Backed into the scenic overlook just south of cheboygan maybe 15ft to take a leak in my work truck,. Wast plowed, and i got stuck guy saw me gave me a hand. I really appreciate it.

I came here for the first time to get new struts on my car, it was fast and great price! They were very kind and even added new brake pads on my car because they were pretty bad, I really appreciated that since I don’t have much time to take my car to the shop with school and work so it was very kind of them!!

Absolutely call Anytime Auto for any EMERGENCY needs! My car threw multiple check engine codes along with a traction control code as I was driving from the western U.P. to a family funeral downstate. I was able to limp it to Anytime Auto & Towing. Brett fit me in right away, ran all of the codes, and checked out the engine. He cleared the codes and took it for a test drive to see if they would come back. We figured out it was probably a bad batch of gas and that I was good to go. Both men I dealt with treated me with respect and I didn't get talked to as a "dumb female" at all. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Absolutely the best experience. My daughter and I were heading north when our car began giving us problems on I-75 just outside Cheboygan. It was late Sunday afternoon on Labor Day weekend as we limped into Anytime. Obviously nothing was open. We called the number on the front door and left a message detailing our situation. 5 minutes later Brett (the owner) showed up. Super nice guy who did a quick diagnosis before offering us access to the bathrooms and a ride into town for food. We left our car with him and had friends retrieve us and returned home located about 2 hours south. Brett got to the vehicle on Tuesday and had it repaired and in top shape in just a few hours. Picked it up on Thursday and it's been running great ever since. Thanks, Brett, not only for your great work, but also for your kindness in offering a couple of tired strangers some true 'up north' hospitality. It was very much appreciated. We thoroughly recommend Anytime for your auto service needs.

Brett was amazing! I was on my way across the country and my car broke down just outside of Cheboygan. I was able to get to Anytime Auto (recommended by a gentleman at the gas station) and gave Brett a call. Left a voicemail (it was Sunday night with the next day being Labor Day) which was fine because I wouldn't have expected a call back until Tuesday. Within 5 mins he was driving up and said he'd just been down at the gas station and heard my message. He gave me a very quick diagnosis of what the problem could be and tried to get someone to look at it Monday (the holiday). That didn't work out, but by Tuesday they had it diagnosed and working on the fix. It was ready to be picked up that night. I used to work for a dealership and so I know how long you can have to wait to get in just for the diag. I was blown away by the friendliness, responsiveness, and speediness of everything. My Jeep is running great, and he let me know of some issues that will need to be addressed, but the fix got me on my way. Truly a great place and good people! I HIGHLY recommend them.

A wrench light came on our dash while driving from lower MI to the UP, on the Friday before Labor Day weekend around 2pm! Google said "Don't ignore this!". We called a dealer who could not help but they kindly referred us to Anytime Auto. Wow. Brett is the best. Though he said he was booked through September and could not do any repair work right now, he said he would read our codes and see what's going on. He did exactly that, and beyond looking up the codes, looked at other systems through his scan tool and based on the lack of other symptoms, concluded it was likely not a major issue. He provided some advice and reset the code, and after following his advice the code did not reappear. All for a VERY reasonable price. Thanks Brett, for saving our vacation and running an excellent business!

I absolutely love this place! Brett went over and above to work with my insurance company! He kept me in the loop of what was happening and did an excellent job getting me back on the road! He even checked everything out on my car and made sure me and my family were safe going down the road! My new transmission is moving me along perfectly! I will always go here for all my mechanical needs! His pricing is excellent along with his bar none service! Thank you Brett!

We have been taking our vehicles to Brett and Mark for many years and they have NEVER done us wrong!! All of the mechanics there are extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful!! They go out of their way to do what needs to be done to keep one safe on the road and they do so at a reasonably affordable price!! Insurance scammed me and the owner made himself seem kind and understanding about it. Instead he took full advantage so he could make money off my car. This is the tow that will take advantage of you. Before elaborating when I gave him a call, he deflected and said I was trying to play him knowing my insurance was supposed to cover the tow for him. Very rude, unprofessional, and childish. They will take advantage of people in need/in a tight situation and is the embodiment of a shady tow yard who just takes advantage and abuses people. He seemed too jovial on the phone over being rude.

Absolutely wonderful and quick service. We needed a tow truck and Mark (I do believe this is his name) was right there to help, even took us to wheelers to get a new key as well. Thank you so much!

