Ordered a set of 76-77 dana 44 front spindles. It's an oddball year. Their specs online were complete for me to compare to my current. The picture of the shaft was left out. They were quick to reply via email with updated pictures. I ordered and 2 days later parts arrived with seals and spindle bearings included. 10 out of 10 boys. Buy every one a round Jeff. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Ordered some chromoly axles for my 78 f250 axle and they arrived quick and were priced great!

Rude on the phone and did not keep there website inventory updated.

I don’t recommend Jeff’s Bronco Graveyard. I called to get help figuring out what I needed. The guy treated me like an idiot for not knowing what I needed to level my truck and told me to look at lift kits instead of springs. The lift kit is complete overkill and a $400 waste. I called to see about options and was told that they are a retail store and I should have paid closer attention to the description. I can’t return the lift kit because the front springs were installed and are no longer in new condition.

I would only order from them if absolutely necessary and don't have any other options. They offer free shipping on your options of ordering but still charge you for shipping. Without telling you or letting you know theyre charging your card again. Never mind majority of their prices are obsurdly over priced. They're packaging and shipping practices are that of a child as well. There was no padding and this is how a piece of alluminum trim arrived. P.s. call the customer to alert them of another charge. Don't just go charging their card again with out notice.

They are very slow. First alternator i ordered took a month to get here and was the wrong one (which was my fault) so I sent it back and ordered a new one. 4 days still haven't even gotten a tracking number. My truck is down in the meantime. Update, took 5 buisness days to create the lable. UPS still doesn't have the package. Update i got my package 5 days later. Update i sent the original alternator back a month ago they still haven't refunded me, never sent a confirmation email or anything. They dont even know its been returned even tho the guy gave me a return code over the phone. Don't buy anything from these people ever. Update, they completely stopped responding and I have sent a complaint to the BBB. Update as of August 28th 2025 they have finally refunded me for the item that was delivered to the address they provided on August 4th. This whole process started on july 3rd 2025.

Ordered a door pin repair kit and kept having problems with bushings breaking. Talked to a guy about them breaking and they sent me some replacements right away. When I tried to pay for them he said it's no problem. I'll be buying more parts from this company.

These guys are awesome. Hard to find classic parts, they could be better described, but they can be at my door in canada same week.

The customer service we received was subpar, to say the very least. There was no indication that we needed to pre-order and pre-pay for parts online. That, however, is understandable, and I am more than willing to do so. What was unacceptable was that the men working at the desk didn’t say a single word to us while we waited—not even a glance of acknowledgment or eye contact. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of basic service skills displayed by this establishment and would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I found Jeff's bronco graveyard on Google. I'm restoring a 1976 Ford f250. Since it's a Michigan company and I'm from Michigan I thought I would give them a chance. They sent me the wrong components. When I tried to contact the company their phone numbers are disconnected I tried multiple numbers and there's no way to get in contact with them. The components they sent me were labeled from a different business I could have ordered them from myself and we're labeled for a completely different part of the vehicle without even having enough pieces in it for what I needed. So now I lost my money have no way to contact them to correct the situation and have had to reorder the proper parts from the company that actually sent me the wrong parts from in that company's packaging. I highly recommend do not use this company as they seem to be a shit show. The phone number on the receipt that they sent me is a disconnected phone number. So they'll take your money and then you have no way to contact them.

I just overnighted at significant expense a set of rear bench seat brackets for an event I’m taking my Bronco to in two days. The brackets came in on time but they are raw unfinished steel. Nowhere in the description does it say this and it’s hard to tell from the pictures especially when ordering on a phone. Now I need to spend hours painting (and letting dry) my parts instead of 5 minutes installing them. This is the second part I’ve gotten raw, the first was a power steering bracket. It also was not listed as raw unfinished on the website. Why are you guys shipping unfinished parts? Nobody wants to spend hours painting parts. They want to open the box put the parts on and drive their Bronco. Please for the love of Broncos find someone to paint your parts and sell them ready to install.

The people at bronco graveyard have always been phenomenal with every aspect of dealing with them. The parts are top notch with the best prices! The customer service is over the top! I have ordered many parts over the years from them and will continue any time I need something for my truck! They help me keep it going time and time again!

I ordered a clutch set for my 9.75 Limited Slip Differential, the clutch set i ordered explicitly mentioned it came with beville washers that worked as springs. I get the clutch set and lo and behold there aren't any beville washers. I tried calling them but they are on the east coast and i'm on the west coast and they close at 5pm so my times are limited to call them and they are closed on weekends. Okay, understandable. I emailed them, they responded. It takes about 1 business day for them to respond no matter when i email them. Takes about 5 days to tell them that i didn't get the beville washers in my clutch set. 7 DAYS LATER THEY RESPOND SAYING THEY HAVE MY NEW SET SHIPPING TO ME AND THAT IT WOULD BE WEDSNDAY OR THURSDAY, that was sent by them June 18th. I asked them if they have a tracking number for the package, but they ghosted me, no response, and no package approximately a week after they said it would arrive. So i'm out of money that was supposed to get me the washers and i have to reused the old ones and i'm out of time for this waste of a transaction. Jeff's Bronco Graveyard needs to get it together if they want a successful business, #1 Ship the correct parts to your customers, #2 Communicate properly, #3 DO NOT GHOST YOUR CUSTOMERS

Here is the second set of shims that I have received which would be great if I had not ordered SS hinges PN 14720 which on the website shows a picture of a set of SS hinges for 29.00. Yes, I contacted the site after not getting my order the first time, they shipped a package and I received it 4 days later USPS and it is the exact same set of 2 shims as they messed up the first time. Sure glad I paid for 3 day shipping to have my HINGES by 3/29/24.

