Obviously very polite and friendly in the beginning but when it comes to invoice they add 1h extra just because. Just for other to see ... a 50 miles Towing costs us $1500! #NEVERAGAIN
Needed an emergency winch, while my friend was on the phone with an outsourced call center I called Art's Towing. Talked to a regular guy, he sent someone over, he had to go get a bigger truck. Then they needed to get a 2nd truck down to help. They exlpained to us what they were going to do and gave us the price before they started moving it. The speed of the excellent service was fast and the price was 75% less than the quote the other place sent us after we hung up with them.
Customer service is an Art and just like Art, good service is priceless.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Had a car breakdown, called and was told a tow truck was being dispatched and would arrive in 30-45 minutes. An hour later the service called to let us know they couldn't make it anymore and to find another tow
Beyond unprofessional, wouldn't recommend for any reason.
This is my go-to place in town for car inspections and minor repairs. They are always very nice and helpful. All the staff has always been courteous and they are reasonable with pricing. As a lady, I don't feel taken advantage of, which is great in their line of business.
My wife brought her jeep into this place for an inspection. Told her the inspection failed, she needed four new tires and a new front end because two ball joints needed to be replaced. Told her they could do the work that day.
Took car to another shop, told her the tires had more than enough tread and the front end was perfect, no play at all. These people are crooks. Stay away at all costs.
Took my car, said I could come down, then the place was abandoned. Came the next day, guys were very helpful. Took my wheel lock off and changed my tire.
My car broke down and the people who came to tow me were extrodinary. I wasn’t able to get up into cab of truck to get home. The service manager came and took me home personally, as could not get a ride home.
I have used Arts several times during the years and they havre been great.
Highly recommend them.
I called Art’s Towing after I discovered that someone had parked in my parking spot. Art’s was very responsive and helpful. The truck came right away and the driver was very professional. Thank you for all your help! Great job guys!
