Excellent and timely service. Was to me in 10 minutes. Great guy running the place. Even took me to get the food I was on my way to pick up. I cant praise this company enough.
I just want to say I would recommend this company to anyone! Today was moving today and our moving truck got stuck in our yard. I gave Showerman's a call and they promptly came out to assess the situation. They worked hard and quickly to get us unstuck. I can't thank you guys enough!!
Honest, excellent work. This company cares about customers, Joe does an excellent job. Not only do they make sure to help with your vehicle needs, do there best at it. Being careful of your vehicle, taking time to be attentive, working extremely efficient, always kind, very professional.
Broke down near them in the evening. Called my roadside assistance but they couldn't find anyone in the area so searched and called Showerman's directly. He came out in less than 30 minutes and towed the vehicle all the way to Muskegon for a reasonable rate. Great to work with.
Great service. Vehicle died on the highway and the dealership wanted it brought back to Grand Rapids, the owner, Joe, was kind enough to respond late in the evening and handle everything immediately. Could not ask for more from a tow service.

Showerman's towing was very professional and timely, considering I needed his services on the biggest travel day of the year and first snow fall. I enjoyed the conversation during a 30 minute ride to my home. He's a kind person and would recommend his business to anyone needing his services.
Joe is awesome. He always comes through for me for my tractor and truck. This time it was the van. He was even able to figure out the issue so we didn't have to tow it.

Highly recommend this company! I have used Showerman's Towing on a couple of occasions. The first was approximately 3 years ago, to have a classic car towed to a new location. Joe (owner and does the towing!) was prompt, courteous and very careful with our Classic Car. The second was last week when we broke down. He took the same care with this vehicle as he did our classic. He showed up very quickly and in the time promised, and loaded and unloaded quickly.
