Best advance auto staff I’ve ever experienced. Always are nice and look to help me as soon as I walk in. One of the cashiers even helped me solve my stuck control arm issue by recommending certain products to break the rust.
This place is amazing the staff are very friendly and helpful. I went to 7 different Auto parts stores to find a bushing for my wipers and every other store wanted to sell me the whole part rather than find the bushing I needed. The gentlemen at advance helped me find the bushing and never tried to upsell at all. They even put the bushing in for me no questions asked. These people are awesome. The only place I will buy auto parts from now on.
Stopped to get a scan done on my truck and the guys literally would not come out to scan unless my check engine light was on. Dumbest thing I've ever heard. Both looking out the window at me with my hood open just staring. Rudest laziest customer service i have ever experienced.
We stopped at the car wash and the car wouldn't start. They came down and gave us a jump. Followed them back to the store and they changed out our battery. They were so helpful and friendly. Great place
Helped us this the car, as we needed to go to manistee to ludington. The antifreeze tube corroded off and the worker thankfully helped us fix it and work away along it
( First time experience)The stores phone service needs help (not) very pleasant to talk too . Not very helpful in the store as well , could have made more money if they were more helpful.
Will not be getting parts from advanced audio again .
They didn't have the part I was looking for this time. But I love them I bought a battery one time and they actually put it in my car. They are awesome
Our experience with Advance Auto Parts was absolutely a godsend. We were leaving our stay in Manistee to find our car battery dead. I called asking if they were able to jump our car, and Doug thankfully made an exception and drove down the street to jump our car. He checked our battery charge after he jumped our car, gave us options for batteries, and gave us advice to get home. He even looked at all the options to try and make it more affordable for us. Way too expensive! The service was terrible and the place next door was 4$ cheaper ( the cost of the part was 10.99 at advance and 6.99 at O'Reilly Auto parts).
Horrible customer service. Very rude and not helpful at all. Needless to say I took my money across the street to O'Reilly and they were more than happy to take it. Bunch of jerks they need customer service training.
Helpful employees, very patient while you try to explain what is wrong, clean establishment. If they don't have the part or parts usually able to get them by next day.
Usually pretty good although last time the guys was a jerk seemed sexist and had to make a second trip. Infact is was only nice after he over heard me call him out infront of his boss.