Anytime Auto & Towing was awesome! I highly reccomend them. Excellent service and very reasonable rates. I broke down on I-75 halfway between home and my destination and Brett was incredibly helpful and kind when I was in a very tough situation. They were shorthanded due to hunting season and were clearly very busy but still were able to find time to get me back on the road. Saved my hunting trip from being a complete disaster.

Mark was awesome today! Nasty winter weather hit Up North. Car spun into our lane sending us both into the ditch. He checked our vehicle for leaking fluids and a couple other safety checks. Pulled us out and made sure we were safely on 75 to head back home! Great sense of humor helped lessen an otherwise stressful situation. If you’re in their sphere don’t hesitate calling them.

Local family business and they treat you like that also. Mark (the dad) has shown up within 10-20 minutes every time we have needed a tow. Even in the middle of the night or almost all the way to Mackinaw. Great affordable rates, great workers and they do a great job. His son Brett has done a lot of great quality work on our vehicles as well. He's my first and only call for auto repair. Going to Anytime Auto not only supports a local family in our community but leaves you feeling welcomed with its family friendly ambience and satisfied with great quality work and immediate responses.

On our trip back home our trailer tire blew off the rim and we didn’t know what to do. we called anytime auto and they were with us within the hour. they took our rim and replaced the tire for us and put the tire back on the trailer for us. the man was nice and our bill wasn’t outrageous like any other place would be. we greatly appreciated their help, especially on a saturday.

Mark from Anytime Towing came to the rescue when we had a blown tire on I-75, as we were heading back to Ohio. Our spare tire was useless and couldn’t be lowered from under our vehicle. He towed us back to his shop, managed to get us a spare tire and got us back on the road in no time. We felt the price was reasonable for a Sunday towing call. Mark was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I’d recommend Anytime Towing to anyone in the area. We were glad they were there for us when we needed them!

My car had to be towed to the local tire store, Spies, who recommended Anytime Auto & Towing. I made an appointment with the company for the next available time. Brett was on time, actually early, and was very careful when he loaded my car onto the flat bed. I was very satisfied with his competence and professionalism. I would definitely use this company again, if needed. Thank you.

Be Careful!! So I was helped with decent service, the showed up when called and helped tow my vehicle. The problem was he wouldnt help me get it to where I wanted to take it, because it needed to be at a body shop not in their yard. And also the price was horribly outrageous. I don't care if it's an insurance claim or not. There is not need for a tow bill to exceed $600 I was charged for storage at their shop, even though I didn't want it to be taken there, also charged for 2 tows because 2 days later they finally took it to the body shop and charged $450 for an emergency call because the cops called them instead of me. Just complete crooks. I will never use services from this place again.

I got stranded on Bois Blanc Island when my jeep broke drown. I finally made it back to Cheboygan and they were already there to tow me away! When I arrived they were very helpful. One of the mechanics even took me to the grocery store and then to a nearby campsite to stay while they worked on my jeep. At the time they were extremely backed up but somehow managed to get me out of there and on my way in a reasonable timeframe! Good people that actually care for their customers. I am very grateful for their help and honesty and I wish all mechanics were like them. They were beyond helpful and I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area! Thanks Guys! Im stopping by just to visit next time I'm in the area!

I must recommend Anytime Auto & Towing to everyone who need repairs of any kind. I woke Mark on a Sunday of his birthday and he was happy to send his son Brett to repair my truck. So I was able to return back down state. The service was great and reasonably priced. Thanks again to Mark and Brett.

Anytime Auto has 100% fulfilled my expectations and some. I’ve taken multiple vehicles to Mark and Brett this past year and am pleased with all their work. Brett has been nothing but a pleasure whenever I’ve gotten my cars worked on. They do everything by the book and how it should be done, no questionable repairs with these guys. These guys are GREAT!! My car died on I-75 and they got there 2 hours earlier than the AAA tow was going to arrive. Then, they quickly identified the cause, got the part, and fixed it. The price was very fair, given that I was desperate and could have been taken advantage of. All the while, very friendly service and prompt communications. Brett and Mike were terrific. Thanks guys!

So I hit a typical RV'ers snag, burnt a bearing, AAA was useless as usual. "Anytime auto" came out took the hub came back an hour later and back on the road we went. Who can ask for more? Thank you guys.

We had a weekend camping trip in Mackinaw City only to have car troubles on Sunday morning. We called place after place and all were closed on Sundays! Finally we were recommended to Anytime Towing and we are so incredibly grateful. They fixed our wheel bearings in a few hours, including towing, and charged a very reasonable price. We were so so grateful, and very happy to be heading home! Our trip was not ruined (or extended) thanks to the help of Anytime Auto.
