Had some tough to install tires for a trailer. Knocked it out while I waited ! Super fast service, and mounted what Bell Tire cried about. Wish I knew of them sooner. My new tire shop !
Replacement of all four of our tires on our Yukon. Everyone we came in contact with was fantastic. The prices were better than discount for some absolutely great meaty all terrains. Super happy with the experience all around and plan on coming back soon for a steer tire on our bus!
Green Oak Tire is simply awesome. Had new tires installed last year. One started losing pressure slowly. Backed up to there work area and within 20 minutes they replaced the leaking valve stem core.
Dawn and her crew have been providing excellent service for a long time.

I was getting ready to take off for a 2 week trip out west. And wouldn't ya know it my tire pressure light comes on. Now I had just taken it to another place, (I won't say the name but it's initials are DT) a week prior and they supposedly fixed it...
As I was waiting for them to tell me I needed a whole new tire...blah blah blah.. just the opposite, they found the tiniest nail in my tire... I was talking with the lady in the office... She was nice pleasant... The whole experience was just awesome! And the price was 40$... Perfect!! I will be sure to use them again if needed and I will always refer ppl there!! Great experience!!!

You bent my rim. You also told me my new tire was not the right size for the rim so you had to put a tube in it. In reality, the only reason the tire needed a tube was because you sliced the sidewall. You also tried to charge me extra for the tube.
After removing all your handiwork from my rim I straightened it. Cleaned the bead edge (guess you guys don't do that), and installed a replacement tire.
I really regret taking my business to you guys. You cost me time and money. You should have been honest about your mistake and offered to replace my tire. Instead you tried to hide your mistake and then tried to charge me extra for it.
Caleb was awesome from the 1st phone call/estimate through write-up and payment. CJ the service manager was also very helpful. Even the last in the office (didn't catch her name) was very friendly and professional. Price was very good. A new GoTo tire shop for us.

Had tires installed at hi-way tire in Brighton paid them to balance and install them they shook like a leaf they had the nuts so tight I had to use a 4 ft bar to get them loose they never took off the old weights so save some grief! just go to green oak tire first
Called on a Thursday afternoon, dropped off my tractor wheels on Friday morning. Picked up two brand new mounted tires Friday afternoon. Fantastic service and truly appreciate them looking after me (a brand new customer). I was told that they may not be able to meet the Friday deadline ahead of time, but they got it done. Thank you!
I have been buying tires here since I was 16 years old, and they haven't ever done me wrong. The people who work there are honest and reasonable on prices. They patched my tire even though they had just closed, and didn't do it begrudgingly, but eagerly. I will never go to another tire place to get scammed and sold on tires that I dont need. Honest and hardworking guys here who will make you feel like more than just another customer. Very good service, I'd give it 6 stars if that were possible.
Update: went in today and got more honest service for my business which is why I am a return customer for life.

Needed a new tire place after South Lyon Tire closed. Not a fan of the big tire chains, so gave them a shot and glad I did. Had what I needed in stock and they were able to install very promptly. Did good work, and will be going back!
Great customer service! They have been taking care of us for years. Stopped by today at 10am for a set of winter tires for my wife's SUV. They weren't in stock. They had the tires delivered after lunch. We were able to run down and have them installed this afternoon. I should have left this review years ago. Small family owned company that takes care of their clients.
Called them to see if they had someone who could come out and inspect the tires on my RV. Originally they asked if I could take some pictures of the tires that I was concerned about and text them, but then they called back and said that they had someone who would be able to come in about an hour. WOW that's what I call excellent customer service!
Even though the building doesn't look like your typical tire service store, dont let this fool you. Looks aren't everything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had 4 tires put on my vehicle, which they began working on right away and they did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Green Oak Tire!
A local, family- owned, tire store that handles all types, sizes, and most brands of tires. I needed six tires for the two rear axles of a converted motorcoach. They worked with me to select good tires at a good price, and called me as soon as they were in. First come, first served, but they suggested an arrival time. A short wait and they were on my job. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
Quickly got a set of four tires mounted for a 70's model backhoe even though I purchased the tires elsewhere. By far the best prices around (trust me I called a lot of places) all around excellent services and highly recommended.
We had a flat tire on our trailer while driving up north for the weekend. We called Green Oak Tire and they sent someone to replace the tire within 15 minutes. Very impressed with their customer service. This was our first experience with Green Oak Tire but I will be a customer for life!
Superior customer service! We showed up at 6:50 a.m., 10 minutes before they open, with a nearly flat tire and with the car all loaded up to get on the road for a family vacation (of course). The tech wasn't in yet, but the office manager was and she opened up the garage, got the compressor going, and had everything ready to go for the tech. He arrived promptly at 7, repaired my tire and we were on our way by 7:20am. They saved the day and gained a customer for life!
I bought a set of 4 used tires from here for an awesome price! The next day I was unlucky enough to get a nail in my tire, and woke up to a flat tire. The team at Green Oak was SO helpful! They sent out a mobile tire repair man and it was fixed while I was at work. The communication was top notch, You WILL NOT FIND a more sincere and customer oriented company. Absolutely recommend them to anyone. I won't be going anywhere else for tires again.
