Tommy is the most helpful, kind salesperson I've come across. I struggled with getting the light bulb out of my taillight and he took it out for me. By the time I got my child into the store he already had the replacement bulb sitting on the counter ready for me. He showed me how to tell if the light bulb is good or bad and helped me get my car in working condition again. Thank you tommy!!
Tommy at O’Reilly’s went absolutely above and beyond trying to help us with our car. We broke down on the side of the highway and got towed to O’Reilly’s and they were very kind about us hanging around for quite a while. Tommy is the MVP.
I've had mixed results here before. They know what they're talking about and prices aren't bad. If you buy a part, make sure they 2x check that the part in the box IS the part you need however... Friendly knowledgeable group of people and the prices aren't bad at all.

I give it a five star only if mackenzie is it's working computers.. There's a red headed guy.. And some other bearded guy.. With a lot of gold necklaces.. They always give me the wrong part..and I have to go back-and-forth. A bunch of times.. The lady mackenzie knows.. how to use computers.. And should definitely be in charge.. She always gets me the right part the first time!!!
I usually prefer O'Reilly over autozone, but not today. I wanted to place an order to be picked up later this weekend and the person I talked to told me I had to do it online, was very short with me then hung up (I don't like there website and find it confusing). I know for a fact they can take orders over the phone and pay with a credit card OVER THE PHONE because we've done it more than once. Anyway Autozone was more than happy to help me. Going to be going to Autozone from now on.
Stopped in needing pretty immediate help with a tire. Being in a town where everything closes early and not many resources Tommy helped fix my tire. He went above and beyond trying to help
Find the issue and wanted to make sure he did all he could to help. They should have more resources to utilize like a compressor but he made sure he did all he could. In a world where it seems impossible to find good workers, he seemed to enjoy his job and provide excellent customer service.
Tommy helped my mother who needed a jump start. He was there within minutes to help her out. He also tested her battery and it was fine. Just needed a jump as she sat in her car listening to the radio down by the river. Tommy you don't know what an angel you are. My mom said, "there are still good people in this world". If your boss doesn't know who he has hired, he needs to read this and give you a raise. Tommy is one in a million, right here in Dundee Michigan!
Great staff. I had a rock punch a hole in the radiator while traveling into Michigan. A buddy and I stopped in and were able to quickly repair the truck in the parking lot. We bought kitty litter there and they lent up a bloom and shovel to clean up their parking lot when we finished.
Went to O'Riley to get my brake pads for my 2015 ford explorer and thinking this would be an in and out transaction and went on my way to do some other Aron's while I was in town. ( I live 30 minutes away) got home to complete my brake job, opened the box and the brake pads where not the correct pads, so a 30 minute drive back to town (not happy) got to O'Riley and they can't explain why they are correct. (I brought my old pads this time) they couldn't help me so I went to AutoZone and they had the correct parts and it was 15.00 cheaper. I think I will start going to AutoZone from now on, my last 3 visits to O'Riley have me not wanting to return from parts that are not good and customer service that is subpar at Best.
Bought work blades and thought I could put them on myself. ? Went back 2 days later to ask for help. 10 seconds later, new blades installed by them.

This is by far the worst auto store in Dundee. I’ve never got the right part from here.. every time they send me away with the wrong part. I can bring the part straight off the vehicle and they will argue it’s not off of it. They don’t want to help they don’t want to work, they all just sit back in boxes and buckets and look at you like they want you to leave. Highly recommend saving your time and going somewhere else.
Stopped for wipers before a long drive to a funeral out of state. The sales associate was friendly and recommended a product he personally uses. Prompt, professional service and even put them on our truck for peace of mind. Thank you!
Both guys were very helpful. Love that they can check to see why your service engine light comes on and you can't get to the mechanic before they close.
Very helpful with my check engine light problem but it seemed like they weren't in agreement with the problem. The 2 men had a different answer but I think the one had more experience. I guess i thought that computer would know what was wrong but it was 1 of 4 major things. Frustrated.
Jay is the man to see in Dundee...very much helpful, knowledgeable, and innovative! Twice now, he has gotten my older car out of the "just scrap it" dilemma and brought it back to life. Very grateful!!
Everytime I have gone in this place the staff does not have the knowledge to assist! I was spoke to by a manager with complete disrespect. I will never shop or inquire about anything there ever again!
