I have seen this worker there I think her name is Cass and she’s been nothing but spectacular, I’ve seen her at the Kingston store AND the Plymouth store 10/10
Kevin was fabulous. I love this place. I came in because my drivers side windshield broke off today and he not only sold it but replaced it himself. He's awesome and so is autozone! He also wants out in the cold so for that I am so appreciative
I went to this AutoZone location to purchase a new battery for my Honda Civic. I was greeted by Kevin who walked me through every option went above and beyond to help me make my selection as well as installing the battery. I would give the experience 10 stars if I could, this was easily the best interaction ive had at any AutoZone I have visited and with the work I do I deal with a lot of AutoZone’s. I will 100% be returning to the store in the near future and recommending Kevin and this AutoZone to anyone I deal with.
Your Warranty is only good if your Name and Vehicle info is on which they do all the time so i got to go back.... I hate going to this AZ Its the worst one
The cool guys there were way more helpful than the tired, jaded husks they call employees over at advanced auto parts. One employee with an e-bike was able to give my buddy and I really helpful advice for building our motorized bicycles. Although they didn't have what we needed, they directed us to a place that does and shared insight into future problems we may have. If I had cash on me I would have tipped them
This place desperately needs new management. Employees are nowhere to be found. Not surprisingly, I've heard employees openly complain and mock the manager at this location. Dont waste your time going to this store. I wont again.
My husband swerars by this place. He is a mechanic and if ge ever needs aonething asap they make it work. The staff are helpful and theu really are knowledgeable. You can get anything here from ur green tree to smell tge car up nice to all the parts you need to fix your car
Read the two other reviews. From my short time in the store I did deal with one employee that was on the rude side and I set her straight. I know that this kind of work is thankless, but rudeness as opening is not needed and business killing in retail. Reason I am writing is to commend George. Had called a number of shops and stores in area where I am working and not from, to check an engine maintenance light that just occurred as I drove into area. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. To include additional call to find the store. He walked out into the parking lot on a very cold night to check my car - for no charge and help me determine what I needed to do before heading out on a long road trip home. That is service and earns my respect. I did not buy a thing, but will make the trip there for anything I need when in the area and use Autozone in general because of this one man's excellent service.
This place is awful. Ordered a bulk special order item and I could not get the discount that was promised when I went to pay for it. Then I was put on hold for 8 minutes. GET A CLUE...You are done in my book
