time I called. Very satisfied with the gentleman that come to help me. Very polite. Cheapest around to. I highly recommend Lenny and Squiggys towing.

Whoever the flat bed driver is who helped me with my Dodge Ram today was awesome! Spectacular Service and if ever needing a Tow service I’ll be calling them!

Had my little moped break down on me and I never would have imagined that a tow truck would stop and help me get my moped home, but one did! Ya'll were really my heroes that day, I can't thank you enough!! Especially thanks to the driver, it was so cool of him to stop and offer me help, definitely was scary being broke down on a busy road- so thank you so much for helping me!

I had a flat tire and Brandon came right out and changed it. Very friendly and very fast with the tire change. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Great service. Broke down on Lincoln Lake and 12 mile. Called and was told 15-20 mins. Arrived in exactly that time frame and the service was friendly and efficient. I would absolutely call again if I was in a predicament. I believe Brandon was the name of my driver.

If I could give this business a 0 I would. I called in a bind and they quoted me half of the price that they charged me in the end to unlock my vehicle in 5 minutes with me helping them!

I reached out to these guys about towing my dad’s vintage car to his celebration of life service so that we could have a piece of my dad there. Pat didn’t hesitate to offer his services and at a deal due to our situation. Mathew, who towed the vehicle, did an amazing job and handle our dad’s car with so much care! It made it a special day for us to have a part of our father there. Highly recommend!

They helped me yesterday he was so friendly very professional. I can't remember the guys name but he was so nice . Make this your final towing company the company makes you feel like family.

I locked my keys in my truck and knew my vehicle was going to be tricky to get into. I called Lenny and Squiggys Towing and had a wrecker here in 20 minutes. Matt helped get my keys and was great to work with! Highly recommend them and will definitely be calling if I ever fall into this situation again.

Had a great experience with them. Everyone there is a nice, friendly person. They helped me pry my plate off my car and offered to put air in my mom's tires since they were running low.

I called lenny & Squiggy very late last night. They answered the phone very quick and reassured me that they will be able to get me winced out in time for me to go to work. The man who came to help me was named Matt. He was extremely professional and came promptly. He got me out quickly and was very helpful with communicating between his boss and I. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will use their services in future. Thanks again!

Came out on a Sunday after we had 8 or so inches of snow overnight. I’m sure they were busy that day. My battery was dead. Pat came to assist, he was super friendly. Got my car running quickly.

I don't ever do this but I was so impressed with the experience that I had with this place. The tow trucker driver made me feel like I was priority #1. FAST PROFESSIONAL WITH A KIND SMILE I was thrilled that the cost was so low. I hope if I ever break down, that its near Greenville.

Lazy and overpriced, came out to change a family member tire. Didn't change it and charged her over $100, crooks if you ask me. I would give zero stars if it was an option

Needed a tow last Friday and a truck was out to help us within 15 minutes in Greenville. If you've ever needed a tow, you know that is very prompt. The driver tried to diagnose a couple of issues while he loaded up the car and also helped explain to our mechanic what we needed. The process was well explained and the price was fair. Definitely recommend.

Professional and very quick response time for a single car, rollover accident blocking the roadway. We were allowed access to our vehicle the very next morning to remove our belongings. Very pleasant experience in a very unpleasant circumstance. Highly recommend!

I live right in Greenville. I locked my keys in my car as I was loading the trunk to leave town. The car was running. Lenny & Squiggy's were super fast and courteous. I was in my car and on the road in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend these guys.

Woke up to a dead car and needed to be to an appointment. Called Lenny & Squiggy’s and they were there extremely fast!! Pat showed up friendly and had me back on the road in no time! Highly recommend!!!
