Called this store and asked if the accept used oil, they told me they do. When I got there the guy did not accept my used motor oil. Looks like I was disturbing him. He used nasty language towards me. I will not be back to that store. I will take my business elsewhere.

Stopped into O'Reilly's today and had a great experience!! Michael there is awesome, he did an engine check for me and he also installed my wiper blades it was a great experience and he was so helpful!!

Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. They all say hello as soon as you walk in.

All the employees are very helpful and friendly.

Associates would not load commercial account at this location, even with proper ID. They claimed it is because another employee did something wrong. Nothing to do with us. I would give 0 stars if I could.

You people are something else!!!! To have cars towed on Easter I hope all of you loose your car the same way!!!! So let me get this straight it's okay to park there and go swimming in the quarry which is illegal but you can't park there and go next door to the dispensary which is legal!!!! You people are a joke!!!

I want to shout out Mikey at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Monroe St. My grandma & I were in town from Toledo & I dropped the oil cap while trying to add oil. I drove here to get some help & Mikey worked his magic & crawled under the car to find the oil cap! Now we can travel back to Toledo safely! We can’t thank him & the O’Reilly team enough.

As someone who has worked over 10 years in retail/customer service this store is appalling. We called before we made the trip to make sure they had the specific part that we needed and then transferred to a different person we again asked about the grade of the part and were told 'yup we got it sugar' and then when we got there they in fact did not have the part in the metal grade that we asked for. On top of that they did not offer to help find the part elsewhere. It donest matter if we have to take our business elsewhere, what matters is how they treat the public looking to them for help.

Michael from O Rielys on Monroe St in Monroe Mi is a amazing person and kind. i had to buy a tail light im use to doing it on my own but I could not grt it out. so back to the store I went and Michael came out and tried ended up needing pliers he got it out we were laughing and talking about it. he got it out and replaced it put my light back on when we were done he gave me a hug made this old ladies day not many nice people out here. He went above and beyond his job and needs to be recognized for it. you have a amazing employee! I offered to buy him a drink or Mc Donalds as it was cold out and he said no thank you i cried as I left as I've never had that type of service . Thank you Michael I will be back if my car needs anything else as I support stores that have these type of employees. You are a true gentleman and it shows ! anita

A big shout out to Amanda, who helped me today in trying to figure out why and how my sunroof got stuck, and why it wasn't closing. In a world that has no idea what customer service is, she was the light to this dark day that I was having. I'm glad she was there, and I hope she gets recognized for this😊So thanks Amanda. Couldn't figure out the part I needed for.my car and Bill did an awesome job helping me.figure it out. Super patient and not at all condescending.

DONT DO NATIONAL WARRANTIES THROUGH THESE PEOPLE. THEYLL SCREW YOU AROUND TALK OVER YOU AND WASTE YOUR AND YOUR SHOPS TIME. Waiting for a manager since Friday yet can’t even let anyone know when they’ll be in and yet the assistant manager doesn’t have any extra responsibilities other than a glorified cashier. She doesn’t even know how to approve any warranties your better off going through advance I’ve watched them approve and replace parts right in front of my face. Yall just love to waste time and this store is the worst because of the attitude from the employees. Yall gonna bankrupt your store because nobody wants to speak to an ignorant person who can’t even fulfill the reason someone called. I’m still waiting! My car is just sitting because since THURSDAY the 25th they STILL HAVENT OR WANTED TO APPROVE MY WARRANTY

The worst experience I have ever had as a consumer , the young man covered with tattoos was rude , inconsiderate and unprofessional . I tried to buy a serpentine belt but as he huffed and puffed he told me the computer list a bunch of different ones .. and that was it !!! Totally didn't help with anything. I had to go to AutoZone to find out the correct belt .. He didn't know ANYTHING about vehicles .. he ask me if my car had a alternator ! Wth ? What car with a gasoline engine doesn't have a alternator ? Regardless of his lack of knowledge he was totally rude .. I'll never go to that store again

Daughter had a flat across the street and she called me. I ran over to the Oreillys across the street and bought a plug kit at 20 min to ten. Went back across the street pumped up tire and figured out it was a valve stem leaking and ran back toOreillys at exactly 10:00 and the guy behind the counter shook his head and wouldn’t let me get a valve stem. Now he was still playing on his phone as he was when I entered 20 min earlier. No compassion these days and I hope Kharma does him justice. Wont be going to Oreillys ever again.

Service was awesome the lady was really polite & so helpful in exchangin my part & I lost my receipt she went way out of her way to help me.

Rich L. Is a amazing professional! Went to auto place next door and could not help with install. Rich was surprised and told me to go pay while he installed. By the time I was done paying he had it done. Rich even lubricated the contact posts. Good job will always ask for him!

Jenn was a HUGE help at the Telegraph store and John was so kind and knowledgable at the Monroe St location.

I visited here for brakes for a 2015 Jeep Patriot and they carried all items I requested in stock, including hardware and bolts. Very nice folks And they offer a perks option for frequent shoppers.

They tested an alternator for us and had a new one in stock for a reasonable price. Haven't had an issue with this location. Would recommend them for your auto parts needs.

They don't like it if you want to write a check. They complained so bad that I'm shopping at Auto Zone from now on. I did call the 800 number to let them know. They were upset because they do take checks, it's just more work for the sales person. Thumbs Down!!!
