Run away from this towing guy, extremely headaches, and extremely overcharge, they contract with police department $132 tow away within 5 miles. My tow trip 4.6 miles, they charged $426.26. Negative star should be fix for them.

Called July 9th for a tow inside the Polar Park garage. Initially I was told the tow truck wouldn't fit, which sucked because we didn't have much time. After a few minutes, I see several missed calls from Boulevard, and it was one of their drivers, Ritchie with the Ford tattoo (I hope I got it right) was very eager to help me and told me not to worry, that he is on his way. Long story short he showed up and got the job done in 5 minutes. Took 100 pounds of stress of my shoulders. Thank you sir!

Just watched this company take a tractor trailer unit into oncoming traffic to skip around traffic as another driver from this company help up traffic a half mile ahead. What incredible stupidity and disregard for the public. Simply these people are losers
Great experience using Boulevard Towing. Broke down on route 20 in a box truck. Office/dispatch staff was great, had a truck out to me within 30 minutes. Sean was our driver. Incredibly personable, beautiful clean truck that you could tell he took pride in maintaining. Very skilled and efficient driver. Everyone that calls a tow truck isn’t having a great day to begin with but these guys run a great company and are very good at what they do. Thank you Sean and everyone else at Boulevard Towing.
I had an unusual situation with my RV in which I needed a tow from an odd spot that was difficult to get to. Two previous tow companies came out to the site, but told me they couldn't, or wouldn't, do the job. Jeff in the office and Sean, the tow driver, were as helpful, professional, and competent as I could have ever asked for. Jeff was willing to work with me when other tow companies turned me down, and Sean did everything he could to treat my RV with respect and care. Based on this experience, I would recommend them in a heartbeat, especially for big, difficult jobs.
Boulevard was very helpful to me after I was in accident. They answered all my questions to explain the process and give me some pointers as well as advocated for me to my insurance to get a second opinion after the initial appraisal. I appreciate all of the help!
They tell you one price over the phone and then charge you more when you get there and to top it off they only take cash, they need to do better and get there pricing correct the first time. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!
My car cleaning brush which was only used one time which I bought brand new for 20-25$ was stolen from the car and I found them in the office hidden behind chairs. After telling them someone stole it they just played dumb. Stop stealing items you guys only gave it when I threatened police and I wouldn’t leave.
Very unprofessional and rude and not respectful over the phone towed my car when there is no sign saying parking ban or no parking on this side of the street and there were other cars there too, that weren’t towed.
The most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with. Just got out of the phone with this guy that was very rude and literally told me to go look for somebody else if I cant wait 2 hours in the cold for his services just because I told him that I would call roadside assistance from dodge to see if they can find another service provider. He yelled at me and hang up the call basically telling me that he doesn't care and I could call somebody else because he won't attend the call anymore. Stay away from this business they don't know how to conduct a business or how to treat customers.
My husband was in an accident, we had no choice but to have this company tow the car (per WPD) When we wanted to sign a release and have insurance remove it asap, the issues began. They almost refused to release it saying the work can be done "in house" and just leave the car here. We are familiar with Boulevards reputation and stated, nicely, we just wanted insurance to pick up the car. After the unnecessary back and forth AND needing our insurance company to call them directly, we finally got OUR car. Do not let them bully you into thinking you have no say in your own vehicle. Now I clearly understand their reputation!
At 4am my civic broke down and Jimmy answered the phone and came right away. The only one in the city to answer! Even had a good conversation, he’s very chill and understanding and he made sure my car was able to get into the tight parking space at my home.

Worst service ever. Took over an hour for them to come when I was told 5 minutes. Had to call 3 separate times AND the guy over the phone was beyond rude every time and hung up on me. They’re lazy, require you to come to them and do everything but tow the actual car. Never use this company.

