I had the misfortune of 2 accidents on 2 different vehicles on the same day. One was a hit and run in a parking lot and the second was hitting a deer point blank. It's never a fun scenario but WR auto body made the experience as painless as possible. Very Professional. They arranged substitute transportation and made the repairs swiftly. My truck and my wife's SUV came out good as new. Highly recommended!
Worst place to go!!! Stated what need to be done and was not don't at all. Called multiple times to drop off my vehicle to have body work redone that was not done. I got the most run around so I gave up calling to get my vehicle done. I have the must beautifully rust nice job thanks!!!!!
I had an accident two weeks ago and was referred by a family member to WR. I'm over the moon happy with them. Not only does my car look amazing, but the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. All I had to do was give them my keys and they did the rest. They even returned my rental for me. I would highly recommend using them. Everything was explained in detail and they never got aggravated when I called to check in with them. I hope I remain accident free but if not, they'll be the only shop I use.
After I was rear-ended, my brother recommended I go to WR Auto Body, and I'm so glad I did! I called Ricardo and he was able to see me immediately. As soon as I got there, both he and Giovanni were beyond helpful. They checked out my car and told me I could leave it there that day. Giovanni called my insurance and even got me all set with a rental car. He couldn't have made it any easier!
