Asked them if they would put on a rear wiper blade if I bought it from them.the goofy guy with long black hair an glasses said they don't do that an proceeded to tell me know one does.well called O'Reilly's an they do.i do not recommend car quest for any needs.lazy people.
Both employees were sitting behind the counter on their phones, eating takeout, when I came in to pick up my order. I had placed it over an hour earlier, it was marked “ready,” and yet nothing was actually pulled — I had to go grab everything myself off the shelves. When I asked about a price match for an additional item I was looking to get (which is literally advertised on their website), the employee just said, “We don’t do that here,” and went right back to eating. The level of laziness and unprofessionalism here is unreal. If you value your time or even basic customer service, avoid this place entirely
Despite signs on the website and store window offering "free battery, starter and alternator testing" I was told they can only test my battery inside the store. That makes zero sense to me...
When you purchase something with a core charge, you get taxed on that core charge. When you return the core charge item/s you don't get the tax back, which can add up. I personally think that's not straight forward.
I had an issue with the online inventory vs the inventory physically in stock. Fortunately, I wasn't in a huge rush and the folks working there worked to rectify the issue and get my parts to me. Only someone with no patience would be legit unhappy.
The guy was very nice and knowledgeable. Was sold the wrong light my first time in, however I brought it back with the broken bulb in hand and was able to get the correct one of the 2 bulbs quickly and no hassle
They need to get an app because if you click on any car quest products it takes you to advanced auto App but no D + M part stores are connected to advanced auto app but yet they tell you they own it.
Waste of time because you can’t get medway as a store location and you can’t even find it . STUPID !!!!!!! I’ll go to autozone
This took over what used to be an Advance Auto parts. I used to go to this place at the other location and the people there generally knew what they were talking about and had good service. At this new location the last two times I went in I asked for very common things and the guys looked at me like it was the first time they had heard it. Guy in front of me asked to get his check engine light looked at, and they don't do that anymore which was something they used to do at advance Auto. I also came in asking for an oil filter and without telling me the part number of the guy automatically went to the back and picked out the carquest filter. It's not the one I wanted, but he never asked me.
If you are a female find another store apparently they only help men after waiting in line they helped the man behind me like I wasn’t standing there in line. Poor service
Order online and order is supposed to be filled within 30 minutes. Order has not been filled each of my last 1/2 dozen orders and have to wait while parts are pulled. 😒
Staff was sour and cold. No customer service with a smile here.
Tried softened them up with some small talk, it didn't work.
Prospect St in Milford is still my favorite in the area.
