I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to cars (other than keeping the oil changed and the gas tank full?!) But the staff at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Milford are friendly, courteous and helpful. I’m treated respectfully, despite being pretty clueless about car parts. 😊 They’ve helped me by explaining things well, and by physically helping me take care of my car (helping put trim back on, installing windshield wipers etc) Really good customer service is hard to find these days, and these folks have been providing it for years.
We visited to buy a battery charger, the girl at the desk said they didn't have any, but in easy view of the counter we could see an entire display of them. I pointed to them and walked her over so I could ask questions and it was like she had never seen one before. I think they need to train their staff a little better.
If you're ever feeling good about yourself and want to go down a notch come on and visit the store. They usually have one guy working the counter and about three or four guys in the back. You can hear them shuffling around and occasionally peeking out to the front ignoring anyone else that's waiting in line. Every time I go there I wonder why I bother. Walked out today after waiting about 10 minutes and no one helping me because one guy was having a conversation with the customer that he knew

I will never go to another auto parts store. Ricardo and another gentleman put a new headlight in my Passat. They were knowledgeable and kind. It's just a pesky inconvenient task that o' reillys made easier for me. Thanks guys!
I was there today for a new battery. The rating I would give would be 10. I had a new technician Keith (4 months) to help me. Because the car is old parts were so rusted and hard to remove. I can’t believe how patient he was and the job he did. Everyone in the store could not have been any better and professional. It made my visit so easy. Thank You all for your help.

Joy at O’Reilly Milford is the nicest auto tech guy I have ever met in the States. He kindly helped me change the light bulbs, cabin filters, waper etc without any charge.
Awesome help. The extractors that were light as plastic were like titanium strong. The torch.. OMG this propane torch is almost as powerful as a MAP torch! The prices.. were half auto zones and Walmart. Get fuel for this amazing torch.
One of my turn signal lights on the front of my car needed a replacement bulb so I decided to check out O'Reilly Auto Parts in Milford. I was extremely impressed with the help I had received from Peter. Not only was he able to find the correct light bulb, he even was even kind enough to help me install it in my car within a matter of seconds. The prices were extremely fair, and my expectations were greatly exceeded with the help I received. Thank you Peter for the awesome service!
The milford location is amazing. I went in to find out about replacing a key fob battery. After being qouted almost 70 for a replacement I decided to see if I could do it myself. I went in looking for the battery and I got four for under $15. But the very best part is they installed it in my key fob for me. Such a great unexpected experience!
Went there for the free ODB service to get engine codes, staff is friendly and helpful. Also I bought something and left it outside my car and drove away, staff took it held onto it and had it for me when I returned a few hours later, very nice experience here.
Awesome service! These guys know what they’re doing and they’re super helpful. Came in looking for some bulb replacements and they were super helpful with getting me the right bulb and even offered to install them for me even though it was basically closing time. Other places never do that for me and I usually have to have my mechanic do it. Thanks so much O’Reilys you guys rock!
Went to the Autozone down the street first for them to give me completely false information and then break my windshield wiper while "trying to replace it for me" Told me my only option was to go to my dealership. So I drove 2 seconds down the road to O'Reilly's where I was actually greeted and helped by someone who knew what I was talking about. Manager Illy took his time to explain options, respect me as a female customer, and then proceed to set me up for Rewards and install the new blade with no issue whatsoever. I'll never go back to Autozone again and highly recommend going to this establishment where people were pleasant, professional and kind
I went here to get my shocks for my truck. I went to the counter and an associate came up greeted me asked what I was looking for,I told him,he ask info about my truck and Bam! I was on my way with the 4 shocks for my truck. Probably took a total of 5 minutes, I was in and out and off to enjoy the rest of my night. I will definitely stop here again for my auto parts.
Ben at O'Reilly in Milford was So Awesome! He helped me with a light blinker/situation. I was kinda in a panic cuz today is the last day for a sticker and I wanted to get it done at lunch time. I had things ready and he came outside and figured out that a couple of wires were unplugged and the bulb that I thought was bad, wasn't, it was another one. Also, he knew that there was a brighter bulb that I could use so he gave me that one. I am very happy Ben worked with me! Great Customer Service. And, Auto Zone is as close to me as O'Reilly and I will continue to patronize O"Reilly! Thanks Ben!
Very helpful set of guys behind the counter who were quick to order in a brake tool I needed to the store the next morning. Their tool rental was spot on for local competitor pricing for the same tool.
Needed to replace my car battery and some other parts associated with it. Arthur made this process very simple and was very polite and efficient with his work. Highly recommend seeing Arthur if you need to buy and install something new!

I called after 5pm in a panic to have my car battery replaced. Auto Zone told me they couldn’t install it so I called O’Reilly’s and spoke to Arthur. He was so helpful and polite. He installed my battery in a matter of minutes...I will always go back there for future needs. Highly recommend them!
Called here today looking for some hard to find parts no one else had in stock locally. Got John on the phone who said they showed as in stock, and then he asked I hold a minute so he could be sure they were on the shelf before I drove down, and he confirmed they were. When I got there to pick them up he walked me thru a few other tricks to the install to make sure I was good to go, A+++ effort, thank you.
They stood behind 2 very old part failures that had lifetime warranties without blinking or fussing. As usual they were thorough about verifying the correct parts. After numerous experiences there, my only complaint is that I don't live closer to the store.
The guys here are wicked nice and knowledgeable. You can tell they love their job. Great customer service and always has what we need for the jeep in stock. Thanks William!
