Great experience at Interstate a week ago. Jacob was knowledgable and fun to interact with. A definite asset to that store. If I had to post a negative, well...it's the hours of operation. Hard to get there before closing if you work an 8 to 5 job and no Saturday or Sunday hours. Other than that...very positve result.
Every time I go to Interstate Battery it is a pleasant experience. Jacob at the front desk is professional ,courteous and knowledgeable. Nothing but good things to say about this company.
I just moved to Milford, called and and got a friendly person on the phone who told me they had my Car Fob Remote batteries in stock and welcomed me in! I arrived, he even installed them into my fobs. I was being charged over $60 for replacements every 6 mos. at a battery store in my last resident town, when the retail was just over $8 here for a better battery product! The man was super friendly and knowledgeable, explaining how to get the most out of the battery etc. Great experience and I highly recommend this place! I know where I'll be going for my battery needs moving forward!
Fantastic service. They tested my battery and also to see if anything in the system was drawing the battery down. Replaced the battery and I was out of there in about 20 minutes. Definately give these boys a try.
I came in to get my battery replaced on my truck. I felt my old battery having trouble cranking as it was starting. Jacob was on it and replaced the battery within 10 minutes! He was very kind and helpful—good sense of humor too! Great service and while I *hope* I don’t have to come back any time soon, I definitely will come here for any battery replacements.
Horrible customer service at this place. I was walking into the door a minute before they were closing and they shut the lights off and lock the door so I couldn’t come in. I had been coming to the store for several years, in fact since they opened at the Milford location. I have bought over 2 dozen batteries from here and I was in dire need of a battery. That’s the way they do business at this establishment. Long story short? I went to O’Reillys and bought my battery and had much better customer service there. Not only that they’re open later in the evening and they’re open on the weekends which this place is not. I highly recommend not using this place.
What more can I say than having Jake install a new battery in my vehicle was without question the most outstanding service experience I have ever had. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and FAST! He had me back running and with great confidence in 20 minutes even while working outside in thirty degree weather. Absolutely Outstanding!!!!!

Arrived at the Interstate store to replace my battery on a freezing January morning. The employee was nice enough to let me borrow a memory saver as well as a battery holder for me to easily change it myself in the parking lot. The total price came out to $25 less than what the local auto part stores charge for the exact same battery.
If you need any kind of battery, this is the place to go. They have the right battery you need in stock and the staff, Jacob in particular, is knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. Will be buying my batteries here in the future. The best battery and the right battery in stock.
Thought my granddaughter's car would need a battery but the folks at Interstate Battery in Milford said the battery checked out ok. I appreciate the honesty they showed, and in the future when I need a battery I'll certainly go there for one!
Started with a phone call looking for help with marine batteries...asked Tyler if he was experienced with them ...he proudly said he was...from start to finish my experience was AAA+...prices were extremely competitive and the level of customer care was absolutely top shelf...I am in Retail and recognize a great business when I see it ...Tyler was excellent and Hat TIp to Interstate for it's product and pricing and having people like Tyler who represent their company in a most commendable way.
