Alex was very helpful and professional drove from one side of the state for me to the other to tell my vehicle I really appreciate everything that too bad to go out of his way to make sure he got the vehicle it was supposed to go I recommend this company to everybody prices are very reasonable a very professional very reliable and on time

Honest, reliable, and best price. After wasting over an hour trying to find a tow, they beat everyone by a hundred dollars or more. I never mentioned what others wanted to charge and was even out of the normal area they service. Amazing experience.

We were on our way on vacation when our trailer tire blew. Alex came right away and changed the trailer tire for us. He also called to get an air compressor to put air in the spare tire. Alex was great and went above and beyond.

I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Twisted Metal Towing last weekend. After a phone call to my insurance, Hunter called to confirm my location and also get more information about my vehicle. Hunter got to me as fast as he could and he treated my broken F150 as if it was his. I had zero damage from getting towed. We made the best out of a 2 hr dive with good conversation. To be honest, I feel they need to raise their price. The tow was about half of what I was expecting and they could use an updated truck if they are driving people around. All and all, Twisted Metal surpassed my expectations and I wish them the best in building their business. Hopefully you don't need their service, but if you do they will be your best choice.

Thank you to the gentleman that helped my daughter with her flat tire, it was a huge pain to get the tire off and he was very accommodating, patient and easily could have just towed her car to our home, but instead, took the time to get the tire off and put the spare on for her. I want to give a special thank you to Alex, the owner of Twisted Metal Towing, LLC, in Greenville Michigan, for heroically rescuing me during the snowstorm Monday on my way to work . I was stuck between two hills in Honey Creek, in Ada and was terrified I would wreck. I still had my dang snow tires in the trunk of my Volvo and just couldn’t get traction to climb up either hill. I saw a tow truck pulling over and asked the driver if he had some sand I could use to help get me up the hill. He offered to instead drive my car up the hill with me in it. This young 22 year old man patiently and calmly rocked the car back and forward while gunning the gas and got me up the hill to safety. It took about 30 minutes and felt like an eternity. I had to hug him when we went done. He didn’t even try to charge me a thing. Then he went on to help other drivers like me that were also stuck. What an angel! My husband and I are from Ohio and ran into a little hiccup while in Iona, Michigan. We was referred to these guys and I am beyond greatful! We have never had this level of service in Ohio from a towing company! I was in a bad accident on a Saturday. I called him for a tow and he was there in 15 minutes. He arrived before the other tow company that was dispatched by the state trooper got there. He had it towed to a repair facility. He did an awesome job and was very professional. I highly recommend twisted metal towing for all your roadside needs!!

Called on a Saturday morning and he answered on the second right. Showed up within a 1/2hr. This guy is the real deal. I called three other tow company’s in Greenville, but this is the only guy who said, I can do it. My truck was stuck in the mud off a two track leaning against a tree on a incline. My man, pulled me out without a scratch. He put lots of extra effort into helping me out and for that he has a new customer and friend. Give him a call first.
