Steve and Dale are the best and both are a pleasure to do business with. This is old fashioned service at its finest and the fairest prices around. If they don't have it, they will get it in no time. Forget the big stores, this is where you want to go for all your parts needs.
Do not I repeat do not ever buy or get an alternator built here they do not know what they’re doing. They told me my alternator was good after it failed on me twice not even having it for 90 days. They tested it and told me it was good but it kept failing! I went and purchased another one from advance which worked fine they refused my money back and wanted to keep inconveniencing me by fixing the same broken alternator. They’re a bunch of crooks and don’t care about customers. I also found out they outsourced the work to finish line which also has gone down hill BAD BUSINESS!
Ive been coming here for years. They've service parts for every vehicle Ive had. If its not in the store they're going to go get it if possible that day. Sometimes the parts been more herre but why go somewhere else if you know they can and will get it.? I appreciate them for that!
I looked online at the 3 biggest auto parts stores for 2 Rotor's for my Dodge Ram 1500. All 3 listed the same price for the Rotor's. Then I called Navetta Auto Parts. Not only did I save $27 a Rotor, they had them in stock. Even if they had to order them, I would have no problem waiting a day to keep $54 in my pocket. Navetta Auto Parts has always been friendly and knowledgeable, no reason to go anywhere else.