No info given about order called and they said oh it will be shipped tomorrow, waited 3 days no info. I called back today and they said one of them items is on back order and seems to be a month out. I should have received some info regarding any of this but I received nothing. I needed those parts it would be nice to know they didn’t have it so I could order it from one else.

Rude, condescending, and poor quality parts. Called to inquire about picking up a part and the employee on the phone snapped back that "we are an online store". The website suggests that they like visitors, sorry for asking! First time I ordered the parts were okay, but on the lower quality side. Shipping was terribly priced. Most recent order for the same body parts resulted in the worst quality part I have ever seen. Looked like it was hammered out on an anvil and cut with scissors. Will not order or attempt to visit again.

I DO NOT recommend using this company. I ordered a part which ended up being wrong one for my vehicle. Description listed correct yr and make and made no reference to it NOT fitting every yr and make which is all their description provided. Once determined it was wrong, i have tried calling and emailing with no success at reaching anyone or receiving any help on getting this item returned/refunded.

I have not visited this business in person but would like to give a rating based on my internet experience with them! I have made multiple purchases from Jeff’s Bronco Graveyard and all transactions have been efficient and without problems. I received the order in a timely manner with no damage and no mistakes in what was shipped. On the one occasion that I spoke with them on the phone, they were very helpful and although they did t have the part that I needed, they answered all my questions accurately. I order a disk brake kit from them and it has been 2 weeks since I order it and they got there money and I have not been able to get any answers why all they say is it will be sent out this week and it has yet to be. I will be posting a review like this everyday until I get my parts. My order was placed 6/6/22 today is 6/20/22. I highly recommend not ordering your parts through this company because they can't ship your parts in a timely fashion.

I will be honest and say that after I read some of the reviews I was skeptical on ordering a bunch of parts for my restoration project, however, I'm glad I did order from JBG. I had placed an order and accidently ordered the same part twice (an aftermarket and OEM) and they called me to confirm if I meant to order both of them. I explained that I meant to delete the aftermarket part before I placed my order and forgot to... they said "no problem" and deleted it from my order. When the order arrived there was a missing part and I called them in the 72 hour window and they kindly took care of it and will be shipping it with my other order that I placed. As long as I have this kind of service I will continue to purchase parts from them. Everyone makes mistakes and has bad days (including myself) however when treated with kindness and respect...anything can be worked out and it has been both times. Thanks much to the staff, it is appreciated.

The shipping that they charge is awful. I completed my order and the total for shipping came out to $0.00. Excellent i thought to myself. I figured cause it was a $1000+ order shipping was free. About a month went by and I checked my credit card statement,they charged me $222 and $442 for shipping no receipt was provided no permission was given for this. They also forgot a part on my order. I'm waiting to see what they will charge me for shipping this time. The prices at bronco grave yard are great but after shipping your better off to shop local. I will not be using them again.

I picked up a couple parts for my 95 and I was satisfied. My only complaint would be their hours and no Saturday availability to pick up parts as it's not very convenient but they worked with me. I look forward to buying more parts and doing business with these guys as I slowly get my Bronco restored.

I had purchased parts from Jeff's many years ago before I was forced to park my Bronco. After many years I was ready to get it running again so I went back to the place I used to buy parts. I did a lot of homework as I was making a large purchase. I wrote an email to Jeff's so that I could get a price on shipping to make an educated purchase. Before I pulled the trigger I had one final question. When I wrote and asked the question the reply was that I should call the manufacturer as he did not know. I gave it some thought and decided that I would just go ahead and make the purchase. After two days I received another email from Jeff's stating that shipping would be increased $115 over the price that they had told me. When I asked why this had happened I was told that he had just guessed at the shipping. I am left wondering what exactly Jeff's thinks their job is? If they are not supposed to know their products or give accurate quotes for shipping when they are primarily a mail order business, they really serve no purpose. I will be giving my business to the other Bronco parts vendors from now on. I also think I will be taking Jeff's advice. I will go ahead and call the manufacturer and give them my money.

I order parts for a customers bronco and they left 2 of the items out of the box (tail gate latch rods). They are extremely hard to get in contact with via telephone and I sent an email as well. Once I did get them on the phone i was told he responded to my email just this morning yet its no where to be found in my inbox. As I own a shop and promised the customer their vehicle at a certain time that has now passed this is making my business look bad. I asked if the customer service guy on the phone if he could overnight the items they left out of the shipment for the hassle and he said no unless you pay for overnight shipping. So they want me to pay for their mistake?!?!? He said they will send it ups ground like I originally paid for. He said that overnight would cost over $100 to ship 2 latch rods that weigh nearly nothing. I told him if that's how they do business I will not be doing business with them in the future and he said OK that's fine. As a small business owner I know how much customer satisfaction and repeat business means and how much one unhappy customer can hurt you. I'm very disappointed with Bronco Graveyard and it's a shame because their product quality is wonderful.

We will definitely use them again. Just ordered a part yesterday half way through the day and the parts showed up less than 24 hours later. Excellent email communication as to where the transaction was in process. If you need old truck parts, check this place out.
