The first day of a long western trip I experienced an intermittent trailer brake issue. I stopped here, they couldn't get me in because they were booked two weeks out. However the tech took a look and gave me his thoughts on the most probable issue, sold me the wire to replace so I could repair it down the road. Thank you, saved my trip.
Stopped in for the first time today to see if they had a sewage valve, and they did! The store is stocked well with the essentials at reasonable prices, and the staff on hand are very helpful. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!.
Great local place that has darn near everything you need to fix up your camper. Prices are very reasonable, at least for the odds and ends I've been buying from here. They have a very good selection of parts, I'd recommend this place to everyone.
They also have some cool equipment, which is a plus.
Always friendly and super helpful in finding the parts I need for our camper. They have a huge assortment of hardware in stock and have offered to order on the few occasions when it wasn’t. Great company to have in the community!
You just don't find companies like this anymore. Family run, honest, and just nice people. They don't try to upsell you things you don't need. Great service every single time and cheaper than than those well known RV chains.
I was trying to locate a wheel hub for my pop-up on short notice before a trip and called several places. I either got no response or out of stock/bad information. They immediately knew what I needed and had it in stock for a great price. I'll be back for my trailer needs.
This place has excellent mechanics and fair prices. I have been using them the past 2 yrs and really appreciate the work. I really value how they go the extra mile, I had an issue with my trailer not recharging while driving and the mechanic asked for the make and model and lent me two types of fuses. Said look through your owners manual and see which one is required for battery charging. No extra cost just trying to help. I call that excellent service!
I just recently found this place and couldn't be happier. They have a great parts inventory with everything I needed for my trailer on the shelf. Friendly and helpful counter personal. They also service trailers.
I had our pop up serviced there by having them change the canvas instead of offering to repair additional things when I got to pop up home I found that the door wouldn't even work properly . At that time of service they suggested I order some parts and have it repaired, but it would work as is. I felt like they just wanted me to leave and take it as it was. Instead of offering to locate the parts. I located the parts and returned the camper again to have it serviced a second time. I asked to have the technician call me with results, but they never did. I have had both good and bad experiences with this place. Their parts sales has been great, but thier service even though they did seem to have done most of it right was incomplete and pushed out the door. This last repair was done and not completed properly. I made a few calls and sent emails with pictures and felt brushed off and was told they couldnt view the pictures. Even though they have offered to inspect and make the repair if I bring it to them. I am afraid to lower the roof because the cables are twisted hoping not to have any further damage to new hardware and a new canvas, and waste 1200$ in parts I located and over 900$ dollars in labor. I paid them to do. The sad part is that I only live less than a few miles away, and they came highly recommended. Both repairs were quoted and both times came out to be higher. I dont mind paying more if they do it right and just commincate with me. As of now I have asked they ride over look at it. If they think its fine then I will use it. Not even an offer of any refund given, only excuses.
Update 10-13-21! They are offended and no longer want my buisness. Im sorry that I ever stepped foot in the door of thier buisness or offered them my buisness!! Shame on me for stating facts. I quess my pictures, emails, and phone call was too much. I would be defensive too if I were embarrased of an admitted mistake made on thier part! My bad for expecting to be treated fairly, and my bad for giving some one the benefit of the doubt, and giving them the opportunity to correct there mistake! If any resolve comes from this I hope they just try to do better with comminicating with their customers and provide them better service. I will no longer recommend them!
Seems like a good little store. Employee was helpful w answering questions. Hard to compare prices when there isn't a store around like it. Prices are clearly marked.

Had my brakes and bearings and some body work done on my horse trailer and picked it up YESTERDAY. Not only did they not install window screens like I had asked, they charged me to replace my existing screens instead. I was asked to leave it and pick it back up later that day so they could do the work that was originally requested. Fine, small inconvenience, not a big deal. But now I am stuck on the side of the road because one of my trailer tires came right off driving down the highway. Called to let them know and all they had to say was that they do 1000 of them a year. No apologies, no offers to refund part of the work, just a defence. Both mechanics I had to have involved to get off the highway and then to replace all the lugs and the tire rim verified this was because the tire was unlikely to have been tightened when the work was done. I won’t be going back and wouldn’t advise it of others.
I had my pop up camper repaired here for leakage in front of Camper. Staff called and explained all the repairs that needed to be done, answered all my questions about repairs before and after repairs were done. Staff found other issues with leaking pipes that weren't related to original repair and corrected these issues. I would highly recommend this business to any camper owner for repairs and regular maintenance.
I took my Colman pop up there to be fix it might of been done earlier but with covid it took a little bit to get the part but I'm very pleased with the out come & price
We had damage to the front of our 5th wheel from a prankster. It would have taken 2-3 months for our manufacturer to build a new front and
Camper Trailer Parts & repair were able to locate someone else to fix the fiberglass knowing that they would lose a client. Very Trust Worthy Business.
Buy repair parts for my trailers here, they're always very friendly and always willing to offer advice on repairs I'm performing. Great people to deal with. MUCH better than the big box stores alternative! Highly recommend their professional service!
Outstanding RV service work. Last winter Adam and company addressed a soft floor issue in our Freedom Express. No water damage found so we decided on a new floor overlay which came out beautiful. They were informative and patient (especially while we searched for the right flooring option).
Being so pleased with their prior work, we just dropped our trailer off there for another set of updates and repairs this winter.
Took my travel trailer in for a roof leak repair. Was charged 650.00 for a new sky light dome and some minor caulking up front. Still leaks, was told to bring it back. When asked if I would be charged was told that depends on what we find. They should have got it right the first time, or at least say they will make it right. Also left a big mess in the bathroom where the inner dome was installed. Did the work then just walked out with the old dome in the shower, screws laying in the sink and crud all over. Boss was gone when I picked it up, figured no use complaining to the employee.

The owner is very knowledgeable and easygoing. The service department has never let me down. Everything they have done for me has been done right and on time.
We stopped in to see what was available in store. While we didn't use the repair shop, they have one and also sell use RV, TT and the like. The employee was very helpful and friendly. If we are in the area and in need of help/repairs, I would go here first.

These guys seem pretty honest and down to earth. They repaired my trailer for a fair price and the work appears to be done correctly. They are a little hidden but nothing that Google can't help you find. They seem to offer service on multiple trailer types and campers. They also appear to sell trailers and even structures that you can park your trailer under to help protect it from the elements. I'll be going to this place for future repairs and will definitely recommend to others to do the same.
Brought our travel trailer with an active roof leak. Was told by the elderly gentleman that they would take care of it, no problem. They then ignored it for almost a week and left it sitting in the pouring rain. I called during the storm to make sure they had it inside and we're working on it (as promised) and was then yelled at for expecting them to do as promised. customer service is poor.
They stock the hard to find stuff that everyone else has to order. Very knowledgeable, honest and patient with answering your questions. I just found this place an they have a new customer for life
Discovered trailer bearings were bad right before vacation. They built two new wheel hubs for me on the spot at very reasonable price. Don't let location fool you: well stocked and great service.
These guys are great. They always go out of their way help me out, whether it is offering free advice or working around my schedule to get me set up. Good work and reasonable prices... oh, and they are honest, they never try silly scare tactics to sel unnecessary work.
