I come here specifically because of how helpful the staff is. Brian in particular is the best. Anytime I call up to ask a question he's polite and patient. When I arrive at the store he remembers that I called and is quick to help. He's the main reason I buy all of my auto parts from this store. Truly a 10/10 employee that makes the buying experience a breeze.
Pulled up to the store with a flat mind you I am nine months pregnant. I’m trying to put fix a flat in it. It’s not working. One worker is sitting outside smoking a cigarette watching me struggle I asked for his help and he really told me. no, he’s not allowed to….. Continue to stand outside the doors for 10 min just smoking a cigarette watching me struggle what a sorry excuse of men in this store… And I mean all of them not one of them would help me. Then, when I finally found someone kind enough to help, another worker came out, sat there and watched them change my tire for me and sat there and smoked a cigarette…. Pathetic!!!
Service was excellent..the young man that waited on us was outstanding…and so helpful….we really appreciated his patience and willingness to help…thank you so much
Came in today after getting a jump and wound up needing a new battery. The Milford store was clean, I was quickly attended to and I was able to purchase a new battery quickly and easily. Will be return. Thanks Brian for the excellent customer service.
Brian b helped me so much!!!! I walked in there with zero knowledge other than needing my oil changed. He helped me figure out which one, gave me advice on how to go about everything. 10/10!!!!!!!!!
Awesome store. Everyone there is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Brian in particular was great as he went above and beyond to help me by going out to look at my car and giving me several options to accomplish my job. I ended up needing a socket later that day and when I called to see if it was in stock Brian asked how my project was going and quickly found the socket I needed. Overall this is the best AutoZone I've ever been to and will be back again.
I went in for windshield wiper fluid and as I was grabbing the 2nd jug, a gentleman, Brian came over and asked if I needed help and offered to take them to the register for me and then offered to pour the fluid in my car for me on a 102 degree day! As he opened my hood, he had found that my rod that holds up the hood was completely off and had fallen all the way down near my radiator, as he grabbed it..he burnt his hand because of how hot it was (stressed to me to not touch it!) and he got gloves and put it in my trunk for me. I couldn’t thank Brian enough. Such amazing customer service. Made me feel like there’s still people out there that are actually decent humans. Thank you again Brian!!!
Had a great experience here today. Although I was coming in for what I believed to be a simple return, the computer system felt otherwise. It couldn't locate my order no matter what information was input, but Jeffrey the store manager went above and beyond to assist with my return. Even after his own help desk wasn't able to help him, he assured me he'd get me my money back and he did just that. I was happy to be patient while they did their best to figure it all out and I'm thankful for the customer service I received. Will definitely be back for anything I need for my car in the future. 10/10 recommend!
Jeffrey helped me out with issues I was having with my battery and he went the full nine yards in assisting me. I've been coming to this AutoZone for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else, he saved me a lot of time money and headache, thank you Jeffrey!!

Today on October 1st 2023, I had the best experience I have ever had in any Auto Zone in the three states I have visited stores in. Julia from this location was very professional, and had a great attitude. Not sure if the other employees were on break or if they are short staffed but Julia managed the phone, and lobby customers by herself. Julia was very knowledgeable on the products needed for my braking system job and even mentioned the specials that saved me a little money on the parts. Julia even went as far as giving me a box to carry some of the parts in because she was aware the bags would break. I only met the store manager Nick passing by in the lobby and his morale was low, and while approaching a customer he seemed very willing to help but his tone was unlike Julia's. I recommend you look into training Julia for upper management positions because that is the leader I would want overseeing a team. If no positions are available currently, I recommend you try to retain Julia as an employee by giving her a raise. When I am in massachusetts again, this is the only AutoZone I will be going to! Huge shout out to Shay O.!!! I came in needing some oil & attempted to put it in my car in the parking lot. Oil cap would NOT come off until I asked him for help & he saved the day!! Super friendly & amazing customer service. Thank you a million times over Shay!!! So greatful!! Could not have done it without his kindness & help.
When looking for anything for myself or someone else the people who work here are always very helpful. Great auto parts store. They always help me put my windshield wipers on.
So thankful for the 2 employees that helped me out this a.m! Jeffery Morris and his co-worker(forgot his name! Sorry! Went out of the way to help me. They took the time to address everything I needed and were so polite and professional. They truly care about customers. Autozone is lucky to have them working for them! Thanks again guys!!!!!!
Wow!! Jeffrey was amazing! He waited on me even before the door could shut! Friendly and looked like he had a big smile behind that mask:) Came out to car found the bulbs we needed for several lights throughout processed and replaced them as well!! What a wonderful young Man he is! Thanks Jeffrey!! You rock!!!!!!!
Amazing customer service. Came in after being across the street at O'Reilly.. they gave me the worst customer experience. They would rather talk amongst self. Then help the ONLY customer in store. At autozone Jeffery was beyond knowledgeable and helped me with my battery. Didn't even have to take it out of my car, unlike the neighbors across st. He came outside tested it and recommended a new battery and was out the door. Customer service prevails everytime..
The guys who've been there awhile are great. New guys are meh. Was a better atmosphere when Jen wasn't the manager, she's back now and I find myself vising the store less
Employees are always so rude that’s why I stopped coming to this place years ago even if I have to pay more somewhere else. When I did go there a few months ago I needed a new battery and I asked to see if someone could help and they were so rude about it and i asked what about any of the other ones and he said they were all about to leave.I got mad and asked for a manager and the rude older guy said he was the manager when you could clearly tell he wasn’t, then some guy in a grey shirt came up asking if there was a problem and I asked who the manager was then he said he was the manager. Made no sense I just figured I wouldn’t say anything and just leave it as is..... Thanks a lot for reminding me why I don’t go there!!
Not great, guy at counter was rushed and could care less about product availability or product knowledge. When an associate overheard my ask, he was helpful. Does the manager realize there are three other auto parts stores nearby? I got much better help down the road at a competitor.
The people at this story are very helpful, though it is a busy store. They do a great job of servicing customers, figuring out what parts are needed and when necessary getting parts in from other stores or installing them on the cars on a timely basis. Because it is such a busy store Corporate should permanently fix there air conditioning system as customers waiting have to suffer through the same heat as the employees and I think corporate should do I better job at providing a good experience to both customers and employees.

My mother needed a new battery. She is in her 70s. The young man at the counter was not available to put in her battery, but did offer to help the next two people behind her in line to pop in their new batteries. Then he waited for her to carry out the new battery until he realized it was too heavy for her to lift. When we started to change the battery at home, I did not have the right sized ratchet to get the last bolt out. So I put it all back together and drove back there.
ANTONIO made it right. He met me at the door, apologized and put in the new battery. I shook his hand and thanked him.
While Antonio did the right thing, his colleague showed complete disregard for an older woman who needed service -- and that tells me that the management/ownership has the same disregard. So if you are sending an older person to the Milford autozone, either make sure you get Antonio or send a younger person to be sure you get service.
