This place is great, I like that I’m able to make an appointment online for a specific time. I had brakes done and the cost came in under what I was expecting.
They were on time, called me with an estimate, and service was done quickly.
Went just to change front wheel studs.They got the job done and are very friendly but when i left and was driving home the Steerring wheel was shaking alot. Once i got home i took both front rims/tires off. The passengers side was put on wrong the rim was not flush at all. So test drive when finished should of been done.Thank God nothing serious happened when i left. And for Infiniti you dont have to take off caliper or bleed brakes just to replace wheel studs. That was just to over charge the job.Ive done it before and my regular mechanic has aswell without all that xtra stuff. But it was to late when they told me already started the job.if not i would of gone elsewhere! You made xtra $ but lost a new customer. I dont know about all these good reviews if they are fake or ust their Brazilian friends. But they are not good at all. Overcharged and careless is what I experienced. lack of communication aswell . Good luck if you go there. I went to a different mechanic and with the same parts and spacers And It was installed correctly with no problem. Until this day I still have no issues with the spacers or anything on what legacy I guess could not figure out. Not sure if it is because only one person spoke English and the translation didn't go correctly or just could not do the job.I had to take it to elsewhere so they could of fixed what this placed did not do correct Like I said, there was no need to take off the brake calipers. Or anything extra that was just to upcharge the price
With that being said I wasted money and time going here. Cause I had to go Pay at a different location.What this place could not do and finish correctly. And the
Lug nuts not being torqued correctly was just carelessness on their part.
Great service! I got a next day appointment outside of business hours. The staff were friendly and addressed all the concerns I had. They were able to get replacement parts and complete the work the same day. They even showed me the damaged parts. I would definitely go back
Price is reasonable, service is great and they do it in a timely manner, it’s my second time taking my car to the shop and if I need to take it there again for another issue I’ll definitely do it
Not many reviews for the auto sales side of the business, so I will share my experience. I had a great experience buying a car from this shop!
Saw a car on their lot for a good price, called and set up a time to come look at it. They had the car pulled out for me and running when I showed up, answered all my questions, and then left me alone while I looked over the car. No sales pressure, just honest and open. They took a copy of my license, put some dealer plates on, and then let me test drive the car on my own no questions asked. I took it over to another trusted shop nearby for a quick pre-purchase inspection, no issues. Car rode and drove great, really good condition for its age.
Drove the car back, took a look at the title and talked a bit. The car had a few issues (broken door handle, loose sun visor, bad battery), but Willi said he'd cover fixing all that as part of the deal. He even put it up on the lift so I could inspect the body and underside. It had some rust issues, but better than I expected for a 15 year old New England car. Interior was great, clean and freshly detailed.
We agreed on a price, filled out a bill of sale, and since I had showed up around lunchtime, Julio even came and brought me a plate of BBQ food while we signed everything. Really put a huge smile on my face, it was delicious.
A few days later once the check cleared, I went and got the title and RTA signed, brought it to my insurance agent, and registered the car. It took a few days to get the battery installed and the door handle was a special order item, but the shop kept me in the loop and fixed everything like we agreed. Once it was ready, they put the plates on for me and I went and got a new inspection sticker at DelCorp Mass State Inspection just a minute down the street.
I'm very happy with the car, and I'd recommend working with these guys if they have a car for sale that you're interested in. Honest, family business, and they seem to do good work. I can't weigh in on the auto service side, but there are plenty of other great reviews here.
My one complaint is that I had some trouble getting in touch with the shop a few times. Sometimes I would call, no answer, leave a vociemail, and never get a call back. Once, I had called and spoke with someone in the morning, asked them to call me when the car was ready, and I never got a call. I would chalk this up to the shop being busy and the ongoing renovations. Every time I got someone on the phone, they were fantastic! I did try using the email on the website, but it seems to be inactive. So, if you need to get in touch with these guys, make sure to call and call early to get the best results. Might have to call a few times to get someone, but once you do, they'll treat you well.
Still getting 5 stars, they more than met my expectations and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. THANK YOU to Willi and the Legacy Auto team! Honest business.
Great guys! Came here for a pre purchase inspection from a nearby dealership and they were very thorough. I came back a week later to reinspect the vehicle after the dealership made some repairs and Legacy Auto were kind enough to reinspect free of charge. I left feeling confident and very well informed about the condition of my car. Thank you!
I was looking for a new, honest mechanic. I read the reviews on Legacy and gave them a call. My muffler needed a flex pipe and Will let me bring it right down even though it was 1:30 in the afternoon. He gave me an estimate and was even able to do the job that day. I had expected to leave it overnight due to the hour. And the price was very reasonable, no surprises. What a difference from my last several experiences. I found a new honest mechanic and you should too. It’s refreshing!!?
Amazing service done by great people. Called and had my breaks and rotars changed the same day. I was very happy the way my car drove after taking it there.
Give them five stars customer service is great they put an engine in my f250 and repaired my work van both vehicle running great. Communication is awesome with quality work!

After endlessly searching for an auto shop, we found you guys and it was the best decision. From the start mechanic Willi was friendly and a great help. My car had transmission issues meaning, I needed a new one. And in about a month the car was drivable. Legacy Auto Repair was a life saver. I definitely recommend.
