Truck was Towed on Black Friday (my fault for parking where i did i accept that) but to leave you stranded no way to even get vehicle back when your 3 hrs from home and out of state on Black Friday is ridiculous. Then when i call the lady in the office is the rudest un empathetic person ever, says theyll call you back and never does, then i call today (monday) and again told theyll call me back.. drove the 3 hrs there n still no call, get there and just ask a couple questions and again the lady is rude and super judgemental.. yes i understand i may have parked n got towed but that by no means gives them the right to treat you like dirt n look down on everything you say.. and because they wanted to close for black friday saying its a "Holiday" then charged me 4 days of storage even tho i was there n ready to pay n get it back within 1 hour of it being towed.. absolute scam and just down right nasty people

Luke did a great job charging my battery. I recommend this company to anyone who needs towing or other services.

Normally use Jims Towing but they damaged my equipment. I made them pay for it and now they won’t tow for me per Forrest. Their prices are higher than anyone else in Monroe County anyways their loss not mine

Just watched this huge tow truck going like 30mph thru a parking lot with zero regard for pedestrians, other cars, safety... Absolutely wreckless for no reason at all. This guy definitely has "compensating with a big truck syndrome" down there

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company completely took advantage of me and made retrieving my vehicle an exhausting nightmare. Later, I was told I had to pay an extra $300 in cash to cover their driver and sign over my title — something that was never mentioned before. They ignored my calls and kept my property far longer than they should have. Eventually, I was contacted by Michigan State Police saying my truck was at risk of being listed as abandoned.

I had a great experience with this Jim's Towing company! Two very friendly and professional gentlemen came to help me, and they made a stressful situation so much easier. They were quick, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate their help and highly recommend this company!

I had a blowout on the freeway over an hour from home and had me feeling nervous, but Jim's Towing came to save the day. They were very kind and watching thier professionalizim with loading and securing my vehicle impressed me alot. Even though im an Ohioan they treated me with kindness and respect as well as gave me directions to make sure i didnt get lost on my way to Canada.

No one ever wants to have to get a vehicle towed. I found myself in that unfortunate situation with my Avalanche. Jim’s Towing provided excellent service. They were extremely knowledgeable and polite. Jim and his trainee, as well as the office receptionist/dispatcher made the entire experience pleasant. Charity was the tow truck driver with unknown skills. She is a true credit to her profession, She unloaded my truck F350 crew cab in a very difficult place. She can really handle her flatbed. Thank you Charity.

By far, one of the worst towing companies that I’ve ever encountered in my entire life some of the most money, hungry predatory scam artist that you can imagine Will tell you one price over the phone and when they get there, they’ll send a female tow truck driver, who clearly has no business in this field she will magically not know how to do her job and then add on an extra $200 so she can pocket it for herself And then after she pockets, the 200. She’ll just call for another tow truck driver to come and pick you up. What tow truck company in 2025 doesn’t have card readers with your truck drivers expect to get a random 20% increase on every price they tell you your bill is there was extra damage to my vehicle done by this tow truck company currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against this company

Had a flat and got stuck on the highway. Called Hyundai Roadside and they hooked me up with Jim’s Towing. Dispatched right away, didn’t have to wait too long, and got me to a used tire place to replace. Driver was extremely nice and funny. Highly recommend

My car wasn't starting at around 3 AM, and even given the time and location, Luke from Jim's Towing really went the extra mile for me. My car wouldn't start and he could have just given up and towed me right there, but instead he continued to work on my battery's problems, figure out the issue, and got it fixed in under 10 mins. I was able to drive home this night in my car because of the work he did, thanks Luke and the rest of Jim's Towing!

My engine seized while I was driving on the highway and I called Jim’s. They got to me about exactly when they said they would. My truck driver Rosco was very concerned with our safety and was sure to get us out of harms way before we began talking about anything else. When we got to the shop he apologized in case he had come across as rude but he was just watching out. He also helped me find the key drop off box for the shop we were at since it was after hours. Great experience

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Charity came to our house and assisted us with a tow. Out of the blue our car battery died. She jumped in and started helping. She towed our car to the destination and was very careful with our vehicle. I had a very good experience with Jim's. I am a AAA member who needed help. These people did the job, and did it with care and a smile. Thank you Jim's Towing!!

Dead Battery of all places parked at the Hospital....arrived within an hour and the driver was absolutely professional....focused on getting me up and running. Would call again without hesitation. I was very excited to see that Orange and Yellow truck pulling in. Thank you Jim's, and to the driver, thank you for having that "jump box".

Waited over an hour! I ask the lady on the phone do they have everything they need to swap the spare. As I’m sitting on the side of the hwy! She assured me twice when I called! Yes they have everything to get it off and get it on….The tow driver gets there and guess what he can’t get the spare off!!!! Waist of time and waist of money! We had to pay to have it towed to a tire shop! I’ll never do business with them again! Get someone in the office who knows what they are doing!

My husband and I were on the side of I75 on May 1st. The driver of the towing company was extremely nice. Waited with us till our daughter picked us up 5 minutes later and he even helped me walk to her car. He was so nice.

Jim's has assisted my family and myself now and they're employees do amazing work! We've had great experiences with Luke who has been very respectful and informative. 10/10 recommend!

This tow company is great. Me and my disabled blind husband, plus two fur babies were literally stranded on the shoulder of the highway. The car broke down. Called Jim's towing and they immediately sent someone out. They were very experienced putting the vehicle on there without any damage. The couple they sent out for the recovery was also fantastic. We both rode in the cab. They even waited while me and my husband got a hotel room to make sure we were absolutely safe. Thank you all.... The owner of the company, The recovery agents Tiffany & Mike, from my family to yours, Happy holidays & always a safe recovery. Would absolutely recommend !!!

Jim's Towing has always treated my vehicles with the utmost care and respect. I don't think I'd trust my vehicles anywhere else. With the cleanest trucks I've ever seen, and knowledgeable drivers, you'd be silly to go with any other company.

First day of Senior year for my oldest Daughter. She went to leave after school and her car had a completely flat tire. That’s when I found out that the Ford Ecosport does not have a spare tire donut. Called AAA. They dispatch Luke from Jim’s Towing to come pick up the car and take it 50 miles back to the Firestone Dealer that installed the new tires 4 months ago. We were unable to follow Luke to the Dealer, so Luke made sure he took pictures after the car was dropped off and the keys were put in the night drop box. Thanks Luke for making a bad situation less stressful!

We were left stranded on the side of the road when our car died. Luke from Jim’s Towing was fantastic. He went over and above when loading and unloading our car and made sure it didn’t scrape the ground using ramps. He even was able to unload it into a single parking space, which was very impressive. Luke also helped throw my car cover on since our windows were stuck down. I can’t say enough about Luke and Jim’s Towing. I hope to not have to experience this again, but if I do, definitely will use Jim’s Towing!