My car was towed from a visitor spot while I was inside getting the pass.
If you're rude to them (as one may be, after being told it's $180 for them being faster than you) they might charge an extra $60 by the most smug entitled wifeless men you've seen outside of a dive bar.
Then, they'll tell you to leave and threaten you with trespassing charges presumably because that's the only real authority they have and it makes them hard.

These guys run a scam operation where they call people for fake Craigslist Jobs, you go to look at the job, and they tow your car while you are inside!
Be wary of Craigslist Jobs that tell you it's ok to park, where signs say you can't park!

No courtesy call, no notification, just a sudden and inexplicable disappearance of my vehicle.
But that was only the beginning. When I finally tracked down my car, I was horrified to discover damage to my tail light, a casualty of Boulevard Towing's reckless handling. The company's response? A callous dismissal, a refusal to take responsibility for their actions. They claimed it was my fault, that I must have damaged the tail light myself. The audacity!

Jesus and Sean came to the rescue when a delivery truck got stuck in our neighbor’s driveway. The rear of the truck was planted in the road while the remainder of the truck was in the driveway.
Jesus and Sean calculated how to lift the rear of the truck and with one in the tow and the other in the truck, they maneuvered the truck to the flat road. Very professional! I couldn’t and wouldn’t expect anything less from them!

Incredible customer service and very friendly. I had a hefty bill because I had to fly in from South Dakota due to daughters car accident and car sat for awhile. But from the owners Jeff and sweet lady to the drivers they were helpful and went beyond to help a stranger in need. THANK YOU
Complete rip-off! Scam artists. Stay away! Car got towed there after accident so we had no choice. Went the next day to get it, $310 because they added a $100 yard fee to have AAA tow it out. Ridiculous. Poor business practices to take advantage of people who are stuck and have no choice. Will NEVER do business with them again and I’m going to light them up on social media. Thieves.
Parked my brand new Subaru in the allowed area while visiting my family for 15 minutes. The guy named Julio decided to tow my car, I was able to stop him from towing, but he still hooked it up illegally. All wheel drive vehicles can never be hooked up, only flat bed should be used. A five year old knows that! As a result, huge damage to my front bumper, tire and rim. In addition the power steering and balance is off as well. Charged me $110 NOT to tow it, and told me to deal with my insurance company. Later on I tried calling the towing company and speak with the manager or the owner to ask how to proceed with the claim. The person who answered the phone was rude, obnoxious and used profanity towards me. Hung up the phone and told me not to call again! I am beyond furious with these people!!
A family member was in an accident and the car was towed to Boulevard Towing. The people I spoke with were courteous and professional. They let me know everything I needed to know and were so kind. This wonderful customer service is so rare I needed to write this review! They are terrific people.
I had to call not because I had my vehicle towed, but was calling on behalf of the rental company wanting to retrieve their vehicle. I was calling in a professional capacity and always conducted myself in that way. I never raised my voice at all. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude wanting to know why we kept calling for the same thing. Pretty much yelling at me. I’m a big believer that you should treat everyone as a potential customer. We use tow companies A LOT and I can say with all confidence I will never use this company. I will pay extra to use a more professional company. I have my go-to companies that are awesome and professional. You don’t treat people that way. Completely unprofessional and just nasty. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I had my car towed to a garage come to find out that my bumper and skidplate broke and the company is now claiming the aren't Liable. Honestly thought this company was great because my job Hires them a lot but after today can't say that anymore. Should have known something was up when they only have 2 stars on their site.
I couldn't thank Boulevard Towing enough for what they did for me. I got into an accident 3 months ago. I was waiting for my case to finish to have the person at fault pay for my fees. My fees racked up to over $4,000. The person who hit me wasn't going to pay it. I was stuck with the bill wondering how I'm gonna pay and and what I was gonna do. I talked to the owner and he gave me a miracle. He helped me pay my bill and junked my car with no hassle at all. He was very understanding of my situation and did what he could to help. He is LITERALLY a life saver. They're amazing and have been nothing but kind and caring through this all. Thank you again so, so much again Boulevard. No words could ever thank you guys enough!!
