Stopped here today to have my battery tested. The guy behind the counter told me to hang on so he could finish watching his TikTok. After that he tested my battery and told me it was bad and it would cost 200 dollars. While checking my battery he was very unprofessional and swearing and complaining about the tester. Good thing I am a second opinion kinda person. I went to AutoZone and had my battery tested they said it was just fine. Thank God an AutoZone opened in Fowlerville. This worker is very unprofessional and just trying to make sales. Avoid this place, not the first time I've dealt with this experience from here.

I want to thank Justin( he wears glasses) today my tire was flat and I had no money to even use one of those air things at the gas station. Justin saved the day and used his own pancake compressor and helped me air up my tire! Thank you O'Reilly's for having such a great employee to go out of his way to help me so I could get home to my sick mom and be able to get dinner ready! Thank you!

Local O'Reilly Auto Parts store. One thing that draws me to O'Reilly over other Auto Part stores is the sheer amount of parts and fluid for classic cars. Whether you are working on an old GM like me, Mopar or Ford you can guarantee O'Reilly either has the parts or can get them in same day!

I wish I could give zero Stars. This is the absolute worst auto parts store you could possibly go to. I would never go here again. This place sucks. I asked for a rear passenger side brake caliper and they give me the driver side like how stupid can you be. I can't believe these guys actually have a job shouldn't let a bunch of idiots running auto parts store. It's ridiculous

I was there this past Tuesday traveling with my grandchildren, and I had the most helpful experience from your staff from start to finish with changing my windshield wipers on my car and getting me on my way when I was totally stressed. You definitely have a keeper team. Thank you.

Needed an electrical adapter for my trailer and staff at the store was very helpful in making sure I had the right one!

The store manager Jen is one of the best people I have ever encountered. Me and my boyfriend were stuck on the side of the highway with a flat tire caused by a nail. After a long two hours of waiting for triple a we decided to try to call and see if they would bring us a nail repair kit since we had no spare and out of the kindness of her heart she drove out and delivered us a nail repair kit. This is the best customer service I have ever received and am so grateful for her kindness. 10/10 would recommend this store!

They had what I needed to get the job done.. helpful and very patient with me considering I didn't even know what I needed just that there was an issue. Got the parts and the information to change it properly. Thank you so much.

Not bad. Helpful staff most seem somewhat knowledgeable on what they are talking about unlike some other parts stores that will just sell you whatever an as much as they can.

I was in the need of a new battery while I was traveling away from home. The gentleman that waited on me worked with me on the choices of batteries. He than put my battery in my car. In less then 20 minutes I was on my way.

Always helpful when you need the codes on your vehicle read. The gentleman at the counter helped my husband and I, he was very knowledgeable about them(the codes) and made suggestions for the future care of my car.

Lee was outstanding with his service, took care of everything my daughter needed. Thank u sir.

Very knowledgable employees, one guy in there set me up with exactly what i needed an gave me tips on how to extract a bolt easier, got home an with his tips the bolt came right out it was awesome, guy constantly helps me out i wish i remember his name

Staff was friendly but looking at prices of certain items they are about $10 higher than other stores for the exact same products

Great young staff... Good to see that.. And to see they went just above a little to help me out. We all know That our 17-22 yr old kids dont know everything there is to know about the parts or solutions to our cars, & if YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE PPL THAT EXPECT them to! then you Expect too much and are UNREALISTIC.. yet, what this employees may not have known they too were easily entertained with hearing some knowledge we know and could give to them.. sometimes we visit parts stores and we expect those to KNOW EVERYTHING and solve our own DEMISE.. LOL.. well, it was a good day and my HONDA IS NOW RUNNING GREAT AGAIN.. NO THANKS TO THE STATE POLICE RACKETEERING Practices AND CORRIGAN TOWING..

if i could put 0 stars i would for sure.. All the workers were condensing and rude. I ordered a part for my jeep over the phone and when i went to pick it up they insisted i didn’t order it at the right store. once they found it i got cashed out and my receipt was crumbled. I forgot to get the clamps for the muffler so i walked back in and asked what size they thought was best and his reply was “they’re on the back wall figure it out” after i walked out of the store the employee added me on all social media and his girlfriend texted me telling me how i should’ve asked someone else to help me.

Snowy and rainy out and a lot of people we needed some wiper blades and they were patient and we waited and they came out and installed them couldn't have been a better scenario I appreciate the personal attention.

Had to order part, it came in next morning!! Went to pick it up got excellent service. They are very nice:)

Great customer service. I was in and out in no time, they had exactly what i was looking for and even helped install it. Will definitely be back to this location if there is anything else i need.

If zero stars were an option that’s what this store would have got. I am a disabled veteran with serious health issues and can not wear a mask. They refused to help and told me I can not be inside the store when I informed her of the law that allows medical exemptions they did not care. Told me I had to leave the store.

I've been to this o'reillys more than a few times. This time Dan and Chris were very helpful and gave me more time than I expected to explain a project I had and the best way to attack it. I appreciate good people.

Friendly Staff, helpful in finding supplies for my 2012 Camry. Usually do my own oil changes during the summer. Multiple visits to date they always had my parts.
