I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have always had a good experience. Everyone is friendly, and they’re quick! I appreciate that they don’t try to upsell you on anything. Definitely recommend.
I have now been there twice for my oil change and both times that I have gotten my oil changed there, the next day when I have tried to use my wiper fluid it has not worked. I’m not sure what they mess with but I will not be back. One time, maybe a coincidence but not back to back times I’ve been there.
I stopped and got my oil changed. They did a good job they didn't pressure me to buy anything that I don't feel I really needed. It was quick and it was easy.
Changed my mind completely about quick oil change places. Easy pull in bay, camera so you can watch them underneath. They top off fluids, tire pressure. Show you the clean oil on the dipstick and reset your oil life. I would have zero concerns sending my grandparents here to have their vehical serviced.
Service was good. Through no fault of the gentleman working our oil change took a while but he was the only one working and he was busy. Even though he was overworked and pressured he was still polite and prompt when able
This place will go the extra mile for you. I asked once if they could just have a look at my wiper fluid sprayer and the nice mechanic literally just grabbed a tube and gave me a temporary fix free of charge. Staff is always friendly and very helpful.

This place is a rip off. $101.00 oil change and filter nothing special. I will be telling everyone to avoid this place. I was informed by a new driver innocently going to get his first oil change how much he paid and it completely sickened me as my daughter and I looked over the receipt they charged top of the line everything plus a stupid filter. It's an old car. For that price VIN DIESEL should be making an appearance with an autographed photo together. Find little places in your towns to go! Hella cheaper people!
20 minutes wasn't bad, but $100 after a $10 coupon for just an oil change (6qt Mobil 1 is maybe $35) and a filter (maybe $10) is almost $40 more than I pay at the dealer, and the dealer does a multi point inspection, and tire rotation for only about 20 minutes more. Hard to justify going here in the future.
Been going there for years and always brought my own oil and filter. Used to charge $20 labor.. then $25.... then $30 and today I was informed that it would now cost me $40 for them to change my oil and filter with me supplying the oil and the filter. They would charge me $36.99 to change my oil and filter while supplying the oil and filter. Obviously, they don't want my business. What's more, they didn't do all the normal things they used to do like check all tire pressures, check and fill windshield washer and coolant level and examine wipers. I found a coupon on their website after this oil change was done and returned the next day with my other car and their $10 off oil change coupon and was informed that they would not honor the coupon because there was only labor involved in the $40 rip-off. I found another service center nearby that still charges $20 so I will now take my business there where I feel appreciated. So, instead of getting $60 for 10 minutes of work each on two cars, they got $40 for one car and lost a customer. Given the shop was empty when I showed up and was empty after I left it doesn't seem they have so much business they can afford to chase us away.. but they did.
My teenage son went to get his oil changed on his Ford focus. The price that they charged him was rediculous for a oil change and oil filter $113.39!! Mind you that's after a discount. We got ours done last weekend! We usually are a customer for this place when oil changes are needed. Let's just say we will not be going back there!! How rediculous!!
Get my oil changed in all 4 of my family's vehicles here. Great service and with the coupon great price. Never had any problems and hardly ever a wait.
Asked for my tires to be inflated after an oil change, even asked afterwards to confirm. "yeah the light will go off after you drive a bit" my 4 tires all under 30 PSI says differently. Wouldn't have been a big deal if they didn't talk to me like I was stupid.
Fast! They will offer additional items like air filters and are very respectful if you would rather do it yourself. $10 coupon on their website was helpful.
Do not go here with your own oil or filter!!!! Took my car in for this “amazing” deal where they charge $20 to change your oil if you bring in your own oil and filter. Well I decided to change my own oil this time and what do you know? The ONLY filter I ever ever use on my car was NOT the one I just removed and is certainly NOT the one I gave them to put on. So they put in a cheap filter and KEPT my $20 filter.
I had a great experience the 2 men there were very friendly. They didnt try to up sell me. The red bearded man was very kind. It was totally worth the extra couple dollars. To not have to wait 4 hours for an oil change. They even cleaned the huge metal tray under my Lincoln for free. I definently will be going here from now on. Best service in town!
Predatory oil change place in Dundee: Dundee Auto Maintenance Center. My wife, son and myself have all taken our car in for service there - turns out they told us we need a $150 transmission flush FOUR times in past 100,000 miles - and since each of us didn't know what the other was doing, we all agreed to it. They obviously rely on people not keeping track. We will from now on!
I went in for an oil change and engine flush as a first option for trying to figure out whats wrong with my car. Instead of just taking my money the young man told me the oil change wasnt necessary yet. He did diagnostics for free and directed me to an auto repair shop in town. Im quite happy with the integrity of the shop.
We were traveling from Chicago to Washington DC and hit a piece of a tire in the road that made a hole in our gas tank. Even though it wasn’t a service they offered, they did a temporary fix so that we could make it the rest of the way on our trip. They were all super nice and helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service!! Highly Recommend.

They did not have the filter so they tried to tell my son that he had to come back tomorrow and that he couldn't leave his car there until then there's a part store literally across the street I went and bought the filter on my company account and they refused at least discount the amount of the filter even though we were providing it. We were in town from Toledo and the oil needed to be changed super rude to a child
DO NOT take a vehicle here, tried charging 130.. for a 10000 mile oil change on a new car. I asked how much for my Super Duty and they quoted 200. Called spirit ford and same oil change for both vehicle were 40 each including tire rotation. Obviously I didn’t spend 130.00 with them. HUGE SCAM, I can’t believe Dundee residents have kept them In business.
Very very clean garage and super professional and nice employees. We were heading back to Indianapolis and the truck started vibrating a lot we were very concerned and stopped at the last minute no appointment they took us right in found the issue quickly and had a right back out on the road again.
Outstanding work gentlemen! Just got my 16pt inspection and an oil change by Corey and Justin (promote immediately if not sooner), Professional, knowledgeable and most of all HONEST. Exceptional work and patient even though it was 90 plus outside. I Wouldn't take any of my vehicle(s) anywhere else and will recommend this H£ll out of this place! Price was also very reasonable on top of it all.
These guys are great! They're honest and kind and always helpful in answering my questions. I could have my cars serviced in my own town but I have come here for years because GOOD service is hard to find. Definitely 5 stars from me☺️
Very pleased with our service today at Dundee Auto Maintenance Center! They were very professional and FAST! We were in and out in under 15 minutes which was super important to us since we had a long road trip ahead of us. I would highly recommend them!
