Had an issue locating a specialty tool for one of my vehicles today and I stopped by the shop. They had exactly what I was looking for. Also, the guys in the showroom or extremely professional and courteous. They loaned me what I needed no questions asked which will absolutely ensure that I am returning Customer. Absolutely go here if you need any type of auto service.
I called to schedule an appointment for service and was given a quote but said he would call me back after they assigned a tech. for the job. thought that was odd but ok. no call so I called back and this time I was told I have two customers in front of me I will call you back momentarily again no call so I call again and once again was given another excuse this went on for a couple of days so I found another company to do the job which did the job for less than half of what they were going to charge me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Autosports did nothing but waste my time.
Auto sports earns five stars! Staff is great; very helpful and professional. This is our second time with two different vehicles and types of service and we highly recommend the company.
I have had them service my truck for a handful of things over the years and have always been very impressed. My experience has always been that they put customer satisfaction and customer experience first. They stand by their work and take pride and what they do. Pricing for services has always been fair and appropriate. I’ve never got the sense they were trying to gouge me. I recommend them frequently.
Wanted a new speaker system in my boat went in and had all my questions answered. They let me take a speaker to double check the fit before I bought. End3d up getting all new rgbw lights for the boat. Great people to work with. Would recommend for anyone looking at boat electronics.
After my son came here asking about audio systems. My son being high functioning autism. And having plenty of money in the bank. Getting the courage to come ask about an audio system he was shot down because he has an old car but to him a Lamborghini. He loves his car the guy walked out talked to him for a minute !!! Letft my son hanging …and never came back !!!!!! Don’t under estimate your customer! He had plenty of money to do whatever he asked !!! To me and u it isn’t a Lamborghini but to him it is!!!I will share the story everywhere!
I was trying to create a audio system in my Z3. After getting the head unit installed the communication with Julio went south. His interest in helping me stopped. Telling me to try another on line company.
Wasn’t expecting to be treated in that way. I will locate another company to finish the audio system.

I called to inquire about adding power running boards to my 21 Wrangler 392, these guys tell you the truth and they didn't try to just schedule me in they actually took the time to explain everything and their experience with the different brands offered. Tom is very professional, very helpful and I honestly felt like they cared enough to say give truthful, honest feedback.
Any other shop would have just booked the appointment to make money, these guys gave actual feedback which to me was worth everything. I have yet to do business with them as I am just starting out figuring out what I'd want to add to my Jeep, but I can say that just from the 10 minutes on the phone this shop they are trustworthy, real, and do care. I appreciated the honesty and thank you for saving me from a headache.
Had a radio installed in our daughter’s older car. They did a great job- she now has a modern radio complete with CarPlay- the team was great to deal with. Highly recommend these guys
I have coming to Autosports for over 20 years. They have never disappointed me. I have high expectations for anyone who touches my car. Autosports has never disappointed me. I would not be a 20+ year customer if they had. There customer service is outstanding and pricing is fair. The staff there is exceptionally knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to stop by and make you car, truck or boat better.
The staff is very rude and dismissive. Hourly people that don’t care about the work they are doing or how it’s done. Would be nice to see some sort of respect and wear a mask; at least when customers are in store.
I went to Auto Sports in Kingston because I needed my side steps on my fj replaced by a certain time! Not only that, the ones I had had rusted so badly and it felt like my foot was about to go through it! Let's just say Dom made it possible. He was so helpful and made sure he stayed in contact with me to let me know what was going on while waiting for the parts. Great customer service and the repair looks awesome! I want to say thank you to Dom and the Auto Sports team for doing such an awesome job. I highly recommend this place!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!
These guys do a fantastic job in whatever they do. They're honest competent and ALWAYS get back to you. Sean walked me through the entire process of fitting my jeep with a new top and if he couldn't get back to me, he made sure someone did. They bring a new and refreshing experience to customer service. Thanks guys! If you ever think you have a issue, talk to Sean! He goes the extra 9 yards!
Very qualified and professional shop. Had windows tinted and they installed a quality sound system in my vintage 1950 pickup truck. On time and fairly priced. Highly recommend!
Best vehicle tint installers! Took my TESLA Model Y and they matched the driver and passenger side windows to the stock rear perfectly. Also did a front window visor tint and it looks factory made. Highly detailed and meticulously well made. I highly recommend them if you’re in the South shore.
Had remote starter put in 3 years ago, back twice and still only works 30 percent of the time. Second car that they installed a remote in and had problems.
Do not go here. I had LED lights put into my jeep for $550. And I have probably spent twice that fixing them and then finally putting normal headlights back into my Jeep. They had no clue what to use and kept putting in lights that would burn out. Some how it was my fault, but I'm not the one who put them in or decided which ones to use. Now I'm out over $1k over all bc of them and they don't care.
Here is a great, local shop, formerly known as "Cellular Concepts" aka "CellCon". I've been going here since they were located in the old AutoMall plaza!! I have many great memories of this place. They have a huge local following, and an awesome, knowledgeable staff. They are very busy all the time because their work and product is superior.
The guys at Auto Sport are extremely knowledgeable about Jeeps. I highly recommend this business. Very helpful and go out of the way to make sure you're happy. Keep it up!

I have been to this place for repairs and parts several times, never is appointed and always a fair price. I'll be there tomorrow for a set of Top shelf led backup lights. Great supporrt
Very helpful when ordering a part or parts...but annoying when they get into another conversation with fellow workers, right in the middle of helping you. Seems to happen on a regular basis.
