The lady manager Hanna gave me a real hard time about exchanging a faulty part over a receipt they couldn't read since their printers suck. Had attitude with me from the very beginning. Rubbed me the wrong way by having your child who is only a few years old at work. Its autozone not a babysitter.
Excellent! Walked in asking for a battery change. The worker was so kind and helpful. It was below zero temps and he didn’t complain once. Also, AutoZone corporate, do better and get these guys some real tools. The “kit” y’all provided was so inefficient, it’s TRIPPLED the time it would have taken. Also consider bays for cars to come out of the elements.
Great group of folks to work with. Have always helped me and my family out, by just doing things with a smile and a good attitude. Thats why they get 5 stars.
I’ve used this store for my car needs since I moved nearby. Always knowledgeable, always sweet, and very helpful! Autozone is definitely better than OReillys 100%
Stopped to get oil and filter for oil change. Once I put items in my truck discover my pants and jacket we're covered in oil. Got out and looked at the bottles and discovered one was leaking oil everywhere in my truck. No bag was offered. Once I paid guy walked straight to the back. Went inside and had to exchange for new bottle. Then go to tractor supply to buy new pants $50 just to make it to the funeral I was on my way to originally.
I have an older vehicle, was on a road trip and just needed a few odds & ends. Gabriel was very knowledgeable & helpful in making sure I got everything I needed. In an age when most employees don't know what a tire gauge is let alone can be bothered to help, he was a breath of fresh air & I felt confident in my purchases.
I accidentally bought the wrong style of wiper blades and was struggling to install them when Jay came out in the wind and cold to assist me. He helped me find and install the correct ones and answered all my questions with patience and a smile.
Issues with an engine I purchased and it was a fight to get any money back through autozone corporate clowns who claim they are for the customer. The only reasonable person in this scenario was the parts manager he deserves 5 stars, but everyone else associated with this brand is a clown glad oreillys doesn't give me half the problems when an issue arises.
My battery died at the Walgreens and the kind gentleman working there who I think said his name was Ted, jumped my car and then replaced my battery in the freezing cold(-4F). My battery was more than the normal pull out and replace but he still went above and beyond anyway. I cannot thank him enough this man deserves a raise.
I have been coming to this autozone forever, and I mean forever. Ever since I was old enough to do brakes. The service and staff here is amazing! Dana is absolutely amazing, she is who I ask for every time, she always gets me the correct part I need, not to mention if I am ever confused, she will offer useful advice every time! I love this autozone and am so happy it’s in my hometown!
Went tonight to get some cleaning supplies and ask about an issue I had. I asked the manager Donald if he could look at it and help me or tell me how to do it myself and what I needed to buy. He went above and beyond to take care of my issue and was very caring and genuine!!! Excellent customer service! He did not have to help me at all. I can not thank him enough!
The employees are incredibly helpful! I needed to change a spark plug and coil in their lot and they helped me by lending tools, and minor advice.
The store is also very clean, and well stocked.
I was having car trouble and I stopped in to get my car diagnosed. A guy named Jason helped me out and went above and beyond to help. I really appreciated how nice they were there. Very helpful!
My sister and I came in the pickup a new bulb for my break light and needed helping installing it. I unfortunately didn’t get the man’s name behind the counter who helped us. But he was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond helping us! Awesome staff here!
We had car trouble on the way home for Christmas. These guys were generous, diagnosed the fault and found us a local shop to fix it after hours. This auto zone is excellent. Thank you!
I don't like using the online website as I find it confusing. I called and they happily helped me over the phone and allowed me to place my order and pay for it so I can pick it up after work, where O'Reilly did not help me and told me I HAD to do it online. AUTOZONE will be my go to for parts now.
My name is Tim, a week ago my Audi broke down an hour and a half from home, so I had took it to the AutoZone parking lot to work on it. I had no idea how much trouble I would have trying to get this thing back on the road. The people that work there literally did everything in their power to help me to the point of getting their own tools out of their cars and loaning their personal property to me to help me out. They didn't know me from anyone and still gave me anything they had to help me out. Just wanted to say thanks guys. I'll make sure to pay it forward
This is where I go whenever i need anything for my vehicles. Management is great and staff is as helpful as they can be.
Usually they have what i need and if they don't they call other stores to find it or if needed they will order it. Very rarely are they unable to find what I need.
Now i work here because i liked it so much.
I'm a somewhat frequent customer. Tonight I went in and they didn't have the oil filter I needed, but the employee I checked with was able to get on scheduled to deliver to the store tomorrow morning. Best customer service you could expect!!
Donald and Marcus were extremely helpful when my windshield wiper blade broke during a torrential rain. They identified what blades I needed and did not hesitate to then go out into the torrential rain to put on the new windshield wiper blades. Highly recommend.
Hello there ;) today my kids and I was driving by Auto Zone and I got a flat tire and Donald was so awesome;) He stopped and came out of the Auto zone store to help me and my family out ;) He put a doughnut on my car and everything!! He was the BEST ?? I seriously wanted to cry ? tears of joy ! Thank you so much!
This AutoZone, is the best auto parts store in my town! (We have 4 of them) It does not matter, what I need as far as automotive tools, or parts! If they don’t have it, they will get it! Most of the time, they have everything I need, in stock. Not to mention, the work staff there are very helpful, & knowledgeable!

Employees are very helpful. I had a problem with dog scratches on the front of my car. They helped me pick a product. Meguiars scractch 2.0 it works great. No scratches anymore! Very happy.
Staff is very knowledgeable and was willing to dumb things down for me. They help me with everything I need every time I come in. They have even gone out and changed my windshield wipers for me without even having to ask. I really appreciate the service.
Store employee dint know what he was talking about and was rude to my husband. Manager was nice, but staff needs more training. Said guy was only there a month. Hopefully he gets better.
Great service..The help Will replace a tail or head light bulb , windshield wiper, even put in a new battery for your ?. Free of charge. Girls Auto Zine has been a life saver for me. Just ask and wa la .They come out to your car and put the part on.
