Our Audi went into limp mode on our way back home to Ontario from Chicago for the weekend. Getting off the highway in Stevensville, we had to pick a shop that was close by. Being from another country and not familiar with the area at all, we were very nervous about being taken advantage of. Turns out we were extremely lucky to find Craig’s Automotive. The car was scanned and diagnosed within about an hour, even though we were one of 13 walk-ins that day. Cory was incredibly informative on multiple options we had, he even printed out TSBs and estimates on different options/outcomes. Once they did further work to find it was the high pressure fuel pump, we found out that there was only one pump left in the county. Instead of ordering the part and waiting, Cory sent someone directly out to pick the part up and get the job done. Even when they realized the pump was slightly different and needed to be modified, they went back out and picked up hardware that was needed to adapt the pump to our car, once again instead of waiting for it to be ordered in, and to get us on our way. I have had a short experience in the automotive world myself, and Cory and his team at Craigs automotive gave us one of, if not, the best experience I’ve had at any shop I’ve been to. I would highly recommend anyone in the area stop in for any of their automotive needs.
Was not good. My child whent to get an alingment after parts were replaced after an accident. He was told first the. Parts were bad. Then when he told them they were replaced he said they were loose and it would cost $200 to tighten. When he told them his dad was a master mechanic of 20 plus years he stopped talking to my son. Then when I called to ask what was wrong with the car kept telling me the parts didn't match the other side and the rear tires were bad. I told him that's why we were getting an alingment before we put tires on it. He could not tell me what parts were bad or what parts were supposedly loose. Then he told me that he would not work on it because it wasn't up to his standards but he was more than willing to take my child's money and work on it. He also told my child the same things were bad when he went to get a previous alingment. This guy is running a scam do not take your vehicle to them.
Our van broke down heading up North with our 6 kids and Craig’s was the first place we could make it to. They squeezed us in immediately while they had a 1 1/2 week wait on repairs and their labor prices was phenomenal. So thankful for their help and would highly recommend.
We came in right before close but they were courteous, kind and fast with helping us out. They weren’t able to fix our tire due to there being a puncture in the sidewall and the timing but gave us a great recommendation. Great service!
Can't recommend this shop strongly enough. I've taken different vehicles in for different problems and they are always above board fair and get the job done at reasonable price. The last issue I had was an electrical issue that was complicated with some after market parts from a previous accident. They were able to find a solution and charged me the original estimate, despite the fact that they had to spend a lot more time than expected to pin point the problem. They perform over and above any other garage I've used before.
Corey and his crew are top notch, not just mechanics but by helping to explain the process of what work needs to be done and why. Will definitely return
I sent my car here to get some stuff with the rear hatch figured out. Paid 700 dollars for plate lights and rear hatch assembly replaced. I needed it done since I'm a firefighter and have to access my equipment. Another part of the system broke a week down the line, sent it back and was charged another 100 plus. Came back home and hatch broke again the same day, trim wasn't put back in place properly either. I genuinely feel bad having to leave a negative review because the people here are genuinely enjoyable to talk with but the service quality was not there. 800 dollars plus later and I still can't even access the rear of my vehicle, so I can't put any of my equipment in my vehicle that I need for my job. Gonna have to do it myself. I can't justify coming back.
Honest mechanic. They will diagnose the issue before replacing parts which is nice. Like all good mechanics, they are busy but if you have an emergency, the squeeze you in. Highly recommend.

Our Chrysler overheated, and we were stranded while in town for the weekend. Craig & and the team had us back on the road quickly. My family has used this shop for years & they do excellent work.
WOW! What an organization! My daughter was driving home from Fenton, MI to Bloomington, IL and her throttle sensor went out. She got off the expressway and called me. I looked on a map that she was right down the street from this shop. I called there and spoke a nice fellow named Nick - told him the situation. He told me to bring it down so they could diagnose it; he could make room. She took the car there - they got right on it - part was in stock - she was back on the road in just over a hour!

Was traveling on a holiday weekend and 2 studs broke off, they got us in and fixed the problem and back on the road in a hour, excellent service and friendly people, would recommend them if you are in the area, Thank you again for getting us back on the road, pricing was reasonable
Amazing customer care and quick diagnosis and solution! At the last leg of a cross country road trip, a shuddering gave us concern. The team at Craigs got us in for a quick look to see if we were safe to continue. They found 2 problems, and worked fast to get us out in an hour! Loved that they explained (and showed) what the problems were to broaden our understanding. We made it home that day before midnight and we are so grateful!
Very fast and easy. I like their drop box for the keys. And I thought the price was good too considering I got new transmission fluid! I will return here again with any car issues I have and recommend this place to anyone!
Cory is the nicest and most truthful mechanic in the area. His prices are reasonable and my repairs here have been timely. The one time my repair lasted longer than expected he let me use a "rental car" overnight. You can tell he's been in this industry a long time.
My front left tire was trying to fall off this weekend. Craig's Automotive Care Center got my vehicle and within 24 hours had the problem diagnosed, explained, and repaired. The customer service was great and I super appreciate the quick turnaround!
