I recently called Patriot Auto Repair to jump start my vehicle during this severe sub zero cold snap. Chad made it to my home and jump started my vehicle in less than 15 minutes. Demonstrated in clarity how to jump started my own vehicle when needed in the future. Volunteered to follow me downtown to make sure my vehicle got me to my appointment safely. Even volunteered to get my groceries from curbside pickup if my vehicle couldn’t make it. Chad and Patriot Auto Repair goes above and beyond for their customers. They think outside of the box and are not stuck on policies and really raised the standards for wrecker services. Great personality, cheerful and friendly. They truly care about their customers. I can’t say enough good things about this towing company. My son hit a deer late at night, and as a mother, getting that call is terrifying. But the moment we reached out, their team responded immediately. They arrived far quicker than we expected and handled the entire situation with absolute professionalism.
They made sure my son felt safe, walked him through everything they were doing, and treated both him and his vehicle with care. The driver was calm, reassuring, and clearly experienced — exactly what you hope for in a stressful moment.

Fantastic crew! Our truck had stopped working in the middle of leaving town to go do some errands and we gave them a call and they were on site and loading the truck up within 20 minutes of us calling! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!

On vacation.... Took my car in for suspected worn wheel bearing. The owner was very was personable and prompt. He took my car for an immediate test drive, and afterward hoisted it for further inspection. He concluded it was something else, which didn't require immediate attention. He charged me nothing. My impression was he really tries to give people a fair shake, fair to a fault. If I have an automotive problem in this area, this is the first place I would go. Definitely highly recommend.

Needed more coolant and had some issues with the car. They did a great job running the diagnostics only to find nothing wrong with it but the coolant. We were very relieved. They took us right away without having an appointment. Great place!
My family and I were on our way to Mackinaw Island for the day, when we suddenly heard a scraping noise underneath the car. We pulled over to investigate and noticed something hanging from the car. We searched local car shops and Patriot Auto Repair came up right down the street. I called to explain our situation and they said they'd take a look even thought they were quite busy. Once they got the car lifted they were able to discover the piece hanging was just a plastic covering which wasn't a necessity. They removed it for me and checked the surrounding area. The mechanic told us we were good to go free of charge. We were so relieved that it wasn't anything major, and thankful that this wonderful business helped our family make it to Mackinaw Island and back home again. I highly recommend this business for their professionalism, generosity, & kindness. Thanks again guys!
I am on vacation and both my low beams went out. Called Patriot and they were able to get me in right then. They were quick, friendly and very reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend them for any auto repair.
