Needed a few repairs but wasn't sure about who to trust. Idris was easy to work with and explained everything in detail. I knew what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait a while. Prices were fair and the quality of work was superb! Rick was helpful in getting me a loaner vehicle and my car was back to me rather quickly. I will 100% be back! Thanks guys!

The quality of the work appears to be good and the courtesy shuttle is always helpful. But the price was double what other places in the area charge for the same repair. I felt under the gun to get my vehicle repaired quickly since it's my work vehicle so I didn't take the time to shop around that I should have. In the interest of transparency, it would be good if you would itemize your bill to show what part of it is labor, how much are the parts, shop supplies, etc., instead of just one final total amount. I don’t normally leave reviews, but when you sent me a link and asked me to, I did. Since you apparently didn’t like it, you continued to bother me about it. First you offered me $200 to delete it and sign an agreement not to leave any more negative Google reviews. When I said no, you then offered me $300 to modify it. I do not think this is how the reviews are supposed to work and seems to me to defeat the purpose. If you don’t want to know, then don’t ask. I also did not have any exhaust system work done at all. I don’t know how that got into the services part of the review, so I removed that. I stand by my conclusion that $1600 was a lot more than it should have cost to replace the power steering pump and flush the power steering fluid.

Idris was able to help me out with new tires. Incredible communication and service. Will definitely be back in the future

The team here is nice and honest. I was getting warning messages on the dash of my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. The anti lock brakes, cruise control, and stabillitrak weren't working. Brought it in and was told there would be a diagnostic fee then we'd go from there. They did pull some initial fault codes but the warnings/faults went away and didn't come back. They returned my vehicle and didn't charge me anything. Suggesting I bring it in again if the issue returns. They could easily have charged me but didn't. I'm definitely coming back when my vehicle needs any type of service!

I have been a patron of Brighton Auto Service for over a decade. And, given that I'm a millennial not born into money, I've had more than a few used vehicles of less than stellar quality. Not only has this firm always treated my family well in terms of respect. But has always acted with integrity, and delivered results beyond reproach at an affordable price.

I had a great experience with the autowork done on my car. The technician took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, completed the job quickly, and the pricing felt very fair. My vehicle is running smoothly again. Fantastic service from start to finish!

Very honest and efficient. I dropped my car off in the morning and they kept me updated along the course of the day. By the afternoon, they let me know what was wrong and allowed me to choose what I could and could not afford to fix that day. I appreciate their transparency and flexibility to get me in on short notice as well!

Idris and his team treated me well and I was nothing less than totally satisfied with the service they performed on my Tahoe. I have to give a shout out to ‘Grease’ the Mechanic who worked on my vehicle. He not only worked on my Tahoe but he called me personally to let me know what was going on. I have been taken my vehicles to Brighton for about 7 years now. Even though I travel about 25 miles to have them service my vehicles I would not go anywhere else.

One of our fleet vehicles broke down, we limped it in to this shop. We had not told them we were coming, we received the red carpet service. Their staff member James W is a huge asset to this business. He went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle back on the road and our tech back servicing our customers. Anytime we are in the area and need help, they will be our go to! Thank you Brighton Auto, and James for going above and beyond for us!

I needed work done to my fusion. James was great, he got me in quickly and kept me updated on what needed to be done and when my car would be finished! I highly recommend this place!

Great experience! I had a problem with the power on the vehicle when I was passing through town. They got me in and back on the road of adventure very quickly after installing a new battery and diagnosing a parasitic draw from a short in our taillight. Thanks, Garrett and team!! We would definitely come back for more work again!

Great service at Brighton auto service. Gave me a quote of $900.00 to fix my car but ended up paying $250.00 because all the work wasn’t needed. Very honest and caring people. They are now my permanent auto provider.

We had an issue with our car and decided to go with a company that has been in business for over 35 years. Our car was towed to Brighton Auto Service. They gave us a loaner car while fixing our car. They replaced our transmission but it failed, Brighton Auto honored the warranty and put in a new transmission. They kept the cost down making it more affordable than any place we've ever gone. We highly recommend these guys for all your Auto needs because they are a cut above everyone else.

The team at Brighton Auto exceeded my expectations. My car needed several repairs and is now running great. From my initial call to the courtesy vehicle drop off, to check in phone calls, to the final review of my invoice, each staff member communicated clearly, patiently answered my questions, and treated me with respect. Fantastic customer service, I had the pleasure of working with Johnathan, who worked with me and gave me updates throughout the whole process. Vehicle broke down hours from home and the staff were super easy to work with despite not being my hometown shop. Vehicle had an issue that was a manufacture defect and had to go to dealership for service and they were super helpful in dealing with that process. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area.

Very informative staff that actually listen to your issue. Found the fix to my import vehicle that another shop that will remain nameless missed twice. They also not only told me what warranty work had been done, but offered their services on what wasn't with little to pressure at a reasonable rate. And they give you there standard 5 year, 50k mile warranty (on most repairs) for FREE. I'll be back for all of my scheduled warranty items for sure.

BAS is awesome! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. They were thorough, comprehensive & knowledgeable. They are also accommodating. They did not make me feel uncomfortable waiting on some of the lower priority work. I highly recommend this business as a place you trust to take care of your vehicles!

For almost 20 years I have trusted my cars with Brighton Auto Service. I appreciate that I can still depend on them despite an ownership change in the past few years. Great customer service seems like a lost art these days and I appreciate that this team still has it, embraces it, and is genuine in its delivery.

I came in to get a quote for a simple job of pressing some bearings onto a differential carrier. It's a 10 minute job, but the couple other shops I went to before were looking to charge me $65-$75 for the service, I was just hoping to find someone who would do it for sub $50. So while I was expecting to get a quote, BAS took care of it free of charge! Simply fantastic service and I've already told my parents that the next time they car help, they should give BAS a shot. And absolutely, if I find myself in over my head on my project car, I'm taking it to BAS.

The gentlemen at BAS are wonderful. They're kind and explain everything well. Prices are reasonable, especially considering how expensive EVERYTHING is right now. They were able to get me in the same day, where other places I've had to wait literal weeks to get in. I've found a mechanic for life! I've come back to add to this review. First off, HUGE thanks to Jon for all his care and attention to detail. And heaps of gratitude to Frank for being such a kind and conscientious shuttle driver. Truly the best experience I've had in ages.

Brighton Auto Service was able to get my car in quickly, diagnosed, and repaired in a timely fashion, with fair pricing. They inspected my car front to back, and gave me a heads up on things that were in good shape, and what I should keep an eye on in the future. Jakob has been my main mechanic for about 3 years now. I drive a 2011 Ford Edge with about 200,000 miles on it. I do travel quite often back home to my friends and family and NEVER have issues with my car! Jakob is always very honest about what is going on with my car and works amazingly with me to come up with an affordable solution! Brighton Auto Service was recommended by a State Trooper for being an honest place to go. They accepted my older truck off a tow drop and performed the necessary repairs, keeping me informed along the way and keeping within their cost and time estimates. When I was concerned about something a few days after picking it up they immediately took it back in to resolve the issue - which was not wholly related to the first repair. It’s hard to find someplace to work on an older truck but they did it. I am happy to have it back on the road. You can tell by looking at their shop they are well- equipped and they even apologized for having it for three days, which they said was unusual. Highly recommended and easy to work with. I do t know how their prices compare but it’s not always about price. Satisfied customer here!
