Honestly, if I could give them a 0-star review, I would hands down do it. I purchased a car from them in 2022. I was only 22 years old; this was my first time buying a car on my own. I wanted to buy my dream car. I ended up doing just that. However, after several years, I truly regret purchasing this car, as well as where I bought it. I have attempted to trade my car in at numerous dealerships to get a better and cheaper payment (I also came back here to try and get a new car last year). I can't do that because the price of my vehicle is lower than what I still owe. I've had many people (even other dealerships) tell me that the salesman played me like a fiddle. And oh, for sure, he did. But my most recent complaint is with the service department. I will never bring my car here again. I will also never come here to buy a car again.
My car was brought there due to an electrical problem, and the car broke down in the middle of the road while I was driving. I had to explain what happened to the service guy 3 times. And the last time he contacted me, he asked me if I could describe what the battery light looked like on my dashboard. His rationale is, "other people don't know what the battery symbol looks like and get it confused". I told him that if he needed to see a photo of my dash, I would gladly come up and show him the photo. He then also asked how badly I needed my car back. He reassured me that they would work on the car ASAP, due to my needing it, as this is my primary mode of transportation. They kept me in the loop of everything that was happening and told me my part would be delievered the end of January, and they would hopefully have it done at the latest the following Monday. Monday came around, and my part was sent back due to being damaged in transit and being sent back to the manufacturer. They told me they were going to order another one. I called yesterday to inquire about the status yet again and was told the second part that was ordered AGAIN was also damaged while in transit. When talking to the service guy, he told me there was nothing they could do but give me Chrysler's customer service number, and I could complain to them. I called the main dealership and inquired to talk to the owner and or manager. I was sent to the service manager due to the owner not being in the shop that day. She was a peach. I will admit I was upset and still am upset due to the whole process with my car. The reason for my frustration is that I am over $1000 for January in payments, towing, insurance, etc. But, now I will be out most likely over $900 for this month. And then, the fact that I was told on the phone that my issue shouldn't be with them but with UPS because they've damaged my package 2 times in transit. I was also told numerous times that there are 2 other jeeps also in their service department with the same issue. So, I feel they weren't very understanding and basically were telling me that I am not the only person with this problem, so, oh well. I can't wait to get my car back so I no longer have to deal with them. Let's hope this doesn't take as long as I have seen other Jeeps have taken to get fixed.
I called a week ahead and set up an oil change appointment he asked what time would work best for me and I told them I had to work at 3:30 they said they have a 2:00 opening (I only work 3mins away from Williams brothers) and that the oil change should take "no more than 40 minutes". It ended up taking an hour and a half, making me late for work. I went to the service department after an hour and 15 mins and asked if my truck was done and he said they're topping it off. 15 mins later I was given my key and receipt and rushed to work. When I got to work I noticed that along with my key and the paperwork they gave me someone else's key for a different Dodge Ram. The staff was nice but for that being my first experience I will be going somewhere else from now on.
Dylan was very professional and worked very hard for us. Cassandra also did a very good job helping us with the financing and we’ll definitely be bringing our business back in the future!
I looked around for a new vehicle and found Chris Noe at Williams Brothers. He was absolutely awesome. No pressure, no bullshit and no lies. Everything was exactly what he said it would be. Also the finance department is amazing. Painless is the bed word to describe it.
I have had some bad experiences elsewhere. I can say I am going to buy my next car and the ones after that from Chris at Williams Brothers.

Least stressful car purchase of my life ( I’m 60 years old) they paid on the high side of blue book for my trade , showed me a document up front with (3) possible payments and actually committed to the lowest price payment. We visited Williams Brothers in Dundee, MI on 12/5. Scott is a pleasure to work with as always. He’s patient and takes his time with us and always answers any questions we have and makes the whole process smooth. Cassandra the finance manager worked hard to get us approved and broke down everything for us so we could understand it all. Would definitely recommend them!
1st time purchase at this dealership. Had Scott for a salesman and Cassandra the boss lady to finish. Scott was great, no fake, kiss your ass outta him which I appreciated. I didnt come for an ego stroking, I came to buy a jeep and I was in at 1137 and out the door by 206pm with my new ride. Just strait to the point and all business. The boss lady was fun and bubbly, the kind of lady you could talk to all day. She knew her stuff backwards/forwards. She has every word of the standard 10 million page contract memorized! I thought she had a cheat sheet (and asked her that) nope!! She just knows her stuff. IMPRESSIVE. Anyway, I text my bottom line offer after a crappy experience at Suburban in Ann Arbor the day before. Scott ends up calling me and giving me a better deal by a couple thousand...rebate I didnt know about. They probably coulda hosed me and taken the money...they didnt. I feel I got a great deal from 2 great people. Thanks Scott and Casandra. :)
Had to have thermostat and housing replaced on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

FYI, I literally am 5 min from a Chrysler Jeep Dealer but drive 40 minutes just because of their service.

Your dealership made it convenient for me as a new customer. I recently was transfered to the Dundee Engine Plant. I am averaging 140 miles a day on the company least program. Having this dealership, literally down the street from my job, is convenient. You guys left me a list of all of the work that was done to the vehicle. I thought that was impressive. Your service team picked up the vehicle and dropped it off at a reasonable time. I want to say thank you for servicing my vehicle.
Recently bought a Charger from them and they were super helpful, down to earth and very friendly. We’re honest about everything and super easy going. Highly recommend them and their selection is actually pretty good.

Scott did a great job from beginning to end on our purchase - we test drove the gladiator and ❤️ it. The staff was very busy with trick or treaters everywhere but still kept us in the loop thru the process. Cassie was our closer and she was wonderful to work with. Definitely would recommend Williams Brothers Dundee to others.
I heard that this dealership had some good sales, in regards to leases, so my wife & I took the hour trip down to Dundee, to find out for ourselves. Needless to say we drove home in a new lease! Our salesman was Tony, and it was a great experience from start to finish with him. He didn't feel like a salesman, and I didn't feel like a customer. During our time spent with Tony we got to know a really good hearted guy, and even talked about meeting up (at some point in time) at a restaurant that he suggested in Lansing (you know I love me some good food!). From start to finish, it was a very comfortable experience, and I give these guys a solid 10/10. Shout out to Ramón Perez, He made a deal, an even sweeter one.
