Our vehicle died in a busy intersection section, the police helped to get us to parking lot safely where the insurance company sent Cheboygan towing to pick up our van. The driver did a great job, thank you!

Beyond grateful to the entire Cheboygan Towing Team. From the customer service rep/dispatcher, to the driver, I cannot say enough good things. Michaela worked with AAA on my behalf (from rescheduling pickup and drop-off locations), stayed with me on the line to make sure we safely made it to our destination, and was just an overall kind and genuine person. Our driver was professional and efficient and got us exactly where we needed to go. This team made an unfortunate event easier to manage and as stress free as possible. 10/10 would recommend and will call them again in a heartbeat if needed.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Last Saturday, Oct 4, Cheboygan Towing was able to help us when our old Corvette broke down just outside of town. We were 160 miles from home. I am thankful for the patience of the dispatcher, who I called several times, and who was probably at home on a lovely Saturday evening. She arranged the truck and driver for us. I am thankful for the kindness and professionalism of the driver, who took on this long pick up and deliver mission with good cheer, towards the end of a long day for him. He was gentle with the old car, and took care not to scuff it when loading, strapping down, and unloading. At the end of our journey, he helped me push it into the garage. All of this helped keep this as a good day, despite the difficulties. Thank you Cheboygan Towing team. I apologize for not remembering the names of the two people who worked with us.

Huge thanks to Robert from Cheboygan Towing for pulling us off the Tunnel of Trees on a flatbed way quicker than was estimated. We got assigned them via Ford Pass Roadside Assist, when we got a flat on 119 while on vacation. But I will sing their praises to all my up north friends and contacts. Awesome experience!! Expedient service and very helpful! Scotty took care of my truck for the short tow from Indian River to Petoskey. He was very kind and operated his unit expertly.

I was traveling to the Nascar races and my truck that was pulling my fifth wheel broke down so I called for assistance CAA turns into AAA when I cross from Canada into USA the operator was having problems but Dave from Cheboygan Towing saw me standing by my smoking truck. Dave and Jackie were outstanding. Jackie got a tow to us quickly even on a weekend. Dave was very careful in loading our truck and popup camper onto his flatbed (not to mention my wife and dog into his cab). He also took extra time to place my disabled rig inside the service bay at Wheeler. Far from home when this break down happened so really appreciated the effort. Highly recommend.

We had our 2005 truck towed from Shells gas station to my house and very courteous driver. Even told me what was might be with my vehicle. And kind of relieved me that its not the fuel pump that its the fuel filter only. Great people and customer service.

My Mom and Dad’s car broke down on the way back from our Mackinac Island trip. We got an amazing price, and the guy towed it 3.5 hours back to the house the same night - he got in at like 1:30. What a champ ? They also let me drive my Mom and Dad back so they didn’t have to wait for the tow truck to get there, which saved us hours that night. Highly recommend. Jackie was the one who handled it all. She was really nice, and very informative on our options. ?

The driver was very patient with me being an anxious mess and when he dropped my car off at my mechanics he was called to let me know it drove fine (I forgot to tell him it was towed because it wouldn't shift to second gear) he was willing to bring it back. I'll definitely use them in the future.

Tommy was great! I had a flat tire on I75 late on a Friday evening and used AAA Roadside Service. He was prompt and kept me updated on his arrival time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Needed their services again! Scotty and Tracy were kind, prompt and really helped us out in a tough auto situation! Highly recommend!

Often when you interact with a towing company it's usually your day is going wrong. Cheboygan Towing helped me twice in two days via AAA for a car issue. They got my car started, and directed me to a local car shop and followed me so I got there safely. They were on time (or early), knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend.

Had a gentleman named Mike help with getting my grandmother’s car towed home and he was amazing. Very friendly, super helpful and patient. Can’t say enough nice things about the job he did and how wonderful he was to have helping us! HIGHLY recommend.

Bit of a story- I was coming back from a trip on Mackinaw Island. Was suppossed to leave town afterwords but found I had a flat tire and it was well past when most auto shops were closed. Called my roadside assist and they got me this place. A gentleman by the name of Elmer came out to help put my spare on. Told him about my situation and he was kind enough to drive with me to a local gas station, buy a tire plug, patch the flat and get it back on my car. I was able to drive the over 6hrs to my next vacation destination all because of this man. Thank you!

Recently got my truck stuck in a mud hole, and Cheboygan Towing was the only place within miles willing to pull me out. Dan was the driver, and was really creative in getting both of us out of a very tricky spot. I really appreciated his professionalism, and I'm sure there were times in accessing the vehicle via muddy trail where he would rather have left.

My car broke down on vacation in Mackinaw City. My insurance company handled the towing am so thankful they choice Cheybogan Towing! Mike came out and was able to get my car back on the road without having to tow. We were stuck 3 hours from home and he saved the day!! He was polite and kept in contact to make sure the car started once we were back to the hotel

Our vehicle's transmission went out just south of the Mackinaw bridge. This company was the only one pir insurance company could find that was willing to pick up our vehicle and my husband and I, and bring us home the 200 miles south of there. Our wrecker driver, Mike, kept in touch with us personally letting us know when he'd be there to get us. He was over and above kind, personable, helpful and drove us and our vehicle safely home. Highest of stars/points from us!!!

Chris did a fantastic job towing my car for me! I was very impressed with how fast he showed up, especially with having to drive through multiple towns to get to my location. He had my car dropped off about an hour and a half after I requested service, was very pleasant and attentive, and kept me updated the whole way through! 5 Stars!

In the middle of a road trip our car wouldn't start, probably as a result of a dead battery, in a very rural area up north. When we called AAA they sent a truck from Cheboygan Towing. The truck arrived quickly, and we were very lucky to have Elvis from Cheboygan Towing driving the truck. He is a trained mechanic, and so even though he was only called to do a jump-start, we asked him to take a look under the hood and he was happy to. He went above and beyond when he noticed that our alternator was loose. He spent 15 minutes replacing the bolt and tightening our alternator, and thanks to his gracious help we were able to get back on the road. Our sincere gratitude to Elvis at Cheboygan towing. We would call you again anytime we are in the area.
