Early’s Tire and Tow in Worcester provided me quick and easy service! Jeff went above and beyond helping me with a flat tire. Will be calling Early’s next time I am in a jam.
Unbelievably predatory behavior. Parking ban was declared after 6 PM when the snow covered the ticket and Worcester 311 was down. These folks pick up cars all night after the holidays and then close at NOON the next day. And then are closed for the weekend! Perfect scheme to charge you an exorbitant "storage" fee each day they're closed. I call them on the phone to ask them if they can wait a few minutes for me to get there- mind you, I found out I was towed 11:30 since that's when I left for work- and the lady on the other end gives me attitude and says she's "been here since midnight." Girl, you stole my car! Oh- and despite being open 24 hours for taking cars, they aren't open 24 hours for you to get your car back from them.
Some of us have real jobs instead of leeching off poor people with recurring fees. So, I had to leave my real job to go get attitude from the lady at the desk, and clear the snow off my car in sneakers, while spending all my Christmas money. Awful, awful people.
During morning traffic my car decided it had enough and my transmission blew in the front of the turn only lane… Thankfully I have AAA, but even with that, they said it would be over an hour wait. After multiple people screaming and honking, I called AAA again and they said they would put me on priority.. Here’s where Early’s Towing comes in! Thankfully they took the rush call and their driver BRYAN called me to reassure me that he was on his way and he was there in less than 10 minutes. From the moment Bryan arrived he was kind, quick, efficient and mindful of the traffic situation. As he towed me to where I had to go, he helped me stay looking to the bright side and made sure I was safe. It was a pleasant experience during an unpleasant time.
Mr . Perez helped me get my car off Main Street with the upmost professionalism. He helped me get my car onto my street and even made sure it wasn’t blocking my neighbors at all. Showed up quick and got the job done fast. Thanks man!

As a single lady stranded on the side of a busy Worcester street, these gentlemen got to me almost immediately. So kind, but more importantly, made me feel safe. All the while giving me sound “dad” advice on how to care for my truck so it will last me and keep my babies safe. I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re ever in a jam in the city, call these guys. Jeff is a magician! He was on and around and opened the stuck car door under a minute! I have no words apart from absolute best! 11/10 would recommend this place for any and every inconvenience with cars!
Tyson was amazing! He showed up quickly, was kind, respectful, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. He not only changed my tire but even followed me to a gas station to show me how to fill my tires and made sure I was safe before leaving. He went above and beyond and deserves all the recognition. Called AAA for a tow. Edgar from EARLYS was there within 8 minutes after AAA told me it would be a 2 hour ETA. THANK YOU EARLYS FOR HAVING SUCH A GREAT AND RESPECTFUL DRIVER!
I requested a tow through AAA and Tyson showed up within an hour and was very straightforward and professional. I knew our vehicle was in good hands with him.

I was helping a customer and Rick from Early's came through AAA within an hour. He was friendly, got the car on the truck and hooked up very quickly and we were on our way. He is very professional as well. I would definitely call them again for any towing needs in the future. Thank you Rick!

Speedy service with a smile! I hit a pot hole and had a flat on a busy road in Worcester during the morning commute. Early's was at my car 20 minutes later. The service man put air in the spare tire before he put it on the car, that was so thoughtful! He was obviously skilled, had the right tools with him, and was very polite. Thank you!
If you’re in need of a tow this is not the company to call. They left my elderly mother waiting almost 3 hours in a turning lane because all of their flat beds were out of the city. The customer service rep I spoke to was nice but this delayed service cause so much anxiety and fear. Do better Early’s!
Had a scary experience on Shrewsbury St today with my 12 mo old baby in the car on the way to lunch. I was tailgated by one of your employees in a tow truck. Had I hit the breaks in my SUV at all, we would’ve been rear ended. I get it, people are tightly wound here - but no excuses, be more careful, you don’t know who’s in the car next to you! License plate# 1009K.
Jeff responded to a AAA roadside assistance call. He was friendly, polite, and super helpful. He diagnosed the issue and followed up with a phone call once the car reached its destination. Outstanding service!
Extremely helpful, excellent service. Dispatch was friendly and helpful, and the driver was very patient and compassionate. Breaking down is always stressful, but when your elderly parents call for help, (one of which with advanced Alzheimers), in a location they don’t know on an 80+ degree day - it’s stressful and very scary. I lucked out by calling Early’s, they were so quick to respond and so patient and kind, I cannot thank them enough. Highly highly recommend. They saved the day, quite literally.
The best experience I had dealing with a towing company. Jeff got there within 10 minutes, was extremely kind, attentive, & communicated clearly every step of the way. I felt comfortable and safe leaving my vehicle in his hands. He went above & beyond in keeping me updated on my car. 10/10 would recommend!!! Jeff deserves a raise
