Walked in, asked what kind of trans fluid I needed for my truck. Guy at the counter didn't look it up, gave me the wrong fluid. Now I have to flush 14 qts down the drain and buy 14 more to flush it. I'll look up the info myself next time. First and last time I shop here.

It's what you would expect from any aftermarket parts store. Prices are competitive and hours open are nice. Employees have little to no knowledge about anything automotive, they only know what their computer tells them.

Only because they put my core back on my card and didn’t tell me it wouldn’t be readily available

If i could give zero stars i would when i took parts back for a family member and i didnt have their card they couldnt put the money back on it or refund it into cash which i understand that but what happened afterward was uncalled for... When i told them i didnt have the card they then said they could put it on another card when i said i didnt have any cards of the family members they slammed the receipt back on the boxs causing me to almost drop them and just said bye and didnt even help me out the door

Had boughton battery just under 1 year old .used 3 times and charged it and my boat would not start. They replaced it and it started up. So positive experience today
