The employees are always so nice and helpful. I am new to the county, and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to find a part store that I could trust, and that also has fair pricing.

Be careful spending cash at NAPA, if it's the wrong part or anything of the sort, they won't refund your cash, they will cut you a check. Update* They supposedly don't do enough in cash sales to quote, "keep cash on hand." Well, if they accept cash, they should keep cash on hand. Poor customer service! And to the auto reply, no. I'm done with NAPA. You are forcing people to lose on money they have already worked hard for.

This is a old school parts store. They have always been helpful and will do whatever they can to make sure you get your job done.

If you need your semi truck repaired don't go here. They will tell you they are a week out, then 3 weeks later they keep giving excuses saying they had issues with another clutch job then other trucks would show up next to mine in the parking lot and they would get put in the shop before ours. So 4 weeks after initial drop-off Went to pick it up today and the shop was empty and yet mine was still sitting outside.

Joe and the crew promptly repaired the hub and brake assembly on my new 22 ft trailer. This trailer’ axle was a hot mess and dangerous when I brought it in due to defective condition when I bought it new less than a month before. Searching nationwide, they found the right parts and double checked the opposite side to ensure that we would be safe down the road. Very fair labor costs and parts pricing. They made a yucky situation feel less so with a little humor which I appreciated. I will offer my future business to this shop.

Have been going there for years! Great service helpful staff and because they do a higher volume of parts they get them for a little better price and they do pass that savings onto the customer! Can't say anything negative about this one.

Good Samaritans, that's the kind of service I experienced from the workers at M50 TRUCKS. I needed a tire replacement because something got in my tire from the road and they drove from Dundee to their store in Toledo, Ohio to get a tire for my truck. They did not want is to wait for tomorrow to get back on the road so they drove a total of 46 min. to get us back on the road. They made sure we were comfortable and assured us that they had everything under control. THE REPLACEMENT TIRE WAS OF GOOD QUALITY AND FAIRLY PRICED.

I’ve gone here twice now since it’s close to my apartment, and both times I’ve been ghosted, and the service guy is always gone. This last time I asked if they could replace my brakes. Again, nobody was there and nobody called me back like they said they would. I think I’ll take my thousands somewhere else.

After wasting my time at a differnt local shop these guys got me in, fixed my electical problem and had me on my way.

Was passing through and starter went bad . They had a tow truck there in 30 minutes and had us back on the road in no time. Thanks

Didn't even know this place existed until the other day. They are the only tire shop in Dundee that offered to order a tire for me. And as soon as they got the tire in and changed it and put it on my rim they called me we went and got it and they were fast friendly and I will be using their service again.

Have all parts in stock that are common type, can have most parts in within a day or two if not.. decent competive prices. Abd friendly. Has diesel and regular truck repair shop attached. And some storage area for camper ect.

I’ve been coming here for almost 12 years and I never thought I’d give a bad review. I wanted a new exhaust system. NEW. The mechanic used my old c clamps. C clamps r one and done parts. After 2 days I heard rattling. The bolts were missing or loose. I had them replaced and sent in the pics and bill to them. All I got was a “sorry”. Ur mechanic screws up and ur not gonna take care of it?! It’s a shame that they’re gonna loose a long time customer over $257. Two pieces of advice. Shop. Take care of ur future customers or u won’t have any. Customers. Double ck their work b4 u pay and leave.

Great service very polite had what I needed and help me get the job done

I had car trouble on a road trip to Nashville and these guys were so extremely accommodating and sweet to me and my brother, were so quick to help us get back on the road safely. It was a great experience. Thank you.

My husband and I are new to town due to relocation for his job. We have two cars and he drives a lot more than I do. We needed a new repair facility since we weren’t going to make a 2 hour drive to have our cars serviced. As we were window shopping at cabellas a gentleman who had his truck serviced there recommended John in service, stated it was a great experience and said that he was the guy to see. My husband and I took his advise and went to see John in service for service on my husbands vehicle, glad we did. John was extremely kind and most importantly honest. We had the service that was needed completed and it was a flawless experience. It’s almost time for mine to get service and best believe I will be seeing John again. I recommend to everybody who cares to read this review. Thank you again to the gentleman for the recommendation and to John for just being great and stopping the worry of dealing with a new place. If only more people would have assets like that with their company.

I've been going here for approximately 20 year's. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable whether you need parts or repairs on automobile's or heavy duty trucks.

Had an unexpected flat tire on my trailer at closing time. They took me in with no hesitation changed out my spare and sold me a new tire at a good price! Very friendly people. Returning today with my horse trailer for a all over check. Will let you know how that goes. I expect all will be fine.

Been going here everyday for almost 2 years won't be returning. Gave me the wrong part then they said they can go grab one waited 2 hrs they called said sorry forgot to call you back your part will be here soon. Called me 45mins later to tell me they didn't grab the part and that I would have to wait till Monday (this was on a Friday) to get it so I went somewhere else and got it. Then today I call to get an overpriced tire and rim they said they'll call when they find a normal 15in steel rim I've waited 4 hours already for them to call back so I will never be going back. It saves me money by going elsewhere anyway since everything's overpriced.

They were great when we had an unexpected tire problem on our camper on a Friday afternoon. They got us right in, replaced the tire, and on the road again in 30 minutes! We couldn't be happier, thanks again!
