Terrible service. My check engine light was on and when asking to scan it, the employee said he would look at it but he doesn’t work on foreign cars. Then he was silent for the rest of my time there. The manager was very nice tho
Needed a new battery and Josh helped me find the right one and even installed it for me quick and easy! It was even when the feels like was -5 degrees out! Thanks for the great help!
A few months ago, I purchased wiper blades at the Meijer Auto Zone. Steve installed them for me and everything was fine until today. I had my wipers on auto start so any moisture engages the wipers. When I remote started my car today, the wipers must have been frozen and they snapped off. One was usable and one needed to be replaced. Steve again assisted me in the replacement and installation of new wiper blades. And all this for no charge!! I have been an Auto Zone customer for years....and this is why!!! Above and beyond customer service!!!! Thank you for making my problem a pleasant experience!!!
Very grateful for the staff here. They rang up and installed my new headlight in no time. I had a previous bad experience at Advanced Autoparts last time I needed a bulb replaced, but Auto Zone employees were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming here for all future car needs!

Today I needed help buying a headlamp at Auto Zone. An awesome guy named Ryan went out of his way for me. He came out into the parking lot and informed me on certain things pertaining to my headlights. I was pleasantly surprised at his kindness and eagerness to help. Ryan is a stud and deserves the highest rating possible. Good job Auto Zone for having good people like Ryan!
Had an engine light issue that put my car into “engine limbo”. Was able to pull in - individual at the front was able to quickly help me get my engine light read and problem diagnosed, explained it to me in lay person terms, helped me understand my options and what local auto shops may be able to help. Helped make a stressful situation feel more controllable just by good customer service!

My vehicle abruptly stopped getting out of the parking lot of Meijer going into Red Arrow Highway right in front of Auto Zone. It was totally dead in the middle of the road by the stop sign obstructing the traffic from
all sides. I ran to Auto Zone to ask them if they could jump start the vehicle. They told me that they will try but most probably since it stopped while I was driving the alternator was shot.
Miguel came out with me to try to jump start the vehicle but the attempt failed since like they said, it was a problem with the alternator.
After that Ryan came out of the store and started directing the traffic explaining to them what had happened .
He asked me to get out of the vehicle since it was a very hot evening and suggested I call the towing service.
He was assisting the traffic flow while I called the towing service. After the tow truck came he coordinated with the tow truck driver asking me to stand in a safe spot on the side of the road in the shade.
Finally the vehicle was towed to the body shop. When I tried to reward Ryan he politely declined it and said that I can thank him by shopping and supporting his Auto Zone store.
His kind deed really helped me get through this episode without too much stress.

I was having some issues with my battery. Not only did he assist me with finding the proper battery but he even was able to install it for me. Best customer service ive had in a long time.
Ryan was extremely helpful in assisting us when we needed a new battery when traveling to the area from out of town. He tested the current battery as well as the alternator before determining that we did, indeed, need a new battery. He installed it and it didn't take long at all. I had two people try to replace my headlight, they didn’t really try to figure out how to do it and then said it wasn’t possible. Went to another autozone in Indiana and they fixed it no problem!
We had a last minute emergency right before they closed the store. Kevin was so selfless and generous. He helped us fix our car so we wouldn't be stranded 5 hours away from home. Excellent service!
I went to Autozone to get cracking on a couple small projects on my vintage truck. When I started explaining a couple of the complications of it to Justin, he suggested we take a look at the vehicle together. Well, not only did Justin professionally and genuinely help out, I informally mentioned three other problems/eventual projects that I have for the car, and he offered friendly advice and solutions that will really help me move forward to complete the projects properly and more economically. I’m so glad I stopped in rather than going to a hardware store. I’ll be back.
I went into Auto Zone in Stevensville MI to ask about a part for a car I was driving. I ended up speaking to Justin E. regarding my issue. I always have a great experience at this location. Most recently, Steve braved the freezing cold to swap my battery out for me in no time at all. I highly recommend going to these guys for help!
I go to get some of my car washing supplies. Got my wax for $21.00 normally, $39.00. I'm in there system for my oil filter. Oil is a bit pricey, so I go to Meijer for that. Friendly service. My 4 star is basically if it's not on sale I don't buy.
Super helpful especially on Memorial Day. I thought I was going to be stranded away from Chicago. Travis was a great help!!!! Everyone was so nice. Travis went the extra mile and helped with a repair!!!!! The young lady was helpful finding us what we needed. Great store!!!

Great prices and very friendly people, I called ahead of time so they would have my parts ready, explain to them I had 1 sleeping babys and 1 sleeping toddler in the car and they meet me at the door with my parts and lady associate even asked if she could watch the babies so i didn't have to wake them up to get them out of the car. Great people
