David sold me a lemon and dragged out the resolution to avoid responsibility - really disappointed. Noticed a drivetrain issue within days of buying but David avoided and delayed for 3mos. Tried to act like he was on our side and doing us a favor but was just stalling. 6mos in and still no resolution. I’ve contacted the Attorney General to pursue further. Buyer beware. Make sure to have your own garage run any vehicle you are considering from these guys.

Made me drive 1.5 hours just to tell me they don’t take trade-ins, What kind of dealer doesn’t take trade-ins? Totally wasted my day and we all know time is the only thing you cant get back

After looking for my retirement gift to myself for a few weeks, I bought a classic Mustang from WR Cars in June 2025. Since they took down my last review I am deciding to leave another. I bought a bmw from them a week or 2 later the ac stops working. I brought the car back to them to be fixed. They gave me the car back ac still didn’t work. I told them if they cannot fix it i’d just like my money back since i didnt even have the car a month yet. I brought the car to them maybe 5 times in the span of 2 months because of the same issue. They insisted they could fix it and never did. I was left with $3k bill from bmw to fix the ac myself. Would never work with them again.

Very disappointed. Spoke to them on Monday literally about a car in interested in. We set up an appointment for today Wednesday and i was ready to come in and put my down payment. All to get there and be told it was sold an hour before I got there. Was a waste of my time in all honesty. No professionalism at all. Could have called or text me to let me know that it was sold although we spoke about me coming in TODAY to move forward with the initial payment and details. A simple call would of avoided me having to leave work and trying to now upsell me. Very disappointed and frustrating. Definitely lost a customer, I will not be doing any type of business with someone who obviously does not care about attempting to call a customer which would have been a sale for them. Just extremely upset

Purchased a car from this location and came with a few issues, but thanks to their team and mechanic they were able to repair it and so far so good. How ever I do recommend when purchasing here to look over your contract. They sold me an extended warranty and stated one thing and in writing they stated another. So be careful just double look into things.

Let me just start by saying that this is an honest, unbiased review from an actual customer. I called WR because they had a truck with the color and options that I liked. I was coming from NJ to them, so I wanted to make sure the truck is still there without any issues before I took a 5 hr drive. My sales rep was David and despite his young age, he was very professional and organized. I did my loan pre-approval, I gave them the VIN of my old truck and they gave me a trade-in estimate. When I arrived there, the “new” truck was parked behind the lot with a “Sold” sign as promised. They gave me exactly what I expected as a trade in and I was out within 90 minutes on my way back home. Overall, super nice experience, from the office staff to the mechanics who inspected my old truck. Very nice quality cars on the lot overall. I would recommend them to anyone, and I would buy from them again. It was worth the trip.

I worked with David buying a 2018 Tundra from out of state and he couldn't have been better. He had great communication throughout the process and worked with me on everything I needed. The car is in great shape with brand new tires and I couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely work with them again in the future!

Bought a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette from this location and have never been happier. Tried to finance the car just before new years and no banks were willing to finance or be patient with us. David was willing to be patient and diligent with me and work with me through the new years to get to the banks and make sure we were still able to make the deal finalized and get financing for the car. Thanks guys! We riding in style now.

WR Autobody has restored both my 2004 Lexus, and my 2015 Toyota Camery with sheer perfection. I was involved in a hit and run, without having collision. I had a perfect driving record and never anticipated someone hitting my vehicle and taking off. They gave me a fair price, and rebuilt the driver's side of the car. The 2015 Toyota Camery had it's bumper totally ripped off in a car wash two weeks ago T hey ook care of the billing with the insurance company and repaired it beautifully. Both of ⁵my automobiles a3rdre now fullly restored. . Thanks alot, WR Autobody! I truly appreciate my experience in the repair of both of my vehicles. I highly recommend your autobody shop to anyone that needs automobile repair and restoration. You have gone above and beyond for me.

I always hate the process of purchasing a new vehicle but WR made it easy. The whole experience was pleasant. They answered all of my questions and even my new vehicle to be inspected. Great communication throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've had (and I've bought a few cars in my time). Luis was terrific: after my test drive, he brought my attention to a flaw in the sunroof (a small crack) that I hadn't even noticed. He promised the sunroof would be replaced by the time I was ready to pick the car up, and yes indeed it was. The car is in absolutely splendid shape, the tires were brand new, the price negotiation was extremely reasonable, and the entire sale was completed in a matter of days. I was delighted. Recently purchased an Accord from these folks and we couldn’t be happier. They were wonderful to work with and addressed a few minor concerns I had about our purchase with genuine concern and care. This was my daughters first car and they gave us time to thoroughly inspect and drive it and we felt absolutely no pressure to buy. My husband and I needed to purchase a car right in the middle of quarantine. From the moment that we called and inquired about the car, WR cars was spectacular. We came and test drove the car. It was clean and drove very well. When we had questions about the car, if they did not know the answer, they found out for us. They offered us a very fair trade in for our current car and they were honest. We never felt pressured to buy anything and they gave us space when we wanted to discuss our options. The staff was so incredibly kind and they took care of us through the entire process and got us everything we needed when we purchased the car (even the inspection, new license plates and even put new tires on the car when they did not think the current ones were sufficient enough). We had such a wonderful experience with CR cars and have recommended them to other people

So finally leaving my review after purchasing my vehicle in October of last year. I did months of research and looking for my vehicle, Toyota FJ Cruiser. I came across the listing at WR Cars and went by to take a look. After a thorough walk around, I was given the keys for a test drive. Zero pressure from these folks! I loved the truck but asked to come back and take it to my mechanic for his inspection. They were very accommodating and had nothing to hide. I came back a few days later and took the truck to my mechanic. Total round trip was about 2 hours and again, no pressure. My mechanic said the truck was in excellent shape and the price was right other than it would need tires soon. I came back to the dealership and we struck a deal. Drove home with the vehicle the next day and have not had a single issue since. These folks are everything a used car dealer should be!!

If I can give more star ratings I would five stars is a understatement for the wonderful quality service I received. Let me start by saying that Gustavo was beyond amazing: he took his time with me and had lots of patiences:he work with me and helped me picked out a car that was affordable for me: not only was the car affordable the the quality of the car was amazing everything clean mileage low and no problems, perfect for my first car. I would recommend the world to buy a car from WR cars because it is worth it. This would be the place where I would buy all my cars. WR you have gained a customer for life. I want to thank you for making my life easier with my amazing 2013 Ford Focus.

I purchased a car here back in March with my own hard earned money. I've been meaning to write a review for these great people. The salesman was a very down to earth kind of guy who put absolutely no pressure on me about the vehicle. The great man also accepted my offer right away and wasn't stubborn about the original price. The vehicle ran great and I should also mention that there was a minor issue with the vehicle and they stuck to their warranty and I was able to get it fixed easily. Overall the process ran smoothly and I would recommend these great people to anyone. Thank you WR cars!
