O'reilly's has become my go to place. I was a Zoner for many years but O'reilly's has what I need for my older cars, usually in stock. If they don't have it in stock they can usually have it the next day. I got a lower control arm for my wife's 2011 Chevy HHR at half the price of the other guys and it was there the next morning. I will drive the extra 9 miles to go to O'reilly's. On top of that, the people are so much more pleasant and helpful. Great place. Great people and competitive pricing.
I just had the best experience I've had in many years. Rudy was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Not only did he help me with my car, I also learned quite a bit of important information. I truly appreciate his help and patience.
I have never had a bad experience at this O'Reilly's till today. I'm a regular customer. Ordered parts through them etc. Customer service was always great. I bring my dog in. I have been asked many times to bring him anytime I am coming back. Today a fat guy I have never dealt with until today told me my dog is not allowed in here and I have to put him in my car before I could continue. I got back in my car and left. I will not be a returning customer.
I always like to go there but the last time I experienced was real bad I was told to keep coming back my part would be there I got five rides did you get my parts did not tell me it was postponed the last delivery I decided to call she kept putting me on hold I kept calling she never came back to the phone I was shocked Kingston it was stressful getting rides it will be there it was never there
The website clearly says they replace auto bulbs for free. Well, they don't! (Or they were to lazy to do it today). I went there because I needed to have my tail light replaced and the answer was "we don't do that here" and the funny thing is that he still try to sell me the bulb ☝️ don't waste your time.
Store is clean, well lit and organized, staff are nice and helpful. Online orders can be delivered to the store, saving some money on shipping, my part was delivered same-day.
Love Oreilly's. I don't buy auto parts anywhere else. Their website is excellent. I can check 2 or 3 local stores for parts availability. They have a tool loaner program that saves me a ton of money. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable.
Benjamin refused to assist me with installing my wiper blades due to the fact that it is raining outside . My current ones are not working properly and are making it hard to see while driving . I understand going out in the rain would have been uncomfortable and I would have given him a tip for helping me . But he refused to help or provide any information that would make it easier for me to do it
The employees at this O’Reillys are will to go out of their way to deliver the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Multiple times I’ve purchased too many parts for me to carry out to my vehicle and the employees help me carry out my parts to my vehicle. The employees are willing to do anything to get your part in your hand that day. Their very friendly and have lots of patients, highly recommended this O’Reillys.
I had to stop by this location about a month ago to grab a part for my car. I typically shop autozone as they have been in the area forever but i figured i would give the new store a shot. The store manager Nick was incredibly helpful and exceeded all expectations. A younger employee named Austin was kind enough to replace the battery in my car while Nick helped me plan out the next wave of repairs the car needs. Better prices then autozone and in my opinion much better service.
Exceptional customer service! I found myself with a flat tire and a gentleman working here was kind enough to work out in the cold weather to help me safely get my spare on. He wouldn’t take a dime from me. I was so grateful for his kindness and will absolutely be coming here for all my auto part needs! Thank you so much!!
