I swear everything we buy as to parts wise, it's always the wrong part, so we have to return them everytime!! You would think a discount or something would be helpful for making the trek back in for the right part, but nope. So lesson learned..find another auto store
Things have really taken a turn for the better since Mike became manager! Stock accuracy is always on point and the morale / vibe of the store feels excellent!
This is for Bob Cramer at store #4355! He was a life saver. Was camping in Harrisville, while out site seeing our truck over heated. Limped the truck over 25 miles to get checked at a Chevy or GMC dealer only to find out that they could not see us until the following week. Ended up at store #4355 shared with Bob what was happening. He not only had the parts in stock, but also sent us to a place to have it fixed!!! My faith is once more restored and will be forever thankful to Bob Cramer and store #4355!
I had to pick up a part that had already been ordered. I just gave them the name and got the part. The employee was super nice and the whole thing took just a few minutes. Such a great place!!
Only reason for 1 star is I bought a die hard gold battery here and I had it go bad within a year so I got a replacement free. All was good so I took my truck to the shop had the alternator tested and parasidic draw tested. All was good still. Well it went bad again so I brought it back in and had to buy a new one to get back on the road because they only warrenty once. Well that's fair. But what's not fair is I thought if they charged the battery and it came back good (free service?) That I would not have to buy it back for used battery price again a day or 2 later. But that's what happened and now I asked them if the battery would be any good to me and they said no so I used it as a core if I knew they could just charge it and I pay the extra core on the new one I bought we wouldn't be here so thanks for fooling me into buying it twice. Nice play.
They seem to always have nice staff, and get you the right part. Never had a bad experience here, and that's pretty good to be able to say. Especially since I've been going there since the Alpena location opened.
Always friendly, usually helpful, sometimes it's not what you're expecting but things happen and the people here are more than welcome to help sort it all out. One of my favorite part stores to go to.
I needed a headlight for my car. In the past they have installed all my headlight, this day the guy wouldn't install it for me. The bulb he said I needed was only available in a 2-pack, so I paid double. When I found a friend to install it, it was the wrong headlight, so I had to return it. Very frustrating!
