I cannot express the appreciation I have for this place enough. First, my husband's brakes went out on his truck and he went to the nearest place. They were very nice about the fact that my husband works out of town and gave us a little bit of grace about picking up the truck. Took my Escape here this past week and got an estimate of the work and he gave me a breakdown of what we could do about it. I felt like I was speaking to a friend and figuring out the best course of action to make sure my vehicle is safe to drive and for my kids to be in. I am super happy we stumbled upon this place and I am very greatful to know that we have somewhere reliable that can work on our cars!

On the Fourth of July I had a tire blow out and pulled into their parking lot. The shop was closed but Mike saw me outside and opened the shop up and changed my tire, upon changing my tire he noticed my caliper is what caused the tire to pop. Needless to say he took great care of me and sent me on my way. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need.
I recently stopped in to get a chip in my windshield filled, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and quick to help. They explained the entire process clearly, answered all my questions, and got me taken care of in no time.
The repair itself looks great & you can barely even tell there was any damage. I really appreciate the attention to detail and how efficiently everything was handled. I’ve been to so many shops over the years, and most of them just try to upsell you or push things you don’t need. But this shop, Totally different. The guys at Mack Auto Center 3 are some of the most honest and loyal workers I’ve dealt with. They actually tell you what you need and what you don’t need and that goes a long way in my book.
They saved me money, didn’t pressure me, and treated me very well. Loyalty and honesty mean everything to me, and that’s exactly what I got here.
I even referred my brother, and they worked on his truck like it was fresh off the lot with top notch parts and care. It’s rare to find people like this in the industry. Highly recommend!
Talked with Mike about my wife’s car. Brought it in Wednesday nite and it needed brakes and rotors. Had it done Thursday at a fair price! They did a great job. Mike and the mechanics have a customer for my cars now! Thanks guys!

I called around for quotes from other highly reviewed shops for the work I needed done, every shop quotes me higher than normal rates, the manager quoted me right on target! I was very skeptical about the "nothing but 5 star reviews", but I'm glad I went to the shop.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I got to know the manager pretty well, we even helped each other out on some business and life stuff, pretty cool guys.

Mack auto center is the best place to get your battery and alternator work done I had both changed in a half hour I recommend these guys to my family and friends all the time !!!
I called around looking for a repair shop and I found Mack's right in my neighborhood. Mike was very professional and gave me a better than fair price to repair two busted radiator hoes. I went to three shops b4 i ended up at mack auto center 3, & after seeing all the reviews which is what led me to them I decided to give them a chance and I’m glad I did. They saved me several hundred dollars and their diagnostic showed that I didn’t even need three of the six things. The other shops were trying to sell me and my car has never ran better. Mike and Matt were so nice and so professional. Showed me all the test results of my very old, worn out battery. Ordered and replaced promptly and show me date on new battery. My new "go to" auto shop. I highly recommend.

So I don't do many reviews but I wanted to give props to this new location. Needed my headlight installed but they already had cars being worked on. The owner had one of the cars removed and pulled my car in and fixed it in 30 minutes, and also cleared some codes from my dashboard. I'm very pleased and will be back
