Jonathan is a stand-up guy. Totally transparent throughout the entire process. The best I’ve come across in used auto sales. Would absolutely recommend!
I bought a 2017 GMC savanna recently after my old one gave out, unfortunately for me car prices are high at the moment so I paid more than I would have about 1-2 years ago. Fortunately for me I met one of the nicest people I have met in the used car business and I know many since I typically buy used cars. Jonathan who is the owner is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly; just in overall a very decent and kind soul. He made the whole transaction smooth and seamless. I will definitely be back to buy something else from him.

Doesn’t fix problems after the sale. Bring a translator. Low prices aren’t worth it. He’ll say he has 20 messages on the car in his inbox to force the sale. Pass.
I recently purchased a Silverado from this little hole in the wall dealer. My experience working with Johnathan has been nothing short of excellent. The communication and prompt response time has been great. Since purchasing the truck 2 months ago, I’ve had one sensor issue that he gladly took care of. Going forward if I need an another truck, or any type of towing, I will be giving my business to South Bow Auto.
So I didn’t buy the car my parents and in laws split the cost of a 20+year old van. From the first night we had issues where the back doors can’t be opened from the inside or they jam and won’t budge, the air filter has about 8lbs of nesting from some animal that was discovered when I took it for an oil change, the rubber part that holds the windshield down comes loose on the highway the brake lines are all terribly thrown together to the point a line blew 2 months after getting the vehicle. However as awful as those things are, the main issue I have is the spare tire that came on the car, a thing I never thought I’d have to check was the wrong size, this was not pointed out until I had to change the tire and put the spare on drove about 25 miles home then to a mechanic the next day to plug the tire, he told me the spare was the wrong size and severely damaged the struts. I’m not sure how anyone with mechanical knowledge could knowingly sell this vehicle for to a family but now because the struts were so bad the wheel came off the rim while driving the other night. Long story short multiple mechanics have told me this car needs to not be on the road for all the reasons mentioned also the tires were all dry rotted.
Although I didn't end up buying a car here, it was a great experience shopping there. It's my first time car shopping and everyone was very friendly, no pressure. They let me take a car to the mechanic to check it out with no problem and the car was well-maintained as stated. Jonathan is very honest, patient, and trustworthy, a good guy who will give you a good deal. I highly recommend.

Bought a car from John and it was the smoothest car buying experience. Even as a small car lot owner he was able to take out trade that had a lean on it. His pricing was clear and transparent.
