Elite towing was very good to me, and I didn't even end up using their service. After fighting with KIA all day, via their 800 number, Dave, the owner of Elite, was the only person that tried to help me. I spoke with him several times, and he even called me back the next day to make sure that I got taken care of and was not stranded. If I had another issue in the Mackinaw City area, I wouldn't hesitate to use their service.
Mr Robinson helped my mom and I with my car in Mackinaw City on a Saturday, it was stone dead and we were afraid we were stranded 250 miles from home. He got my battery charged and us on the road with an excellent attitude and very affordably. Super nice guy, very highly recommend!
We needed our DEF filled asap so we did a Google maps search of “roadside assistance” and found Elite Towing. They were the only ones that popped up in the Mackinaw area and we are SO grateful for David! He immediately went to grab DEF, came to fill it up and was so Friendly/helpful. I would call these guys again any time!

Owner Dave answered phone at 0400hrs Christmas Day morning, after my wife got stranded just south of Mackinaw Bridge in the middle of the winter storm, 45 min later he had her on her way down south. Dave went above and beyond to take care of my family. We were stranded 30 miles west of St.Ignace on US 2 at 5pm on a Saturday. I called Dave and he was 2 hours south of the bridge. He said he would purchase an alternator and come to us and install it. Talk about roadside service! Dave’s actions are unheard of in this day and age. He took care of it seamlessly and professionally at a fair price. I urge everyone to utilize this company not only for emergencies, but for daily vehicle repair as well. Absolutely REMARKABLE!!!!!
Dave saved our life. My alternator broke 2 hours away from where he was. There wasn’t a single place around me that could help except him. He came as fast as possible and fixed it within 10 minutes. We were blown away that he came to the middle of nowhere at 9 pm on a Saturday night to fix an alternator on the side of the road. A true hero.
My wife and I drove up north for a camping weekend. Long story short, we had a catastrophic failure and after calling several towing companies. This guy was the only one that could help. Our camping van is 25ft long and at least 9 ft high. After arriving on the scene he took a look at our van and informed us that it was unsafe to drive....The frame had rusted out and buckled. We then asked him how much he would charge to tow it the 4 hours back to our house. The price he gave was more than fair. Actually it was surprisingly low. He kept us informed during the entire process and delivered our van back home safe and sound. Seriously, if you need a tow, this is the place to call
If anyone is in need a of a tow truck and is in a hard spot to get your vehicle. I would strongly recommend dave after about 3days of my jeep stuck in a hard spot to get to on Drummond Island and after everyone saying they can't help us, its impossible to get it until spring time or would total my Jeep to get it out. He said he loves a challenge and would try and after over 5 hours (picking us up from a hotel just north of the Mackinac Bridge, getting my jeep out to going back to the hotel) my jeep was unstuck he took it to his house just south of the Mackinac Bridge had it fixed the next night and he said if he could not fix it he could take us (me, my mom, are dog and the jeep) back home with a flat bed to warren. I I would strongly recommend!
Stuck in the rain with stripped lug nuts,went out of his way to help help us on the other side of the bridge,he ordered the parts and repaired in the same day for a cheap price, 10/10 would recommend
