Offered me 100 for my car after offering me 400 day B4 said wasn't worth it lol well same day I got 225 for just the catalytic converter next day got 300 for rest of car guess I was closer at 500 than Larry at 400 shoulda let your guy give me the 400

Great response shiped fast however they didn't put any type of packing materials with my tail light absolutely none hard to find tail light in a cardboard box that was it bought another on eBay it had so much bubble wrap you could have dropped it from an airplane I would use them again just local pick up not ship

Larry, Owner, is an awesome mechanic who is thoughtful and generous. I more than highly recommend him and his daughter in the office was very friendly. Larry not only sells parts but cars too! After over a year of troubles with my car’s hood hinge plus needing to change the headlight bulb, I had spent a lot of time online looking for the part, left emails with auto parts place that didn’t return my email, drove to every Auto Parts place in my area and they said I would have to buy it from a dealer and the dealer’s price was unaffordable to me and very expensive. (I’m a woman who has been going to mechanics for decades and Larry outshines them all.) One Auto Parts man, Norman, had recommended that I call Larry (said that he was the most honest mechanic he knew). I called Mass Auto Recycling, Worcester, MA, and Larry answered. I told him I needed a hood hinge, told him I was referred, and told him the details. He said “that is dangerous; come to my place right now and I’ll fix it.” I live 40 minutes away, but jumped in my car and arriving at his business, there he was with a smile on his face, walked right over with tool and lubricant and started working on the car. He fixed it in under 10 minutes while he was telling why it failed and named a few cars that have this issue. He continued to check it, had me open and close it, and let me know that it was not a hinge problem but a latch problem. It won’t be long that I will need another car and I will be driving to Worcester to see Larry to buy one. (I also went back to the Auto Parts place to thank Norman and told him what happened.) Two great guys for sure.

Bought a 2001 Jeep Granche from the nicest gentleman. He was willing to meet me on my schedule, answered all of my questions honestly. She needed some exhaust work. We worked out a deal on that as a condition of purchase, which has not been a good idea in my experience. Let me tell you, the guy he knows who does exhaust work did a fantastic job. I know, I've crawled under and inspected it! It was more extensive than expected, but it was done completely and promptly, the welds are a work of art. I would absolutely do business here again.

I needed a part for an older vehicle.Noone I called had the time or courtesy to help. Someone told me try Larry at Mass Auto. He not only took the time to help me.He had the patience of a saint.Between the snow storms and my problems, he found the part,took it and put it aside.Also sent me a picture of it in working order.What a stand up guy!!! I know we're not talking thousands....or even hundreds of dollars.That's the whole point of customer service!!!!! I'll be back and I'll make sure everyone that needs anything to call or go down to Aable Mass Auto. (It's around the back.😉) Thanks again Larry. Def. A five star establishment!!!!!!
