I recently stopped in for an alternator and at for there was almost a misunderstanding of what I heard over the phone (which wasn’t a big deal anyway) but before the situation had a chance to go any further Joe was stepped right in to deescalate, keep a customer, and at the same time still make the sale at its request full price. Joe helped a customer that he did not know. I appreciate that and goes a long way even making a sale. He showed that there are still decent human beings no matter who you are. Stop in to see Joe and Cody. They’re some real chill guys ????

I had a horrible experience these guys sold me a brand new part. I tried to return it with receipt in less than 24 hours and they said the policy is no return of part has been put on but was not used just bolted on. They don't have this so called policy nowhere in writing this is rediculous and robbery. The guy at the eastpointe store basically told me now you have an extra part for your car that i don't need . I feel strong armed robbed here . Also they want a rediculous 25 percent restock fee for parts that you buy used and return. basically taking a quarter of your money regardless for doing business with them. BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE YOU COULD END UP SCREWED!
